When Sam got home after school he went straight into his room and collapsed onto his bed. Diesel hopped beside him and laid down. He is getting old and Sam knows that he will be gone soon.

Sam sighed before looking at his dog and petting the side of his neck. "I hope that your time to go isn't close." Sam said sadly with one small tear roll down his face.

Sam sat up in his bed then his mind went rapidly over to Colby. The blond smiled as he thought of his best friend. He smiled at the way his beautiful, soft brown hair looks in the mornings and when walking in the wind. He smiled just by thinking of Colby's contagious and bright smile. And he smiled at the way his friend would always stick up for him.

Whenever Sam thought something about Colby his smile would grow larger and larger. The blond started to notice the tingling feeling in his stomach again and wondered why he was getting it. Since Sam was so curious, he decided to search it up.

Sam got off of his bed and went to grab his computer. He returned to his comfy bed and placed his computer on his lap.

"Time to get some answers." Sam said quietly as he searched up Tingling sensation when thinking about someone.

Lots of results showed up. The blond was searching for over fifteen minutes and was almost always finding the same answer or something related to it. He didn't want to believe it though.

They were all telling Sam that he has a crush on Colby. He didn't want that to be true. Sam has known Colby since they were nine years old and loves him as a brother. Or that's what he thought.

Now Sam was questioning his sexuality. Could he be gay? Bisexual? Pansexual? He started searching up the different kinds of sexualities and how to know what you are. Sam found stories about how people knew/found out they were gay, lesbian, bisexual, etc. Lots of them were like the situation that Sam was in.

The blond was starting to feel tense and a bit nauseous from everything so he decided to get some fresh air outside. Sam walked to the park that was close by to his house.

Could I be gay? Sam kept thinking as he sat quietly on a bench with his head down and earphones in his ears, listening to calming music. He was too busy thinking to hear someone call out to him. When Sam did put his head up a soccer ball hit his face. He groaned in pain after the ball bounced off.

"Are you okay? I'm so sorry." A male's voice called out. The guy sounded like he was from New Zealand. Sam looked at the male and realized that he has never seen him before. He had ginger hair and blue eyes with freckles scattered all around his face. He looked to be around Sam's age. "Uh, yeah. And it's fine." The blond rubbed the spot on his head where he got hit. "You sure?" The male double-checked. "Yeah don't worry." Sam smiled softly.

"Okay, good. I'm Noah by the way." The guy—know known as Noah—held his hand out for Sam to shake. "Sam." He responded and gladly took and shook Noah's hand.

"Nice name." Noah smiled. "Thanks. And nice accent." Sam complimented. "Oh, thanks." Noah blushed slightly. "You're welcome. And did you just move here? I've never seen you around. And I usually come here every day." Sam asked. "Uh, yeah. My mom and I moved here just last night from New Zealand. I'm starting a new school tomorrow." Noah told Sam as he sat down beside the blond.

"Do you know which school?" Sam questioned. "Just the one up the road." Noah said, pointing in the direction of the school. "Oh, really? That's where I go." Sam said excitedly. "Thank Goodness I will know at least person." Noah sighed in relief. "And you'll know three more by lunch! You can hang out with my friends and me if you want." He offered.

"Really? I don't want to be a burden." Noah frowned. "Don't worry you won't be a burden. I've known you for less than ten minutes and I've been having a blast!" Sam smiled which brought one onto Noah's face. "Anyways, I better get back to my house. I'll see you tomorrow?" Sam asked hopefully. "Definitely. Also before you go could I get your number so we can text?" Noah questioned. "Yeah, of course." Sam nodded.

Sam and Noah exchanged numbers. They said their goodbyes by hugging each other. When they pulled away, you could tell that they were both blushing

Sam turned the other way and walked out of the park. On his way home, Sam took the time to look at the people around him. He found himself staring at the males more than the females. He noticed that some of the people he passed on the sidewalk were attractive. By some of the people, it's all the males.

Sam then thought about both Colby and Noah. Thinking of the two of them made him feel good inside. Sam felt the tingling sensation he has been for a while now.

By the time Sam got home, he realizes that he's either gay or bisexual.

When Sam got home he went to see his mom who was sitting in their living room watching tv while running Diesel's stomach.

"Hey, mom? I need to talk to you for a second." Sam said, sitting on a chair and grabbing his mom's attention. "What is it, sweetheart?" His mom questioned with a confused look on her face. "Well... I've been thinking since I got back from school that maybe... I, uh... I might be b-bisexual or g-gay." Sam confessed as he lowered his head.

The blond heard movement coming from where his mother was sitting. He didn't put his head up until he felt arms getting wrapped around him.

"I will love you no matter what you are. Okay, Sammy? I love you to bits and pieces." Sam's mom told him, looking him in the eyes. "Thanks, mom." Sam felt a smile grow on his face. "No need to thank me. It's your life. You chose who you like. Speaking of that, how did you find out?" She asked.

Sam thought for a few moments before answering. "I think my subconscious knew for a while, but I'm slowly starting to find out now." He said truthfully. "So are there any guys you're interested in? Maybe girls?" His mom smirked. "Oh my God, mom!" Sam laughed "What? It's just a question!" His mom chuckled. "Mhm, sure. But if you really wanna know. There is one guy... maybe two..." Sam told her with a small blush.

"Who is it? Wait no. Let me guess." Sam's mom said. "Okay. Go ahead." Sam instructed her. "Is it Colby?" She guessed. The blond's mouth fell open slightly. "How'd you know?" Sam questioned. "Mother's know best. Plus you and Colby are inseparable. I see the way you guys look at each other. Even a blind person would be able to see the chemistry between the two of you." She said with a small chuckle.

"He's not even a part of the LGBTQ community. Colby doesn't like me like that." Sam frowned a bit. "How do you know? He could just be nervous to tell you." His mom said. "But why? He knows I will support him no matter what." Sam asked. "That's something I can't answer." She told him. "Speaking of Colby, ask him to come over for dinner. We are having our new neighbours over." Sam's mom added.

"Okay." The blond nodded as he started to get off the chair he was sitting on. "And while you're helping me make dinner you could tell me a bit more about this other guy you like." His mom winked at him. "No thanks." Sam laughed then went up to his room to call Colby.

((Bit of a filler chapter but it's important. Anyway, how do you guys like Noah so far? I wanted to make my own characters instead of using their own friends. I was going to make this into two separate chapters but decided to make one long one in the end))

((Also here's an idea of what Noah looks like))
