In The Witch's House (a freeware puzzle-oriented horror game by Fummy made in RPG Maker VX), the sprite for the girl which body comes chasing you. At one point you sees her legs walking away separately, without a torso. At the very end of the game she chases you with the upper half of her torso. She is insanely fast which is another aspect drawn from the Teke Teke Legend.
