Running, their feet hit the ground with loud thumps. Breathing heavily, the trio ran for their lives as they heard the loud and hungry growls from the Werewolf running after them.

Harry still had a firm grip on Robyn's hand, securing her protection. As long as he kept running, Robyn would be safe. Hermione was running a little ahead of the two, knowing Harry was no doubt keeping a close eye on her aswell. He always put others before himself and she knew Robyn was the exact same.

They dashed for their lives through the forest, never looking back, scared of what they might find lurking behind their shoulders.

Adrenaline was pumping through their veins, putting them on a high. The fear they once felt dissappeared to an intense burning in their lungs. Their skin was glazed with sweat and they gasped for breath.

Suddenly, they stopped, hiding behind an old but wide and tall tree. Their backs pressed firmly against the rough bark of the tree as they held their breaths, trying to make as little noise as possible.

Robyn squeezed Harry's hand tighter as they heard the low breathing of the Werewolf getting closer.

The Werewolf paused, slowly walking around the tree, sniffing as it picked up the trios scents. Robyn sucked in a breath as she, Harry and Hermione slowly sidestepped the opposite direction, going around the tree until the Werewolf was out of sight. Fear crept back into all three of them.

They continued to circle the tree, not knowing the Werewolf was waiting for them.

"Buckbeak. We've got to find him.... and..."

The Werewolf was standing only a few steps away from them. The three froze and Robyn let out a high pitched noise of shock. For a second she could of sworn she heard Harry say something that sounded a lot like 'cute' but she shook it off, knowing she was far from cute and with the ringing in her ears, it was hard to make out any noise.

Lupin was ready to pounce, and although Robyn was shaking with fear, she couldn't help but look at the Werewolf with curiosity. Lupin was in there. Somewhere. She hated to think what it was like. No doubt it was probably painful.

The Werewolf was ready to pounce at the three, who stood paralysed. There was no escape. Even if they ran, the werewolf would still catch them and kill them as it was a lot faster.

Suddenly, as the Werewolf pounced, a loud screeching came from the skies and out of nowhere, a white blur met the trio's eye's. After they had a few moments to adjust from the shock Harry, Robyn and Hermione soon realised their saviour was Buckbeak who was screening them from the danger that lay before them.

Snarling angrily, the Werewolf charged and all Robyn could do was hope that Lupin did not get hurt. With lightning fast reflexes, Buckbeak lashed out, using his razor-sharp talons to warn the Werewolf that he was not to be messed with. Robyn was thankful that Buckbeak did not do any damage and only slashed out centimetres from the Werewolf's face, not causing any injuries. The Werewolf stopped, eyes glittering with rage, howled and dissappeared deeper into the woods.

"Poor Professor Lupin is having a really tough night..." Hermione muttered out of pity while sighing loudly with relief, melting against the tree.

All of a sudden, the leaves began to rustle and the air turned cold and hollow. Harry, Hermione and Robyn looked up and flying over the full moon, greasy as smoke, were Dementors.

"Let's go!"

Harry, Robyn and Hermione walked over to the small lake that was placed somewhere in the Forbidden Forest. On the other side of the lake was Sirius, unconscious and Harry looking scared with a whirling mass of Dementors circling around the two of them. They were sucking the life out of the two. The Dementors kiss.

Robyn, Harry and Hermione watched in despair and horror as the past Harry slowly began to fall to the floor next to Sirius. Robyn wanted to run and help. But there were too many Dementors. Her Patronus was not strong enough yet.

"This is h-horrible..." Robyn muttered weakly, wanting to look away but her eye's stayed glued to the scene.

"Don't worry. My Dad will come... Right there... you'll see... he'll come... any minute... he'll conjure the Patronus." Harry said reassuringly, staring hungrily at the place he saw the Stag Patronus.

Hermione eyed him warily, scared for his and Black's safety. But the two girls had nothing to worry about. Something would save them or Sirius would not be locked up in the highest tower at Hogwarts and Harry would not be standing with them, watching as the Dementors preformed the Dementors kiss on himself. The lake began to freeze.

"No one's coming, Harry..." Hermione said, her voice shaking.

"HE WILL! He will come!"

Hermione and Robyn looked. Nothing came. Nothing was coming. Desperately, their eye's flashed to the Dementors, to the pitiful sight of Harry and Sirius at the water's edge, wracked with pain, dying.

"No one's coming! You're dying, both of you... and no one's coming!" Robyn suddenly burst, fear overcoming her.

Harry's face changed. Like a riddle unraveled in his head. He drew his wand.

"HARRY, NO!" Hermione screamed.

Too late. Harry slashed through the trees, stopping by the lake. Stopping right where he was once staring hungrily, waiting for his father.

Poising his wand, he looked out over the sea of Dementors on the other side of the lake.

"EXPECTO PATRONUM!"

A wisp of silver-blue light escaped his wand, hovering like mist. Then it bloomed magnificently. The trees exploded with light. The Lake blazed with reflected fire.

Harry stood utterly still, wand extended to the Heavens. His eye's burned with the light from the Stag. The Dementors began to retreat. Harry waited, not moving until every one of them were gone. Then, once it was clear, he let his arm drop and the Stag dissolved elegantly into nothing.

He walked back over to Robyn and Hermione. Once he was joined at their side, they disappeared into the forest, not wanting to get caught by Snape, who would be coming to save Harry and Sirius shortly.

Once hidden safety, the three stopped.

"What do we do now? How do we save Sirius?" Harry asked as he slid down to the floor, the leaves crunching underneath him.

Robyn copied his actions and sat on the forest floor. She couldn't speak. Her lungs burned and her breaths came out short and fast, each burning her lungs more then the other. Her heart pumped in her chest, so loudly she was surprised it had not exploded out of her chest. Her blood rushed in her ears and there was a loud drumming in her head. Her body shook more as the adrenaline wore off and the shock began to build up, leaving a heavy weight on her shoulders.

All the events of the year replayed in her head. The train ride. The Dementors. The Death Omen. The Quidditch match. The nightmares. The fear. The terrifying fear. The loneliness. Sirius being innocent. The screaming, shouting and chaos. Lupin turning into a Werewolf. Nearly dying several times. Hatred. People hating her so much. The happiness that never lasted long. Sadness. Being laughed at. Having no friends until she met three that turned her life upside down.

But out of all those things, what came back and haunted her was the fear. The paralysing, burning fear that ran through her veins. Everlasting. After all the highs, after her life improving, after getting what she wanted, fear always brought her down.

"I-I don't know Harry, I really don't." Hermione said but Robyn didn't care. She felt like her head was going to split in half with all the pain and thought's echoing through her mind.

Why did she have to be like this? At the start of the year, all she wanted was friends. And now she has them. One's that love her and she loves them. She's become braver, speaking her own mind and not stuttering around people anymore.

But what annoyed her was that although she had overcome her fear of people, the fear of war, danger and fighting was still there. She knew fear was a human thing and that it was good. She also knew everyone had fear. But that annoyed her. That everyone was scared but they hid it.

They showed courage and bravery and fought through it, standing their ground and doing what was necessary even if it got them killed. But Robyn couldn't be like that. She was never like that.

Even after nearly a whole year with three of the bravest people she knew and going on life threatening adventures out of curiosity did not help her. She still broke down and let the fear crumble upon her until it buried her six feet underneath the ground. She let it get the best of her. Just like she did with her shyness. And although she overcame her shyness, this fear was something that she knew she could not get rid of. Even after she tried to push it down, it still came back, crawling on her skin like a leech, sucking all the hope and happiness out of her until she only felt fear.

A bright smile soon overcame Hermione's once disappointed face. "Buckbeak. We can fly Buckbeak up to the tower and save Sirius!" The bushy haired girl exlaimed, making Harry grin and Robyn jump out of her skin. She had been stuck in her thoughts. Wallowing in self-pity and disappointment.

All the feelings she had once forgotten came back to her. One's she used to feel all the time, until Harry, Hermione and Ron came into her life. Robyn felt usless. Sadness. Frustration at herself. She was pointless. A mistake. A disappointment.

"I'll go find a clearing in the forest, where it will be safe for Buckbeak to fly off." Hermione declared, putting her weight back onto her feet instead of the tree she was leaning on. She walked off.

"Be careful!" Harry yelled after her only to hear an 'I will' in return.

"I can't wait to get Sirius! Soon I'll be away from the Durs-" Harry stopped, looking over at the girl who sat close to him. He studied her. Her body was stiff. Harry could not see her face as her hair created curtains around it, shielding her.

"Robyn?" She looked at him and Harry felt his heart drop and his eyebrows furrow together in concern. "Are you alright?"

"Yeah..."

"You're crying." Harry said, observing her wet cheeks and red, puffy eyes.

Robyn's hand reached up and wiped her cheek. She felt the salty water on her hands. "Oh...I am." she replied blankly.

Harry shuffled closer to her until their knees were touching. Robyn's breath hitched and her intake came out sharp. Robyn was aware of the closeness of them. Too aware. If Robyn was to shuffle just a bit to the left, she would be on his lap.

"Okay, so we've established that you are not alright. So, I want an honest answer on what's up." Harry said, nudging her shoulder lightly, giving her a reassuring smile that said 'you can tell me anything, you know that right?'

Robyn couldn't help but smile. "Oh, just the usual. Mostly just shock and fear. Pathetic, I know." Robyn said, letting out a dry laugh.

She looked away from him, realising something. The butterflies in her stomach suddenly became harder to ignore. Her pounding heart rate wasn't just from fear but from the fact that Harry's knees were touching her's. Her clammy hands from nerves suddenly became clear that it was him. It was always him.

Her fear wasn't just from the danger. Or war. Or fighting. It was fear from what she had discovered. Something she discovered a while ago but she ignored it, thinking it was ludicrous and wrong. Her fear was falling for Harry. But she had already done that without even noticing. Looking back on the year, it all became so clear to her. What Harry was doing to her. It was because she liked him. She had fell for her best friend; Harry James Potter.

"Robyn, look at me." Harry's voice pulled her out of her thoughts and she turned, only to be hypnotised by the greeness of his eye's. Harry smiled at her.

"It's not pathetic. Fear is what makes us human. You need to stop beating yourself up. Because even if you don't see it, many people love and care for you and see you as perfect, even if you don't. So start having a little faith in yourself." Robyn was wordless. She just stared, numb, wanting nothing but to close the gap between the two and press her lips on to his. Her body yearned for it. His breath tickling her face was taunting her, trying to lure her in. But she refused. She had only known him less than a year.

"And I know sometimes having faith in yourself is hard-" Sadness and familiarity overcame Harry's face. "But if I can get through it, so can you."

Harry began to lean in. Robyn froze. She didn't know what to do. She had never kissed anyone before and was pretty sure Harry hadn't either. What would it be like? Would she enjoy it? Robyn nearly laughed at that. Of course she would! Her body began to tingle and just as her eye's fluttered shut, she felt his lips on her cheek. They were soft and gentle. It lasted seconds. Robyn's heart plummeted to her stomach.

She knew she shouldn't have got her hopes up. He just wanted to be friends. Of course. He always did. Robyn didn't know why she was so disappointed, Harry had never lead her on or shown any sign of wanting to be more than friends. Robyn opened her eye's and Harry's face had moved away from her's now. He had also shuffled away from her a little, so now there was a gap between them. Robyn didn't like it. Harry was smiling at her and she forced herself to smile back, even though her heart was tearing itself apart.

Today was not about her though, so she shoved her thoughts to the back of her mind. Today was about saving Sirius and that was exactly what they were going to do...

(Ooh...Robyn and Harry had a moment. I love this chapter and I think it's adorable. Robyn finally knows how she feels about Harry. Yay. Anyway, I want to do something I never really do. A shoutout. So, I met this lovely person on here and they asked me for advise and were really nice. Anyway, I just wanted to say that this person -
