Let The Story BEGIN

It was a long day at work! Kanha was hurriedly packing up his stuff as one of his employees knocked on his door. "Yes, come in!", ordered Kanha as the employee entered his cabin. "Oh, Rahul. Yes! I need to make sure you are well settled for everything since I'll be away for a month. Don't worry; Papa, Dadu, Nakul & Yash will be here to help you with whatever you need but still you should know what your job entails perfectly.", said Kanha as Rahul nodded positively & Kanha started briefing him with everything.

It's been 9 months since Sayuri took a leave from their office. She sometimes manage & attend online meetings from home itself but ever since that tragic accident of her almost falling off the cliff, & Saroj getting to know that by God's grace Sayuri was pregnant & safe with her child, she made sure Sayuri stays put despite the protests made by her & Kanha. This time Saroj took no chance as she made sure everything was in perfect condition for her bahu & her grandchild.

Kanha left the office as he sat in the car & smiled. Sayuri was full time pregnant & was due in 3 days. A huge smile painted his face bright as he reminisced these last 9 months with his wife & her huge baby bump. He opened the phone as his smile got larger & saw the collage he made for her as her baby bump grew bigger & bigger. He remembered how upset Sayuri was when he teased her for being fat & literally started sobbing & then a minute later was laughing at a bird chirping. Her mood swings were haywire & these mood swings were a daily dose of their entertainment for the last 9 months. He saw the diary in which he wrote every single joke which he couldn't say now so that he could make fun of her, once Sayuri delivers the baby.

His smile immediately diminished as he remembered how he came just at the last moment & saved her from falling & made sure she was okay. A sudden thought of just being a second late ran shivers down his spine.

Not gonna talk abt Rashmi here bcoz I seriously don't want to🤚

Kanha joined his hands as he said a quick prayer to Krishna Ji & drove away in his car.

He ran inside the house as he drank a glass of water and ran upstairs to see his pregnant wife. Doctor's suggested her complete bed rest since last 1 week. As Kanha opened the bedroom gate, he saw her & his eyes immediately changed into hearts as he saw her keeping a bowl full of caramel popcorn on her belly & eating from it. She looked very proud of her accomplishment as she laughed looking at the TV.

As she took another popcorn her eyes saw Kanha staring lovingly at her in this awkward yet the most comfortable position she has ever been since last 3 months. She immediately gave him a full smile as she said, "See!! What I discovered?? I can keep this bowl of popcorn & it will stay still. See. See. My hands are free! See. See. How cool is this?"

Kanha laughed at her amusement as he walked towards her and sat near her. He pecked her forehead as she touched his face & gave him a full smile. She asked for his hand as she removed that bowl from belly & tried sitting in a better position!

As Kanha helped her she asked, "How was your day? And your presentation! I hope it all went well like always!" Kanha smiled as he replied, "Yeah we cracked the deal! Now Yash & Nakul will handle it as I'll be with you & our baby!" Sayuri smiled as she said, "Congratulations! I'm so happy for you Kanhaaa!" Kanha smiled.

Sayuri shifted as she was still feeling a little uncomfortable. "What happened!? You look tired! Do you want something Sayu?", asked a worried Kanha as he immediately got cautious. Sayuri smiled as she said between her heavy breathing, "No I'm okay! It's just that it's peak time na, climax!!!, that's why I'm always tired & sweaty. Baby is huge now. I can't believe I'll not be pregnant anymore."

Kanha smiled as he took out his handkerchief & started patting her forehead with it. Sayuri saw him with absolute love in her eyes as she smiled and almost whispered, "Thank you!" Kanha looked in her eyes questioning why as she smiled & replied, "These 9 months have been the best months of my life. Not saying that every moment with you isn't special but these were extra special. Whether it was our late night board games or late night walks or simply you making fun of me. You made sure I was myself with you & you made me & the baby feel the safest. So THANK YOU PAPA. And I can't wait to hop in, in this adventure with you."

Kanha just looked at her as she opened his arms & placed her head on his heart. He couldn't believe how he got so lucky to be her husband. She never complained about a single thing & was infact so much braver than him during all those injection visits or morning sickness routine.

He remembered when it newly started, he used to puke with her. He chuckled as he hugged her tighter & kissed her hairs. They broke the hug but held each other's hands as Kanha said, "I can't believe there is going to be a Junior Albeli!!" Sayuri furrowed her eyebrows as she said, "Nope Junior Albelaa. Nakul, Me & Priya... We all want Junior Albelaa Kanha." "And I want Junior Albeli, tu dekh lena, vahi aayegi. Tujhe kya lagta hai, beta aayega aur teri team mein rahega. Nahi... Beti aayegi aur meri team mein rahegi. "Sayuri pareshan karo mission" mein saath degi mera."

Sayuri playfully slapped him on his arms as they both laughed heartily.
