I know that one day, I will marry her. I don't care if I have to walk on hot coals or swim to the other side of the ocean, I will marry her because I love her so much and see a bright future for us. For her.

(Y/n's P.O.V)

We gradually got off the plane managing to get through other passengers that were taking their bags down, old people getting up slowly, and the walk back into the airport.
"Who knew a four and a half hour flight could be so tiring." Aidan dragged on as we neared customs.
"Your such a baby." Lauren chuckled.
"Yeah, I thought I'd brought you up to be a man!" Rob added. I started giggling at Aidan because he had gone full red.
"Dad!" He yelled.

As we reached customs I could begin to feel my heart pick up pace. I've always been so nervous about customs. I mean, it's not like I have something to hide. It's just the fact that if the security scanner started ringing, people would all look at me and it's not a comfortable situation.

We all placed our bags on the conveyor belt and went through the security scanners with nothing going wrong.
As we packed our things back in I could feel myself relax.

Walking out of the airport, the warm air hit me. Breathing it in with deep breathes. (Guys I'm gonna be honest I don't remember what season I set it in so bear with me).
"Shawn Mendes was born here, I wish I could meet him. I mean why wouldn't you want to meet him, his face is just beautiful." I said excitedly.
"Your in love with me remember?" Aidan reminded.
"Yes I know, you and only you. He just has pretty face is all." I reassured. He nodded in agreement but I could tell he was really thinking about it. "Don't worry, your face is even more beautiful." I giggled. He shook his head while smiling like an idiot.

Aidan slipped his hand in mine as we walked towards a car that the Gallagher's hired.
"So, you excited or still nervous?" Lauren asked as she walked next to us. I turned my head to her, slightly frowning.
"Honestly, I'm scared that I'll get taken back home. I've almost completely made a life here that I don't want to leave and I can't go back to what my life was, it destroyed me as a person too much." I explained.
"We'll fight to get you back, don't you worry. But you've never actually told us about why you were at the airport on your own and why you left." Lauren said.
I hesitated at first but decided it was best if I told them.
"I ran away..." I began. "I wasn't treated right. I had no freedom, no friends, my parents would call me names and tell me I'm useless. I was scared of them because they destroyed my mental health and didn't care. Not only my home life was bad but I had a so called friend who would always point out my imperfections." I explained. "She really hurt me and it changed me, it made me conscious about what I look like and I was nervous to dress a certain way in front of her incase she didn't like it." Saying that made me realise how pathetic I was being. "I know it sounds stupid, and like something that you shouldn't run away to another country from, but I'm not strong enough to handle things like that. It breaks me down till I'm nothing." I ended.
"It's not stupid at all. They were mentally abusing you and bullying you. No one should be treated like that." Aidan reassured.
"Yeah, and if they do try and take you back we'll fight for you." Rob added, joining on Aidan's side.
"Thanks guys." I said squeezing Aidan's hand slightly.

Aidan's parents made their way to the boot of the car, packing our luggage inside while Aidan and I got into the back seat of the car. I sat with my head down and fiddled with my fingers.
"Hey." Aidan said grabbing my attention while placing his hand over mine. "Even if we can't keep you here, I'll always find a way to you. I promise." He guaranteed. I nodded, knowing that he probably would do anything in his power to get me back.

His parents came around each side and got into the car and closed the doors.
"Alright kids, ready to go to the unit?" Rob asked while turning on the car.
"Sure are!" I said excitedly but still nervous. "Hey, do you guys think the government knows I'm here?" I asked curiously.
"The government knows most things, Y/n." Aidan replied.
"So will the kick me out of the country or am I too young?" I asked.
"That's something to figure out when it becomes a problem." Lauren answered smiling brightly.

I honestly think of Lauren and Rob as my own parents. I know that I haven't known them for as long as my real parents but they're the ones that treat me like they're own child. Who love me even though I have imperfections.

"Ya know, if I think about my life now compared to back home, the difference is crazy. Everything's so different. I wouldn't change it for the world. Having you guys with me is like I have a family that actually cares for me. Thank you." I spilled.
"No need to say thank you. We'd do it again one thousand times more." Lauren replied.

Rob pulled up to the driveway of the unit and I have to say that the unit was fancy. Rob had said that the producers of the show payed for the flight and unit so that's what made it easy to come here.
"Everyone out and get your bags." We did as told and made our way inside.
"So how many rooms are there?" Aidan asked.
"Three." Rob said bluntly. I saw Aidan's face drop a little but I knew he would be fine.

We all claimed our rooms, Aidan's parents got the en-suite of course, Aidan gave me the bigger room because he's a gentlemen and he got the room across the hall from me. I was disappointed that we weren't sharing a room to have our late night talks and whisper sweet nothings into each other's ears, but I did have a plan in mind.

I walked out my room and cheekily sauntered into Aidan's room. Pretending to mind my own business I walked over to his closet and saw that he had already unpacked. He was too busy setting up his music equipment to notice my sneakiness so I stole one of his hoodies and put it on. As soon as it was on all I could smell was Aidan, it made me feel so safe and comfortable.
"What are you doing?" He asked with a chuckle.
"Nothing..." I replied dragging out the word while giggling a little. He put his arms out to cuddle me so I ran into his arms and immediately felt loved. "I love you." I muffle into his neck.
"Love you more, baby."
"Baby?" I said giggling.
"W-Well I thought it was cute but if you don't like it then that's totally fine I just-"
"Relax. I love the nickname, baby." I said mocking him playfully. He let out a breathy laugh through his nose and gave me a soft kiss.
