Jeno packs his stuff in his bag as a few other students have already rushed out of the classroom. He really loved French, he really did.

But when he can't focus because people kept staring at him, whispering about him, even trying to flirt with him. All he wanted was to leave the damn room.

French was the last subject for today in his schedule. Renjun had Visual Arts today, so unfortunately he was alone for the whole period.

The raven haired grabs his stuff as one of his classmates shyly gave him a note, he takes it and gave a kind smile not wanting to be rude even though he wasn't interested.

The note was a cut out heart shaped scented paper in color rose gold, the glitter of the paper stained his skin, but he didn't mind. The handwriting was neat and the words were sweet.

But again, he isn't interested. So he just inserts it in his backpack and heads to the room door. There were still a few people inside, probably waiting until they get kicked out by the teacher.

Jeno looks up from his shoes when he heard whispers, he saw Jaemin leaning against the doorway with his hands inside his pockets. He raised a brow and approached the boy.

"What are you doing here?" Jeno whispered with a bite in his tone. Jaemin chuckled and pulled him by the arm before wrapping his own on the raven's waist.

The caramel haired leaned in to kiss his forehead making him scrunch his nose, "can't I pick up my boyfriend after class?" He teased and smirked when people were staring at them in shock and intrigued.

Jeno scoffed as the older leaned in to his ear, "you gotta act here sweetheart, be more believable will you?" he whispered before pulling back with a wink.

The raven rolled his eyes and adjusted his bag, "whatever," he mutters and walked ahead, passing Jaemin as he left the latter at the doorway.

Jaemin catches up to him and pulls his hand, "you're really bad at acting," he comments, "atleast be more believable," he adds as he entwined their fingers together.

Jeno bits the inside of his cheeks, "I'll act when I want to," he protests and gave a quick smile to someone who greeted him, still not used to the attention, "plus, I've been acting for years, don't underestimate me."

That made Jaemin raised a brow, dumbfounded on what the boy meant.

Jeno doesn't remember why he got here, hell he doesn't remember why the hell he agreed to go here.

They were at the mall, with Jaemin and his friends. Renjun was luckily the bestest friend he ever had, or well the first best friend he ever has.

The boy had heard about the group planning to hang out at the mall and decided to join in to also accompany the raven haired.

All Jeno remembered was he was in the living room watching TV and then the next, Jaemin barges in to his house and told him to get changed.

The older basically dragged him here, he doesn't want to be here at all. He could've been laying down on the couch and sleep or eat all day since he had a tough shift.

But instead, here he was, standing besides Jaemin who was talking to Mark about the video game he was holding. They were specifically at the video games store, and if you haven't caught on yet, Jeno doesn't do video games.

Renjun was somewhere around dragged by Donghyuck for some reason. But even though Jeno doesn't see a glimpse of his friend, he could here them bickering about something from where he was standing.

He lets out a yawn as Jaemin and Mark picked up another game. he flinched when someone nudged his shoulder, he turns around with a raised eyebrow.

Jisung chuckled, "bored?" He asked as Jeno only gave a nod and blinked a few times adjusting his vision from the bright lights. He hasn't really slept properly because of his schoolwork and late night bar shifts mixed up.

"They do that," Jisung shrugged as he nodded his head towards his friends. Chenle was right behind him examining a few games in the shelves.

"You don't say," Jeno deadpans making Jisung laugh. He sighs as he sees Renjun and Donghyuck approaching, his friend slightly annoyed by the tanned male beside him.

Renjun slung his arm around his friend's shoulder as the boy yawned again, they had a small conversation with Jisung as the others were still exploring.

Finally, they were at the counter to pay for the video games. Jeno thought it was over and he could finally go home and relax.

But then Mark spoke up, "hey, let's go to the arcade next!" The boys cheered all except for Jeno and Renjun who rolled their eyes.

When they went to the arcade, the boys immediately split up. Jeno was stuck with Jaemin while Renjun tagged along not wanting to leave his friend with some cliche jock.

Jaemin was playing basketball with Donghyuck as the latter decided for a competition. Loser had to clean their lockers in the boys locker room after football practice for a week.

Renjun quickly came back after a few minutes to buy some slushies. He hands a strawberry one to Jeno who gladly took it with a smile and even adjusted his glasses for his friend.

Jeno rolled his eyes when Donghyuck claimed Jaemin was cheating, "this is basketball dumbass, not football! Be bad at it!" He yells through the loud music in the arcade.

Jaemin chuckled and kept shooting as he scored a few times, "you're a football player too, dimwit." He retorts as Donghyuck just missed another shot.

The boy groans as they kept playing until the timer ran out, Jeno and Renjun raised a brow when Donghyuck glared at the ball and thought for awhile.

Jaemin crossed his arms as his friend looked up, "rematch," he declared, "but air hockey this time." He smirked making the other three roll their eyes.

They head to the air hockey table, passing by Mark, Jisung and Chenle who were busying themselves with the shooting games as Mark screamed when a zombie approached the screen.

Jaemin took the red side as Donghyuck took blue, "may the best player win," the tanned male said, "which is me." He winks.

Jaemin rolled his eyes and served first. It was an intense and entertaining match to Jeno and Renjun's surprise, or maybe because Donghyuck just wouldn't accept defeat and kept wanting a rematch.

After a few more rounds, Donghyuck had another crazy idea. Which is, "Jeno and Renjun should take our spots. Final round." He said.

The two boys looked at each other before they were basically dragged on Jaemin and Donghyuck's previous spots. "You guys know how to play?" The tanned male asked but had his eyes staying at Renjun for a bit more.

Renjun nodded as Jeno shyly shook his head, "no," he said making his stepbrother roll his eyes and muttered some insults.

"Well then too bad," the boy shrugged and placed his hand on the side of the table with annoyance.

Jaemin suddenly stepped in, "I'll teach you," he said as Jeno raised a brow.

"No teaching allowed, that's basically cheating," Donghyuck protested as Renjun threw his now empty cup at the near trash bin.

The Chinese clicked his tongue, "just let them be and stop being a sore loser. You'll still clean the lockers anyway considering how much of a loser you are at basketball, player."

Donghyuck scoffed as Jaemin went behind Jeno and placed his hand over the latter's, "just follow my lead," he whispered.

The raven haired gulped before nodding as they began to play. The game wasn't too bad, he missed a few times but in the end, he won by Jaemin's help.

Jeno smiled brightly as Renjun gave him a thumbs up and mouthing a 'good game' and 'you did good!' All while Donghyuck was sulking.

Jaemin patted Jeno's shoulder and smiled, "great game," he comments. Jeno was about to thank him untile he continued, "great timing too, Hana and Jeongin were here and saw us." He smirked.

Jeno raised a brow and scans the arcade to see Hana and Jeongin looking at them, "oh," he mumbles, "yeah, great...timing," he hesitantly said as Jaemin kissed his nose.

For some reason, his energy left his body.

Thankfully, they went home after that and he fell asleep. He didn't remember anything after drifting off and woke up in his bed with a blanket over him.

He didn't know about Jaemin unconsciously smiling a little when Jeno's head landed on his shoulder on the way home. And certainly doesn't know about the older carrying him upstairs to sleep.
