When he saw Harry in the hall for the first time since before break, Draco's eyes lit up. It was just before supper was starting the night before classes resumed. Not many people were in the corridor, in fact most were in their own common rooms, finishing up their essays or books before the next day.

Draco looked around, making sure no one was close to them, but there were others down the hall, so he turned his face into a sneer, watching Harry's eyes, which darted down to his hand. Draco nodded, walking closely to him. Their shoulders hit each other and what landed into his hand was a small piece of ripped parchment.

"Can't see, four eyes?"

"Shove off, Malfoy. Watch where you're going," Harry bit back before rolling his eyes. When they turned the corridor, Draco hid behind a fire pillar so he could see the scrappy writing.

Second floor, broom cupboard by the charms class room. Go when you can. I'll find you on my map. Meet you there.

Draco's heart skipped a beat and he swallowed back a smile before turning around and heading towards that way. He bit his lip as he walked, picking up his pace because he gets to see Harry.

He looked both ways before entering the closet, and once he shut the door, he threw his arms around him. Harry slightly smiled and barely responded; his entire body felt too guilty to.

"Hey you," Draco squeezed him, kissing his forehead. "How are you? How was your holiday?"

He reached down and kissed Harry's lips, but, again, Harry didn't respond as much as Draco wanted him to, so he let go.

"Fine." Harry put on a fake smile. "Good. Just visited the Weasley's. I've missed you," he said, and he reached up to kiss him for real this time, because this wasn't Cho. This was Draco. This was home. Sweet, savory, lovely home. He wrapped his arms around his neck, standing on his tip toes so he could get a better angle.

"Mhhmm," Draco growled, "I've definitely missed you."

Harry allowed himself to be kissed by Draco, responding deeply, passionately, pulling him tighter. Draco let go of his lips and pressed kisses on his neck, but Harry felt he was being to selfish, felt he didn't deserve those kisses, so he pulled away.

"How was your holiday," he asked, almost too solemn.

"Are you sure you're okay?"

"'m fine. Why do you ask?"

"You just don't seem happy to see me. I was ecstatic when I read your note. What's the matter?"

"Tell me about your break first, though," Harry bit his lip, leaning back on his heels and out of his embrace.

"Okay... It was fine. Not much happened. The usual, I should say."

"The usual? The usual meaning..."

"Yes, Harry."

"As in your father--"

"Yes, Harry. It's fine. I was fine. He's just worried about my future is all. I'm not serious enough."

"If it helps, I think you're too serious," Harry said, reaching out to hug him. "I think you're wonderful."

"Thanks," Draco said, and he kissed his cheek. "It was fine. I'm fine."

"Really?"

"Yes, Harry," he reassured him, squeezing him. "Now you. What's wrong?"

"Can I tell you something?"

"Of course. You can tell me anything," Draco said, "I'm only your bloody boyfriend of almost a year. Speaking of which, I just wanted to say how excited I am about February 25th."

"I am too," Harry smiled, but then frowned. If we even make it a year. "But before we talk about that, I just need to say something and I know you're going to be really really angry."

"Angry? What for? It's not like you bloody cheated on me or anything." Harry just flattened his lips, causing Draco to furrow his eyebrows. "You.. you didn't cheat on me right? You wouldn't. You're too bloody honoree."

"It... it's sort of a long story..."

Draco's face hardened and Harry looked to the ground. "Tell it. I've got time. Harry, you'd better look me in the eye. Go on, out with it."

Harry glanced up at him with a frown and let out a deep breath. "IkissedChoChang."

"What," Draco bit. "Slow down."

"I kissed Cho Chang... Well, Cho Chang kissed me... I just stood there awkwardly."

Draco's face fell. "S-someone kissed you," he spoke very quietly. Harry bit his lip watching the pain creep up onto Draco's face as pictures of Harry kissing someone else haunted his thoughts. "Someone kissed you. Someone who wasn't me."

Harry chewed on his lip, too scared to say anything.

"Was it a cover up? You know how I've used Pansy to avoid being asked out?"

Harry wished he could say yes. "No. We were alone, no one was around."

"Why didn't you push her away!?" Harry put a hand on Draco's shoulder, but Draco shoved it back. "No, don't touch me. Why didn't you push her away? You have to let someone get close enough to kiss you."

"I'm sorry. It was the day before break and--"

"And you let her say Happy Christmas by shoving her mouth on to yours!?" Draco's chest stung. He couldn't help his eyes watering.

"Draco please just listen to me," Harry said as Draco turned around, heading to the door. He pulled on his arm.

"No! Harry, we promised each other we wouldn't cheat!"

"I didn't cheat on you! She kissed me for ten seconds--"

"You let it happen for ten seconds!"

"I couldn't just push her away!"

"Why not?"

"She was crying! We were in the Room of Requirement and she saw a picture of Cedric... she got sad and... I don't know! She just kissed me."

"I'll kill her," Draco spat, grabbing his wand. "She kissed you!"

"No no no no," Harry grasped his hand, shoving his wand back into his robe. "No, you will not! If anything take it out of me."

"Oh yes, I will take it out on your bloody arse, Harry Potter! You bloody wanker! I can't believe you'd let this happen!"

"It was awful, if it helps at all."

"Of course it was awful! She's not me!"

"It didn't mean anything, I promise! I promise! I love you and only you."

"I'm your boyfriend. I'm the only one who's allowed kiss you, she can't kiss you. You're mine, I'm yours. You're not courting each other-- Right?"

"No, of course not!"

"Then who does she think she is?" Again, Draco grabbed his wand. "She can't kiss you! She didn't work hard enough for it! Bloody hell, I had to fake my way into your heart then get a bloody nose before you even kissed me, and she walked right on up to you and just did it!"

Again, Harry reached for Draco's wand, but as he did, he looked him in the eyes. He looked heart broken. "Draco, please, I didn't want it to happen."

Draco turned away from him, defeated. Harry hadn't expected him to act like this, in fact he'd wished the opposite. He could control out of control Draco. He found him bloody hot, to be honest with you. He didn't know how to handle this kind of Draco. "This wasn't supposed to happen with you. I'd expect it from anyone else, but you. You're good. You're a good person." He bit his lip. I would have at least thought you'd have the sense of pushing her away."

"She was crying," Harry argued.

"Yes, and you have a boyfriend," Draco turned to him. "Even in secret, you have a bloody boyfriend, you should have stood up for me, for us, Harry. You couldn't have at least lied?"

"I-I... I didn't know what to do. I was shocked--"

"That doesn't matter," Draco growled. "Bloody hell, I didn't think this would hurt this much."

"I'm sorry," he cried, reaching out to touch Draco's cheek. He didn't push him away, but he glared at him, sneered at him, made the point that Harry wasn't welcome like that to him.

"Did you touch her at all?"

"No, I don't think so--"

"You don't think so," Draco bit, knocking his hand away. "How do you 'think so' if it's a yes or no answer.

"I mean, I think she had her hand on my shoulder, but I'm not entirely sure--"

"You said it was awful!"

"It was! I was in shock, I didn't expect her to kiss me. I was denying it. Hell, I didn't even close my eyes."

"You better not have," he growled. "Whose boyfriend are you, Harry?"

"Yours."

"What's my name?"

"Draco."

Draco whipped to him, pressing him back, Harry taking a step as the boy advanced him slightly. "Whose boyfriend are you?"

"I'm yours. I'm Draco's. I'm Draco Malfoy's boyfriend."

"And whose boyfriend aren't you?"

"Cho Chang's," Harry swallowed, looking Draco dead in the eye, then down at his lips.

"Wrong answer," he bit, "Hey, up here."

Harry's eyes snapped up to Draco's. "I'm not Cho Chang's boyfriend, I'm Draco Malfoy's."

"Both true, but not what I'm looking for."

"I-I don't understand."

"The correct answer is 'Nobody else's boyfriend.'" Harry nodded but Draco wasn't satisfied. "Say it."

"I'm Draco Malfoy's boyfriend. I'm nobody else's boyfriend."

"Good. Now, if you want to go around letting other people kiss you, then you'd better break up with me. Cheating isn't something I accept, especially after we laid out the terms and conditions before we even started dating."

"No," Harry said powerfully, "I could never break up with you. I don't want anybody else. I'm your boyfriend, you're my boyfriend. I love that you're my boyfriend."

"Hm, do you now?"

"Draco, please don't be like this," Harry urged, but Draco turned cold.

"My boyfriend was kissed by someone who wasn't his boyfriend and you want me to not be angry. Here, let me congratulate you on getting some action while I couldn't provide," he snapped before turning away from him and heading for the door.

"Wait," Harry rushed in front of the handle, denying access to it. "I didn't mean it like that. I just want you to be happy."

"Then maybe the next time someone comes within an inch of your mouth, you'll push them away. Move."

"No," Harry stayed firm. "Damn it, Draco. I said I'm sorry! I knew you'd be angry, but hell. I just wanted to tell you so you wouldn't find out in passing, or from a friend. Ten seconds, that was it. Surely my friends will be gloating about it and all, but damn it, ten seconds. Nothing more. What else can I do to make it up to you?"

Draco crossed his arms. He hadn't realized he was breathing heavy. He couldn't help it. It hurt. Harry hurt him. "What do you think, Harry? What do you think you should have to do to make up for you cheating on me? What would you do if the roles were switched."

"I... I don't know," he looked to the floor. "I didn't cheat on you."

"Bloody hell, yes you did! You might not have actually leaned in, but you let it happen. You could have pushed her away! Did you use your mouth at all? Unless she had you tied up, and even so, you were hit by a freezing spell and didn't move any bit of mouth, then you're right, you didn't cheat."

"God damn it, Draco. I didn't want to hurt her!"

"So you decided to hurt me instead?"

Harry's heart cracked hard. "That's not how it was!"

"Really. It looks pretty clear to me." He tried pushing him aside. Harry didn't move.

"Draco, please! I don't want you to be angry anymore! I'll do anything."

"You didn't answer my question. What would you do if the roles were switched?"

Harry opened his mouth, then closed it. He stepped aside, and gave Draco access to the door. "I would break up with you," he swallowed. "You're right, I should have pushed her away. If you were in my spot and Daphne, Millicent, Cho or anyone for that matter kissed you and you didn't push away, I'd take that as cheating. And we agreed no cheating."

Closing his eyes, he waited for Draco to leave, to think it over, or he could just do it now. It was up to him. Looks like we aren't going to make it a year...

After a few moments of silence, Harry waiting, Draco, rather than leaving, strode to him. Harry opened his glossy eyes, and looked directly into his. "I shall expect a new pair of dragon hyde gloves from Borgan and Burkes, the purple scales, top quality-- they just came out-- in my mailbox by tomorrow morning, along with a top quality back and neck massage as well as a bouquet of nice-arse roses-- white, not the red ones, we have to cleanse our relationship-- and you're not allowed to go near that Chang girl for a week so she get the message. If she tries talking to you, you walk away. You can explain it to her later, and if she asks questions, tell her your boyfriend, Draco Malfoy, is ensuring nothing like that will ever happen again."

"You're not breaking up with me?"

Draco breathed before answering. "You came to me about it. Most people wouldn't." Harry swallowed. "But that doesn't mean I'm not pissed to the wind."

The boy nodded. "It will never happen again."

"Damn right it won't ever happen again. That being said, " Draco grabbed Harry by his shirt's collar, pushed him against the wall, and advanced onto him, making sure their bodies were pressed together. "No one is allowed to be this close to you."

"Yes," Harry said.

"If they are, they're too bloody close. If you can feel their hips, they're too close."

He nodded.

"And," Draco continued, "If anyone so much touches you below here," he put a hand on his chest, "I'll find them and hex them."

"Please do."

"And if anyone so much as," Draco leaned down, gracing his lips against Harry's delicately, "I swear to Salazar himself, I will murder them." Harry laughed. "You think I'm joking?"

"Oh, I know you're not," he looked him directly in the eyes.

"And then I'll hex your arse as well. Did you hear me?"

Harry nodded.

"You're sure?"

"Yes."

Draco whispered in his ear. "I'm not sure you do."

"I do," Harry looked back at him with wide eyes. "I promise."

"Don't lie, Harry," Draco hissed. He kissed his neck and bit it. "I'm only allowed to do this. I'm the only one allowed to kiss you." Harry moaned, suddenly feeling so hot. Yes. This was the Draco Harry wanted to talk to, not the sad one, not the hurt one. The angry one. The hot one. "I'm the only one allowed to make you blush," Draco turned back and looked at him. "I'm the only one allowed to touch you like this."

"Draco, oh! Please!"

"You're mine and no one else's. Have a problem with it? Leave me. I'm jealous and possessive. If that's baggage you can't deal with, we can end this now.

"No," Harry moaned. "This is who I want. Forever and ever. You. I want you like this, please. Take me, have me. I'm yours."

Draco smashed his lips to Harry's kissing, biting, and sucking him violently, passionately, lovingly. "You're mine."

As Draco's hand slid down to Harry's hips and he took Harry's bottom lip between his teeth, the bell rang, causing them to jump.

"I have class," Draco said, noticing how red Harry's lips were, and how warm he felt. Harry was breathing heavy.

"Y-Yeah... yeah class..."

"Do you want to go first?"

"Hm?" Harry realized Draco's hand was still on his hip. He quite liked it there.

"Leave first, or do you want me to?"

"I don't want you to leave." He didn't even realized he said it, it was an automatic response.

Draco couldn't help but smile. "That's my boyfriend. But really. I have class."

"You go," Harry said, looking away, unable to keep from blushing, "I need to take care of something."

It took Draco half a second to realize, and he forced himself to the door. "I'll see you on Friday."

"See you Friday."

Draco didn't go to class. He instead went to the closest bathroom because he had to take care of something, too.
