I was alone praying trying not to jump off a cliff. The others came with me. Cherry was racked with sobs. Me too. Justin was right next to me and smiled then frowned again.

The officers came out an cleared his throat. We said amen and stood up. "You will be going to Kalan," the officer squinted at his phone. "And Justin's, parents house." We smiled. I felt the ends of my mouth twitch almost to a smile.

Justin's phone started ringing and he walked away. I watched him as he nodded his head. He walked back over. "That was my dad he said I could drive you here. And if Ally wants to sleepover...?" Ally smiled and nodded her head.

Cherry and I walked into the dark room in the police station to get our stuff. "Uh this is your bag Cherry." I handed her one of her bags and she handed mine.

We walked out with two big bags and a small one holding some other stuff. Ally stood there with a bag.

"Ready?" Kalan asked. We nodded our heads and piled into Justin's car. I sat in the front with him.

I stared out the window looking at the raindrops fall on the window and hitting others making a big drop then falling off the window.

Justin would look at me with a worried look every now and then. We stopped in front of the two story and got out of the car. Kalan and Justin's parents ran out giving us hugs and telling us how sorry they were. I was tired of the pity and everyone's sympathy already but I would just say thank you and move on.

Us girls were all sleeping in the living room where the TV and comfy couches were.

Kalans mom ordered pizza since they had already eaten. I looked at my watch when the pizza got here. it was 9:30, the pizza man said that they would be there in 10 minutes at 9:18.... Oh well.

"Sorry about that there's traffic there's been an accident and they were towing the beat up car." The pizza man said. "There weren't anyone in the car... I hope their ok." I asked what the car looked like and he described it just like my moms car.

I ran out of the room crying and Kalans mom explained. I felt bad for the pizza guy he looked sad but so was I.

I ran up the stairs. My vision blurred and I heard Cherry run after me. I opened a door and ran to the bed.

I didn't know who's room it was till I looked at the dark blue comforter. Justin walked in and closed the door running to my side. He wrapped his arms around me telling me it would be ok. "WHY DOES EVERYONE SAY THAT?!?!" I scream. "THEY ALWAYS LIE!!" I flung myself off the bed hitting the hard wood floor and blacked out right when Cherry ran in.

I woke up on the couch with a pillow and a blanket. The others were fast asleep. I looked at the time "3:04" I laid in the dark looking around. I was all the sudden scared of being alone and of the dark. I tried to stifle a sob that wanted to come out. I turned on my side and slowly fell asleep remembering the good times with my now dead parents.
