There was silence for a while, I casted my eyes downward i felt the penetrating eyes of my master. A small ounce of doubt consumed my very soul before i decided to finally look up. I found the glare of Minaki and snapped my head back down. After what have felt like hours I hear an answer that made me both happy and sad at the same time.

"I want them all. Set them in there slave room until rooms are set and plans are made." Sesshomaru's spoke. 

He wanted us all. That means I wouldnt get beaten. I looked back at my old master and bowed to him. Although he did treat me like scum it was my duty as a slave to show my respect for high ranked Demons. Specially if they are second in command of my lord. I felt a hand grab my shoulder slightly. I looked over to see I was being pulled along with the rest of the girls. The noise of the party started to fade and the guards foot steps became the only sound in the hall. We finally stopped walking and they pulled the door open pushing us inside and shutting the door. The room was white and had pillows and a table of food set for us. I had never seen anything so beautiful. My stomach started to growl and I got three sets of glares shot at me. I blushed a dark shade of red.

"I'm sorry." I mumbled walking over to the table. 

"Hmm, so she is not stupid. She knows her place." The girl Sai chirp towards me. I ignored her and started to put food on my plate. The girls started to pick up small conversation. It was more like who could do what. Minx was a fighter so they made her for protection purposes. Lilly is very good with cleaning and seducing. Perfect mistress to the master. Sai along with me was made to be noble women but a mistress noble or slave. But she didnt know that about me. 

After we finished eating they continued to talk. My mind started to drift to the new master. I knew he was cruel but how could such a beautiful man be so cruel. His eyes were so empty it scared me. He was so dislocated from everyone around him. Seems pretty lonely. Or to him satisfying . I have never known a man like him to be happy or even smile ever.

I let out a little sigh just as the doors opened two men stepped inside and stood by the door. Master sesshomaru came in just after and his eyes caught mine. I bowed my head. 

"Each of you will obey the rules of this castle. Any violation of the rules will be dealt with by me directly. You will be placed into your own rooms being as you are gifts to me." He finished his sentence an quickly walked out of the room. I was a bit confused. There was no rules. At least not that I heard. I looked up to see a little green toad demon at the door now he looked angry. 

"Master Sesshomaru has left me in charge of you all. So listen clearly I will only say these rules once. Master Sesshomaru is very busy and will not be bothered by your nonsense. If Lord Sesshomaru asked you to do something you must comply. You will have a list of these to do before he sets off on his next journey. When he leaves the castle will be under the authority of the Head demon Katana. She at that time will be giving you  instructions on your daily chores. There is a human girl that lives here her name is Rin. If you harm lady Rin lord Sesshomaru will kill you. That is his ward along with you all. That being said Neko, Lord Sesshomaru  told me to take you to his office. Follow me Neko."

My eyes twitched and i could feel the tension in the room as I left. "May I ask your name?" 

The toad demon look too the corner of his eye at me but kept silent he walk with a two head staff one of a man and one of a women. "Jakin." He spoke in a shrill voice. I smiled. 

"It is very nice to meet you Master Jakin." 

Jakin's cheeks tinted a pinkish color and stopped at a door. He knocked twice before entering. "My lord I have brought you the Neko." Jakin bowed. 

"Leave us be, go find Rin and make sure she has eaten." Sesshomarus voice was firm but yet again void of the actual tone of caring. I stood in front of him and bowed. I heard the door close softly before I stood straight. I kept my eyes down casted. 

"What is your name?" Straight to the point. 

"Neko my lord." My tail swayed behind me. 

"The name you were born of?" 

"I do not remember two years ago I lost my memory." 

"Well then Neko will do. Until you earn the right of a new name." 

I flinched a little. The way he said Neko was like I was the scum of the earth. I should have figured a Dog demon not liking a cat demon. "Of course my lord Sesshomaru."
