" Alice!" I whine as she starts putting on makeup over my scars. " Hush, I will make you a masterpiece," she tells me " Plus this will be the first time Kayd will ever see you without you scars, so shhhhhh!" she whispers to me. I roll my eyes at her and pout. 

When it is finally time Emmett comes to the door and knocks. " In. A. MINUTE!" Alice yells at the door. I can her Emmy chuckle on the other side of the door. " Finally!" Emmett says as Alice finally opens the door " Took you long enough," I murmur to him on the way out the door. " I was tortured," I tell him, I can feel Alice glaring at my back.

As Emmy and I start walking it looks like he is going to cry dry tears. " Oh, Emmy..." I say as I look at him. Then I finally see him, when he sees me he looks in complete shock then looks like he is gonna cry.

After the ceremony is over we go in for our first dance. We dance to A Thousand Years by Chistina Perri. But I think our 2nd dance is my favorite. ( listen to video above)

Once our dance is done we do speeches, Emmett's is the most embarrassing and the sweetest of all of them. He talks about the candy store, he talks about how mom and dad would have been so proud of me. That's when the tears come, I didn't even know they were there until Kayd wipes them away.

Then Kayd gets to dance with our daughter Elentiya while I dance with our son Nicodemus. They are the sweetest kids in the world. Elentiya has curly, raven black hair. While Nic has straighter hair and is metallic black like mine. We all dance to the song Boy with Luv by BTS and Halsey.

I think Nic and Kayd have the most fun with this one.

My life was full of ups and downs but in the end, everything is perfect. I have 2 spectacular kids, a loving hubby, and an amazing and full family. This is my idea of a storybook.
