//The use of diagonals is for the narrator (imagine that it is the voice of the guard for a greater investment in the story, it is also in bold because it is an extra character). //

//Narrator//
Peter Parker AKA Spider-Man.
An adult between 25 and 30 years old, standing 5.85 feet (1.78 meters) tall, weighing 176 pounds (75.75 kilos), with hazel eyes, light brown semi-short hair styled back with strands forming a small fringe, warm skin, and a physique worthy of an Olympic athlete. Of average appearance, leaning towards attractive.
He was in an abandoned part of New York that only he knew, like so many other places, which he used to store spare web-shooter cartridges for those 'emergencies' that, according to him, seemed to happen every five minutes
But now he was using this place to meditate, as Shang-Chi had taught him years ago, mentally speaking to someone very particular... someone who needed to have a serious talk about what he had avoided thinking about for so long.
That person was...
Himself...
Or, rather...
Who he could have been.
//End of narration//
-------------------- Peter 616 mental space--------------------
Peter 616: Well... Where do you want to start? *He would say with a heavy voice knowing that this was going to be dense*.
Doc. Parker: How about from the point where our stories separated! *He would respond calmly without taking his eyes off*.
Peter 616: Ok...! *Take a deep breath* On the day of the science expo I was bitten by a radioactive spider that instead of giving me super cancer gave me the spider powers and also stung who you know as Silk, I used the powers only for my benefit and that of my uncles. I was doing pretty well, until I made the stupid mistake of letting a thief run away because I thought it wasn't my duty, that I was too good to stop at that, and the only thing that mattered was my uncles and me. Without imagining that days later that same thief went to our house to steal and in the process ended up killing Uncle Ben. *He stops because of the gaze of the other Peter that became deeper, which makes him ashamed since he has every right to do so*.
Doc. Parker: Continue... *Staying stoic*.
Peter 616: I'm not able to describe everything I felt that day... How long I spent crying, trying to drown the pain, wishing with all my strength that everything was a nightmare *She clutches her chest tightly*. But the only thing I can say without fear of being wrong is that at that moment I understood that great power entails great responsibility. Making the decision to become the one and only Spider-Man. *During his story it was noticeable how he went from melancholy to determination*.
Doc. Parker's face twists into a slight smile as he sees that his other self managed to get back on the right path, even if it's the hard way.
Doc. Parker: I understand... as for me, I wasn't bitten by the spider, only Silk was, who ended up being the one and only Spider-Woman they chuckle lightly at that. Some time later, the thief who killed your Uncle Ben came to our house to steal because, according to him, there was a great hidden treasure. I tried to stop him, but it only ended up with a ticket to the hospital and leaving me permanently with a crutch. But after that, things went pretty well for me. I became popular, graduated with honors, became Silk's crime-fighting partner, joined OSCORP, and with Norman's help, we cured cancer. I even worked on multiverse travel. Until that day came. He would calmly recount his life.
Peter 616: The fastest spider-verse of all happened, causing us to end up in the same body, and now we have one of the biggest existential crises of all. *He would say heavily, being fed up with the spider-verse*.
Doc. Parker: Exactly! Also if we add up all the traumas that I could see in you in a short period of time, which makes me think that you really needed real help. *He exclaims still keeping calm, but noticing the concern*.
Peter 616: I know, since the last therapist I went to ended up going to another therapist. *He explains with a bit of regret for the anecdote*.
Doc. Parker: Well, leaving that fact aside, having so many accumulated problems, both personal and those of Spider-Man, caused you to almost have no life of your own and what you have left of life... It's not even a good one! *With greater concern, he declares his analyses to his counterpart*.
Peter 616: A bit ironic since I live two different lives at the same time. *He declares a little uncomfortable with what he said*.
Doc. Parker: Right, suffering is the price you pay for making the decision to have more than one life, whether it's doing the right thing or not. *He would say in the form of reflection, maintaining the seriousness of the matter*.
Peter 616 bows his head in acceptance for that hard truth.
Doc. Parker: So many years of damage, manipulations, conflicts, etc. resulted in your mind being a case study because simply... "You're not complete." *He would say bluntly*.
Peter 616 He swallows hard at those last words.
Doc. Parker: In the last few years your mind was copied and modified so many times that it caused you to be a kind of computer to which you do not update and only add information, it serves you, but it is completely stagnant, or worse, you are a computer that you manufacture with damaged parts and the fact that "functions" is practically a miracle, and therefore causes you not to be.... *He declares in a direct and harsh way, seeing the pain of his other self*.
Peter 616 *It takes a second to acquire the necessary courage to speak*: That I am not the real one. *He would complete his counterpart's statement*.

Notes, Clarifications, and References
Norman in 616 and other universes discovers the cure for cancer, so it stands to reason that this Norman and Peter would work together to get it faster.
The therapist thing is canon, but I couldn't find the comic to put it in.
The comic where Peter was trained by Shang-Chi was on free comic book day #1 2011
Doctor Peter Parker appeared in the comic book Spider-man (2022) #5
The Spider-man thing about having secret locations with web cartridges comes from the Non-Stop Spider-Man #1 comic.
(Update) I added a description of the character's appearance, which was quite difficult, as the various artists who have depicted Peter do not agree on a fixed hair and eye color, due to their different art styles. Therefore, I had to consult the character's database and compare various interpretations with real people to get an average.
On the way I found several curious things:
It is emphasized that it has hazel eyes, a mixture of green, brown and gold. This is something quite difficult to capture in drawing, in my opinion, that's why some cartoonists only choose one of those colors. Any of these interpretations is moderately correct. There are also those who draw him with blue eyes, which I don't know what to think about it.
I found a theory on Reddit (I can't believe I got on Reddit) that suggests that, due to the venom of the radioactive spider, his pupils were permanently dilated, which would cause his eyes to change color more easily depending on the lighting or the environment.
The theory is from user ProfessorEscanor (although I found it in a comment he made on a post). I give him his respective credit.
Regarding the haircut, the closest I could find to the one they usually give Peter is the quiff.
Finally, I want to highlight that Marvel apparently does not know how to give good specifications (not to say that they do not know about mathematics), and therefore the database. Normally they indicate that Peter is 1.78 meters tall, but in their description, they put him with a height of 5'10" feet, which is equivalent to 1.55 meters.
¡They were wrong by 23 centimeters!
Peter's actual height is 5' 8.5" (equivalent to 1.73 meters), making the conversion right. I think that's why Peter's height varies so much in different comics, as he's often inaccurate in various interpretations.
The source where you can find the description of the character's appearance, in addition to the database and the official Marvel website, is in the "Official Handbook of the Marvel Universe: Spider-Man 2004 #1 - Jonathan Couper-Smartt".
