Dear Diary,

       I'm in the hospital right now. I escaped from the weird man. I'm shaken by the experience. 

        The man ran towards me, so I ran away. But he was faster and he caught up. Grabbing me by my shoulder, he tried to blindfold me. "How can I get away?" I had thought. Then it hit me! My wings! I unfolded them and gave them a big flap. Somehow, I was lifted off my feet. I was flying! It was so exhilarating! The wind blowing across my face, blowing my hair around... I would love to go up again.

        Sadly, I'm stuck in this hospital, after I crashed. The blindfold was caught on my blouse, and tangled into my wing. I couldn't keep myself up with one wing, so I had to land. I remember going down rather rapidly, but not so quickly that the crash would kill me, and landing on cold hard ground. Then I blacked out. I later found out that I crashed in a forest. Had I landed 10 ft to the left, I would have revealed my powers to a small town. 

        Everyone is telling me I was lucky not to be killed. I'm lucky that mom isn't mad at me for running away. Sure, I have some extra chores to do, but other than that, it's all water under the bridge. And the best part is, I'm missing school! Alright not so great to my parents. My dad has been notified of the situation, and he sends me his love! I'll attach the letter to this entry. AN: Its above the text and the title. I don't know what that place is called.
