"What?"I whispered, narrowing my eyes at him under my hood.

"You left me Y/N, you never saw how hurt I was.You would always turn your back on me, while I would never do such a thing.I left because it was my time to do something for myself, without you by my side." he spoke calmly.

I took a deep breath as I put my bow and arrow back, "Then I guess we're done here."

I walked up and down the room I was currently staying in,"I don't know how to answer those questions!So stop asking me the same things over and over again!"

"Your brother just...did you see his state!Did you see him?Like really SEE him?The pain, the regret!He still didn't hate you, he still loved you!"

"That's enough!We're done with this conversation!"I yelled as my shadow faded away, thankfully saying nothing else.As I sighed I looked out into the night, "Rue, I just don't know what to do right now."

"Don't play the innocent card here, you know it's your fault." she spoke through my own lips.

"I know it's my fault!"I kicked my current bed,"I know it is."

As I went to speak again there was a knock on my door, unlocking it the one, the only Zane Ro'Meave stood there with a book in his hands.

"What brings you here?"I asked, trying to act normal as possible.

"I felt the need to give you this," and he handed me the hard covered book.

I nodded, slightly making contact with his hands as I took it."Did you read my mind or did you stalk me?I was going to get a book later,"

Zane smirked,"You wish L/N."

"Why would I wish that?"I asked, quietly laughing at his cute facial expression.Cute?I didn't say that, no I didn't.

Shut up, I didn't say that he looked cute.

Zane smirked as he leaned closer,"Why wouldn't you want me to stalk you?It's not that bad,"

I blushed as my mouth dropped behind my mask,"Don't play my games Ro'Meave."

"And why not?I have taken a liking to them," he replied to me, meeting my eyes for a slight second.His eyes...they looked so familiar to me, why can't I place the pieces of what is going on?Why do I feel that holding him wouldn't be wrong?
