Yay! My first Kristoff x Reader one shot! ^-^ Requested by @clara_hamada
"Hey, Kris. Whatcha thinkin' about?"
Kristoff was snapped out of his daze as he heard your voice. "Oh, no one," he smiled nervously with a light blush.
"No one?" You grinned. "Ooh! Is it a girl? Tell me!"
"No, it's not a girl, (Y/N)," Kristoff chuckled. It wasn't just a girl, it was you. He thought you were the most beautiful girl he'd ever seen, and most likely the most beautiful girl he'd ever see.
"Ugh! Why do you have to be so secretive?" You whined. "All men are," he chuckled. "You just have to get used to it."
"Fine," you sighed. "I'll be outside if you decide to tell me." You flashed a smile and shut the cabin door behind you. Kristoff lifted his head at the sound of knocking and quickly peeked out the window before opening it. Knowing you, you might give him a face full of snow.
Instead, he saw a snowman and a reindeer. "Sven!" Olaf cheered at seeing the tall mountain man.
"My name is not Sven," Kristoff groaned. "It's Kristoff."
"Kristoff, Sven, what's the difference?" Olaf shrugged with a goofy grin. "Anyway, Sven and I had a lot of fun," he motioned to the reindeer. "But I think he's kinda hungry, so I brought him back here."
Kristoff shook his head and smiled as Sven tried to bite Olaf's nose. "I think I might have some."
The odd duo followed him inside and to the small kitchen where he pulled out some carrots from a cabinet. "Here you-" He stopped short as he caught a glimpse of you through the window. You grabbed snow and tossed it into the air, causing it to rain down on you in tiny snow drops. The world seemed to be moving in slow motion.
"Sven? Sven? Sven!" Kristoff jumped as he realized Olaf was trying to get his attention. "Huh? Yes? What?"
"You just kinda forgot how to breathe for a second," he said. "I was just making sure you didn't impale yourself with the carrots."
"No, Olaf, I'm fine," he chuckled, taking one last glance at you before turning back to them.
Kristoff furrowed his brows as he saw Sven with a raised eyebrow and an all-knowing look. "What?"
"Oh, I get it," Olaf grinned, looking out the window at you. "You like (Y/N)." The blonde's eyes widened in surprise and he turned a dark red. "No, I don't!"
"Yes, you do!"
"No, I don't!"
"Yes, you do!"
"No!"
"Yes!"
"Yes!"
"Yes! See? We both agree," Olaf exclaimed gleefully and Kristoff groaned. "Fine, I like her."
"Does she know?" Olaf asked. "Well, no."
"Why?"
"I don't know how to tell her," he explained. "She probably doesn't like me anyway."
"Why?"
"Because she's so beautiful, kind, gentle, smart, talented, creative, fantastic, magical, artistic and amazing," Kristoff sighed.
"Why?"
"Because she just is!" He snapped, his cheeks still a rosy red. "I like her, a lot. I love her, actually."
"True love," Olaf smiled with a dreamy sigh. "Well, now you have to tell her!" He declared dramatically, trying to pull Kristoff out the door.
"What?" Kristoff gaped at him in confusion. Wow, this guy...snowman... thing is seriously bi-polar.
"Come on! Let's go make Sven fall in love with (Y/N)!" Olaf giddily yelled.
"It's Kristoff!"

"Look! There she is!" You heard someone exclaim. "Shush!"
"Um, hello?" You called out, standing up. Kristoff had warned you that anything could happen in the mountains, and that made you extra cautious. Especially when you were alone.
Suddenly, you saw a familiar person stumble out from the trees, bringing a smile to your face. "Oh, Kristoff. It's you."
"Yeah," he chuckled. "It's me."
"Did you come to tell me who you were thinking about?" You grinned, rocking back and forth on your heels. "Yes... I mean, no. I mean-"
"Say yes!" Someone else shouted. "Olaf? Is that you?"
"No," they replied. "It's...um...a tree!" You giggled and Kristoff face palmed. "Olaf, could you give us a minute?"
"Okay! Tell her!" He whisper yelled, darting out from behind a tree with Sven and running off. "Tell me what?" You raised an eyebrow. "Your crush?" You grinned.
"Well...um...yes, actually," he admitted. "Ha! So you do have a crush! I knew it," you cheered and Kristoff groaned. "Fine, I do have a crush."
"Tell me," you demanded, pulling him down onto a pile of snow so that he was sitting beside you. "What does she look like?"
"Well," he smiled. "She has beautiful (H/L), (H/C) hair, and gorgeous (E/C) eyes." You grinned but found yourself squirming a little from something you'd never felt before. Jealousy.
"Tell me more."
"Okay," he continued. "She's smart. Extremely. And talented. So, so talented. She's the most amazing (something you're good at/example: dancer). Literally, she could blow you away."
By then, your stomach was in knots, your arms were perfectly crossed over your chest, and your eyebrows were knit so tightly together they hurt. "What's her name?" You asked, your voice an unusual monotone.
"Her name's (Y/N)," he blushed, ultimately growing as he saw you glaring at the nearest tree like you wished it would fall over and die. "Are you okay, (Y/N)?"
"I don't like her already," you huffed, not even realizing who's name he had said.
"(Y/N)," he laughed. "Didn't you hear me?" God, this is embarrassing. Why is she making me say it again? "I said, I like (Y/N). I like you."
It finally clicked and you turned your head to stare at him with wide eyes. "Me?"
"Yes, you," he chuckled. "How long?" He bit his lip and looked down embarrassedly. "Since we became friends."
"Kristoff, that was thirteen years ago," you reminded him, remembering when you'd met the trolls not long after Kristoff had. "I know, but I've always loved you. I-I mean liked. I loved? Liked? I mean, I don't- Wait, what?"
"I love you, too," you giggled, pulling him in for a kiss. Forever and always.
