Third Person's POV

"And I'll do the same to you as well. I'll show you what happens when you refuse John Stone." John stared directly at Enid, "Start with her and then... KILL THEM ALL!" John exclaimed as the minotaur turned towards the Enid and the people on the other side of the ice wall.

Enid's POV

I couldn't see what's happening clearly but it seems Gunvald was winning, I heard one of the minotaurs' heart stopped but I began to feel something ominous which made the hair on the back of my neck stand up.

"Something's bad is about to happen." my instincts were spot on as I saw the other minotaur grew twice its size and its roar made the ice wall shake even Xavier heard it from the other side of the ice wall.  

"What the hell is happening?!" Xavier was covering his ears, "Nothing good." I replied, "We need to help him." I told Xavier and Bianca, "Even if we wanted, we don't have enough strength to break through this." Bianca put her hand on the ice wall. 

Then I saw it swung its massive arm towards Gunvald and he flew right straight to the ice wall, cracks started to form from where he smashed onto. 

I closed my eyes and honed in and listened to Gunvald, I could hear his deep breathing, groaning, and sped up heartbeat and I could almost feel how much pain he was in. 

"He's hurt. We need to do something!" I turned to Bianca, "I'm sorry Enid. You know I want to." she put her hand on my shoulder. 

"Why did you have to do this?!" I slammed my fist on the ice then I saw Gunvald roll in front of us and even through the blurry ice, I could see how injured he was, with cuts, blood, and bruises all over him.  

Our eyes met but I don't know if he could even see me anymore. 

I don't want to see him in so much pain, I wanted to look away but he needed to know that I was always with him. 

"Are you okay?" I asked in a whisper when I suddenly saw the minotaur attack him again and he couldn't do a thing to protect himself. 

I dug my nails until blood flowed down the ice because of frustration and the sense of helplessness I was feeling.

I held my breath when I saw the minotaur preparing another attack, "Gunvald won't be able to take another attack." I thought, "HE'S GONNA KILL HIM!" I exclaimed as I started clawing on the ice. 

"STOP!" I heard a shout then I saw the minotaur stopped mid swing. A guy emerged, he was all dress up and nonchalantly walking towards Gunvald.  

"Start with her and then... KILL THEM ALL!" he was looking at me with a grin plastered on his face. 

Third Person's POV

John grinned at Enid as he ordered the minotaur, "You should have accepted my offer." he laughed as Gunvald tried to move his body, "Ajax was right. You're greatest weakness is her." John recalled. 

The minotaur started punching the ice wall with its huge size and power, cracks started forming and pieces of ice were going everywhere. 

"What's going on?" Bianca asked, "Who's that guy?" Xavier joined, "We need to go." I told them, "What?" Xavier asked, "WE NEED TO GO!" Enid shouted as everyone saw the gargantuan monster stare at them through the ice. 

"T-the ice wouldn't break, right?" one of the faculties asked when a large chunk of ice fell in front of him, this caused an immediate uproar and panic as they began sprinting away from the ice. 

The solidarity they were showing earlier went out the window when the minotaur targeted them. 

Enid was about to run away when she turned around and look at Gunvald, "Go." he whispered, she wiped off her tears and started running with everyone else but it didn't take long for the minotaur to break through the ice wall. 

The minotaur squeezed himself inside with his eyes set on Enid. 

"He's in already!" Bianca stared at the minotaur, "What are we going to do?" Xavier stood beside her, "You need to guide the others to safety." Enid told them, "That's the plan but with that on our tail I doubt that we'll be able to escape." Bianca replied, "I... I lure him away." Enid declared, "What was that? I didn't get what you said, I thought you said that you'll lure him away." Xavier leaned forward, "He's after me. I can buy you time." Enid stated, "No chance!" Xavier disagreed, "Don't worry. I got this." Enid smiled at him, "What is it with you two?! Always ready to sacrifice yourselves!" Bianca scolded Enid, "See ya!" she smiled at both of them before transforming and sprinting away from the others.

"Follow me!" Enid thought and the minotaur turned to her and raced at her direction. 

Enid in her werewolf form is the fastest out of all the members of the Nightshades but the minotaur caught up to her, it attacked her but she managed to move out of the way and it continued attacking and she managed to dodge most of it but one, it hit her side and sent her smashing to the ice wall. 

Enid reverted back to her human form as the impact broke the chain on her necklace broke off and the pendant dropped to the ground, she picked it up and wiped off blood from her mouth.

"I'm already out with just one hit." Enid muttered as the minotaur slowly walked towards her, "One more time." she held the pendant close to her heart and she was able to get back in to her werewolf form, she tucked the pendant in her spandex suit and growled at the minotaur. 

The minotaur ran towards her and threw a punch but it only hit the ice wall behind her, she climbed up along its arm and attacked its face with her claws. 

Enid was able to blind one of its eyes but the minotaur caught her and threw her at the ground, Enid winced in pain as the air was knocked out of her and the minotaur followed with a powerful kick that sent her flying. 

Enid took a lot of damage which undid her transformation as she landed in front of the opening on the ice wall where John was holding Gunvald's face making her watch what was happening. 

Gunvald was looking at the bloodied face of Enid, tears streaming down his cheeks. "S-stop... P-Please stop... I-I'll do what you want." Gunvald begged, "Too late. That ship already sailed." John smiled, "Here comes the best part." he added as the minotaur stepped on Enid and slowly crushed her, Enid started screaming in pain, "NO!" Gunvald shouted while John was laughing maniacally. 

Then a humming sound ringed in the air, "What's that?" John asked as an explosion occured at the minotaur's face which pushed it back and off of Enid, the explosion blew Gunvald and John a few feet away. 

"WHAT THE HELL WAS THAT? WHERE DID IT CAME FROM?" John shouted in anger when another explosion hit the minotaur again then again until it finally dropped to its knees. 

"The bigger they are, the harder they fall." a girl with lifeless eyes, pale skin, and wearing a black attire emerged out of the black smoke, "I finally got to test the rocket launcher I got for my birthday. I'm curious about what will it do to something of your size?" the girl asked with a straight face and no expression.
