You can see the room where the three heroes performed the spell, which was now completely disabled. Clea and Doctor Strange stop levitating and then approach Spider-Man.

Doctor Strange: Peter, are you okay? He would ask with a little concern in his voice.

Spider-Man: Thank you. *He proceeds to hit him in the stomach with moderate force so as not to hurt him seriously, a second later he hugs him and helps him up*

Doctor Strange: Better? *He would say pained*.

Spider-Man: Better! *He would say calmer*.

Clea: Okay, now that you're done with that, let's move on to other matters *She with a couple of applauses invokes chairs for the three of us* What do you know now? *She would ask quietly*.

Spider-Man *Taking a Seat*: The first thing is that now I have all his scientific and technical knowledge, both managed to develop quite well since one dedicated his whole life to the study of science and the other managed to be a successful actor and professional wrestler. This caught the attention of Doctor Strange and Clea because depending on what he says, various things would make more sense or not. In addition to that they were intrigued by the whole thing since it could be useful in similar situations like this.

Clea *leans into his chair with interest*: What was he doing? *She would ask seriously*

Doctor Strange *He snaps his fingers at tea and biscuits while paying attention*.

Spider-Man: Without me realizing it, I was progressively modifying my behavior without me realizing it. From changing some of my memories *Remembering moments where he said things based on memories that were not the true ones* or changing personality to the point of looking like a parody of myself *Remembering the times he behaved ridiculously*, to being able to control what I say on occasions when he got enough strength. *He would rebel with a cold sweat running down his forehead*.

Faced with this revelation, Doctor Strange and Clea couldn't help but be left with their eyes wide open to the implications of the matter.

Doctor Strange: That's serious Spider-Man, he caused several of your decision-making problems with those close to you as well as making very bad decisions in the course of your life. And making you look like a less mature person than you are. When you just need help and therapy urgently. He confronts Spider-Man because of the seriousness of the matter.

Spider-Man: And it doesn't end there, but I also manage to alter my spider-sense on multiple occasions, since he, like me, is able to control the spider-sense by concentrating, from increasing or decreasing it to avoid overreacting. Although I can't blame him entirely, either, since we saw the circumstances that the guy goes through. *She would say the latter with a bit of sadness*.

Spider-Man: I can't deny you that, as it was a part of me that hated me and actively sought to harm me. Since it can be said that it was the part that I hurt the most and put aside because of my bad actions. *He would say sorry for what he did*.

Doctor Strange: That's a good reflection on your former self. But now you're someone new and healthy, who won't make the same mistakes of the past. *He would say reassuringly*.

Spider-Man: Thank you for your words Strange, they help me a lot. How could I repay you for everything they're doing for me? *He would ask longing to help his friend*.

Doctor Strange: With Continuing to Be a Good Person and to Help Me Must When Any Problem Is More Than Enough. *He would respond with his characteristic way of speaking*.

Spider-Man: Got it, thank you very much. Now I think it's time for me to go and start fixing my life. *He would say more confidently in himself*.

Doctor Strange: I'll walk you to the exit. *He would say with a smile on his face*.

---Exterior of the Sanctum Sanctorum---

Spider-Man: Thank you very much again if you need my help give me a call. *He leaves the place swinging with his cobwebs*.

Clea: Are you sure you don't charge him? *I'd ask confused*.

Doctor Strange: Yes, since everything comes back in this life. *He would respond by trusting his belief*.

Spider-Man: Get ready, world, because from today things are going to change. And I know where to start. *He would say with determination to make much-needed changes in his life*.

Once again Spider-Man lived the impossible for ordinary people, and once again he overcame it, now he is more than prepared to face the great challenges that lie ahead for him. But is it going to be enough to keep up? And what are those big challenges going to be?

The spider-sense thing is made clear in multiple comics of the main series such as in comics What if, where if you close your eyes, you can fight invisible opponents or know when someone is in danger.

Spider-Man 616 and HoM's Peter have a PhD in Biochemistry, a bachelor's degree in Biophysics. If you're wondering that he didn't lose his PhD, the answer is that he got it back at Nick Spencer's Run.
