The monster emerges from behind the hill and roars at the people running up the hill.The scientists take photos as they run down the hill but Dr.Yamane's daughter Emiko Yamane trips into some bushes.the monster stomps down the hill past Emiko and in to the village.Emiko runs to the helicopter the team came on as the monster destroys the village.Boats start to leave as people run from the monster.Then the team safely leaves the island as the helicopter leaves the island is left burning as the monster slips into the sea.

Dr.Yamane is presenting about the creature known by locals as Gojira or Godzilla, "this animal is from the Paleozoic era that survived by feeding off radiation from the core of the earth" he says, "but how do you know it's from the Paleozoic era?".Dr.Yamane pulls the trilobite out of his pocket, "this is a creature from the Paleozoic we found in Godzillas foot print.".Dr.Yamane keeps presenting until another person talks. "So Doctor how did Godzilla Burn the village?" Yamane responds, "well it seems to have a fire breath of sorts that-" "Is it dangerous", "Can the army defend against Godzilla?", "do we have to evacuate?",people ask. "Well I don't know-" Yamane try's to say but alarms go off.People run off as Yamane runs to a official, "What's going on?" He asks. "It's Godzilla! He's appeared in the bay!" The official says.Yamane runs to his car and drives off to his home.

It has reached night fall and the bay is quiet.A boat is in the middle people are partying but then a black blob comes up from the water and burns the boat.As the boat sinks Godzilla roars and moves towards Tokyo.Godzilla makes landfall and starts to destroy the harbor the JSDF try's to kill the monster but their weapons have no effect.Godzilla moves on into the heart of Tokyo creating a path of destruction.
