Jungkook ran through the corridor. He was out to donate some cookies as a charity for Sarah's betterment when he received the call of her coming out of her coma.

He opened the door harshly and breathed hard. Sarah was calmly sitting on the bed as the nurse stood beside her for some tests.

Jungkook smiled and walked to her before he touched her face.

"Ohkay." He nodded and took a breath."It's real." He hugged her. He looked at her when she seemed hesitant. He looked at the nurse.

"She just woke up from the coma. Give her some time to process, she is recovering her memories back." The nurse told him before leaving.

"You will finally be off this stupid hospital gown." Jungkook let out a mindless chuckle.

"You said I looked good in everything." She bit her lips.

She couldn't believe she was alive and with him. She had lost hope of ever meeting him again.

"Yah, I did." He smiled with tears and nodded."But this gown, I can't like it on you. I can't wait to bring you to our home."

"I thought I died." She looked at him. He kissed her lips.

"Let's not think about that. We are together, after all what we had to go through. We survived Sarah, for eachother. Now we deserve to live together." He said cupping her face and rubbing his thumb gently on her cheek."I am so sorry, baby. You didn't have to do that to prove your love to me. For the last time, your separation can never bring any good to me. Don't ever do that again." He cried hugging her."It was so difficult to see you like this and be no help."

Few years ago he didn't even know this girl would mean the world to him and now it was the only thing he wanted to remember.

She hugged him back, she heard him all these months. He was the last person she could ever forget or stop loving.

"You speak too much. Even after now when I am fine, you want to speak? I will speak for the past months now and you will remain shut." She pushed him away and he chuckled.

"Oh please. I want to hear your voice to my drums." He smiled.

"Here." Jungkook passed the almond milk coffee to Sarah. She smiled, she was wearing a simple white gown.

They renewed their vows but it was just them, they sat down, did the vows by themselves, added points they thought were important. They wanted to make this moment just for them.

Now both of them sat on the terrace area they had booked for themselves. They just wanted the evening for themselves now.

"I heard Taehyung was killed in jail in a fight. Those people are reckless and take no bulshit." Jungkook told Sarah and she just nodded.

"It seems staged. Did dad do something?" She asked.

"Maybe, he lost his mind with the kidnapping and assault. He told me to be out of the frame now, didn't want me to be involved." Jungkook explained.

"I don't know what I feel about his death. Someone this horrible shouldn't have had such an easy death. He got what he wanted and died, everything turned out in his favour." Sarah said leaning on her husband."When I was with him all caged. I always thought about you, thinking of how big of a mistake I made. I would think of if I could get out of it one day and get to see you. I was isolated from the world and had to believe my abuser. That in itself broke my pride apart. To think of that vulnerability, broke my resilience." She said and he caressed her arm.

"He is gone. The memories can't be but I am sure our memories will always overshadow and then I am here. I will fix everything for you." He kissed her head.

"It hurts me how that little one had to die in order for me to be saved. If I hadn't miscarried that day, I would still be in that hell." She looked at him."It's sad and tiring." He hugged her and caressed her hair.

"It's better for us to leave Korea and start a life somewhere else. The bad memories from here will never let us have a new happy start." He suggested.

"I lost them, I don't want to lose their memory too." She replied and closed her eyes."I don't have to worry about anything when I am with you. I am sure we will be fine."

_________

"She looks just like you." Sarah smiled holding her niece. Nina just gave birth to a beautiful daughter.

Jungkook smiled looking at his wife, he remembered their memory of having their daughter. He was so happy and felt like he won in his life.

But one thing he now loved about Sarah was that even after what she faced, she was still the kindest lady ever.

"Then keep her." Nina smiled and Sarah looked at her weirdly and Jungkook exchanged glances with Eunwoo who smiled at him.

"Nina, what are you talking about?" Sarah nervously chuckled.

"We talked about this, Sarah. We love our daughter but as much as we need her, we feel you need her more and that you will love her more than us. And it's not like you will stay far away, you will be close to us and that way we can always meet our daughter." Eunwoo clarified.

"No, we are fine without kids. I can spend all my life happily with Sarah alone. We are more than enough for eachother. I appreciate the thought but it's something I will never approve. I know how it feels to be away from your child. It's not easy." Jungkook said looking at the couple.

"Sarah and Jungkook, to be honest I never planned a second child, it just happened. I always wanted just one kid and I have Jae-jun. And I seriously believe you both can take care of her more than me." Nina tried to convince them. She loved her daughter too but she couldn't see her sister being childless when she loved kids.

"I don't think I am in the state of taking care of a child, Nina. I love you for thinking this but I don't want to take any risk anymore. I want to improve my mental and physical condition, and amidst this, I won't be able to. And this is my niece, just like my daughter. I won't feel any different." Sarah smiled and handed the little girl to her mom.

"But-" Sarah held her sister's hand.

"I don't want to replace my daughter with anyone. I hope you respect that feeling. And like Jungkook said, we discovered we are more than enough for eachother. We would like to live our life with the memories of our daughter. I don't want to go through all that again." Sarah explained. Nina nodded and caressed her arm.

"It wasn't your fault Sarah. Don't fear that you will be a bad mom. You were an amazing mom. I don't want you to believe a lie." Nina told her sister.

"I would like to believe that." She nodded.

After some time Jungkook and Sarah left the hospital.

"Are you sure about your words? I don't want you to kill your desire of having a child because of me. Not right now but if later, I will always say yes to you if it won't harm you." Jungkook told his wife."I just want you happy." Jungkook kissed her hand.

"My time with Soo-min was what I was required to serve Jungkook. Not less, not more. My therapist told me I did my part in the best way I could and even if things turned out bad it's because it didn't turn out in our way but it happened exactly like how god had planned it for her. Also the miscarriages happened because we planned babies at the wrong time. We will be blessed with some little happiness too when the right time comes. So let's wait for that." She looked at him and smiled."And you are my biggest happiness. Everything comes after you."

"I have always loved you selflessly but I don't want you to turn selfless when you love me." He requested.

"I can't promise. You deserve that passionate love." She chuckled and he kissed her.

"Really? Show it to me then." He pulled her in the backseat of the car.

"Gladly." She kissed him opening his shirt.
