He wore a black trench coat that reached under his knees. He also wore bandages over his right eye. The brown eyes stare back at yours.

Ignoring his stare you were about to take a bite of the delicious dango until his stomach growled again.

His eyes were back to the video game in his hand as he pretended it didn't come from him. The growling noise.

"...want one?" You asked as you outstretched your hand as he took notice of the box then at you.

"...A beautiful woman like you should not be bothered by me"

"Why not?"

"I'm busy trying to die out of hunger"

"But... your eyes are tempting me to eat one since you are so persistent I don't mind one stick of dango," he said as he took one of the sticks that had three pieces of Dango

You just nod and munch your dango to eat as you have been carving for this for a long time now.

"Are you new Here?" He asked as he side glanced at you as you tilted your head slightly.

"How do... you know?"

"I won't forget a beautiful woman's face... But I do admit you are the most beautiful one I have ever seen" he said with a slight smirk and you nodded.

"Thank you... You have a weird taste too"

He let out a slight chuckle as he stared at the rain and then at you.

"Do you... like the rain?"

"I will say I do as it brings thunder and lightning"

"Oh..."

He thought for a moment then stared at you.

The silence afterward was nice for both you and him as his phone rang some minutes later.

"...is it a scroll you're searching?"

His eyes lit up as he smiled a bit he was glad it was not just a stranger meeting but he found someone who could help him find his mission.

"You shall not touch the scroll before I do"

"I thought you would name something like buy a mansion of the sort"

"I already... have those why shall I need that" you simply replied as his smile widened.

"Ah, rich maiden-san"

"Yes"

"And... here I was hoping to get your name... Either way, why can't I touch the scroll?" He asked curiously and you let out a sigh and arranged your glasses.

"Well... most of the people I met don't know the mention of the eternity god but some are so... Devoted when they know"

"I see" you muttered His expression was unreadable for a moment yet he quickly smiled when the car arrived.
