Simple destruction will be a rebirth to something so profoundly chaotic and disastrous. All it seemed nowaday was Rosalice listening in, gathering information, waiting until her mind told her to scatter, to run away. That instinct inside her is strong and powerful on its own.
Holding Salem in her grasp as she watched as the flower dahlia's grow and bloom in a dangerous dark color. Vines wrapping around the outside of St James Infirmary, a salvation to deprive magic. Rosalice's body shivered watching as Hayley grabs a hold of her own daughter, calling Elijah only for it not to work.
Rosalice hears heels clicking unsettling the ground itself, shaking it within her own power. "I need you to go get help." Hayley says. "Now," She orders one of her werewolves.
As the werewolf went past the threshold of the infirmary his neck snapped. Rosalice lifts her head up high, hiding behind a wall to shield her son from the witch. Looking down at him with a soft smile, she whispers, "I'm not going to let anyone touch you or your sister." A promise she was making for him and her daughter.
Staring into her son's eyes she could see the same light hazel eyes mixed with different greens, blues and browns that it made it hard to distinguish which eye color he truly was. All coming from her mate, only his were hazel brown. A soft smile came upon Rosalice's lips staring into innocent child-like eyes. Eyes that she created. Eyes that blend with confusion, that held obscurity.
A soft whistling tune fills the air of a song. Rosalice keeps eye contact with her baby as Salem looks all around them, taking everything in. "It's okay, baby girl." Hayley whispers to Hope.
Dahlia at the entrance of the jazz club walks in the front hall, vines and flowers growing as she stares at Hope, Klaus' first born daughter. Smiling at the sight of her. Hayley clutches Hope tightly, not ready to part with her again. Never wanting to part with her. "What a beauty. Hello, my child. Iβ" Stumbling back she looks down at the thick line of sand, instantly frowning. "I was hoping for a more intimate chat." Dahlia confesses, her eyes following around the room. "Though I sense by entering, you would have me at a considerable disadvantage."
Hayley spoke, fear thick in her voice, "Why don't you come on in? I would love to show you some hybrid hospitality."
Dahlia waves a hand, gesturing to the baby, "I only wanted to see the little ones who have been promised to me." Staring at Hope. "Won't be long nowβsurely you've noticed the spell protecting you is growing weaker?"
"If you lay a finger on her, I swear I will make you suffer in ways even your evil mind can't imagine." Hayley threatens once again.
Dahlia laughs a little, calming herself almost immediately she speaks in a gentle tone, "Hayley, is it? I have no quarrel with you." She smiles softly, hoping to win the mother over. "Esther made this bargain long ago. It's most unfortunate you've been dragged into it."
"You talk like you don't have a choice, but this is your doing!"
"When I give my word, I keep it. And I expect others to do the same!" Dahlia clenches her jaw. "Esther and I made a bargain a long time ago, and so, you see, that and another is rightfully mine. The only question you need to ask is... would you deny me, knowing that it would mean your death?"
Hayley speaks furiously, "You're not taking her."
Dahlia sighs, trying her best to remain patient with Hayley. "You're frightened for your child. I can assure you, anything that Freya might have told you about our life together... well, she always had a flair for the dramatics."
"Well, it seems to run in the family." Rosalice agreed with Hayley, everyone in the Mikealson family had gotten it just never really used to their full extent, Klaus however loved to show it off.
Dahlia speaks again, "Well, then, of course, most of my troubles with Freya stemmed from the fact that I came for her so late in life. She had such a strong memory of the family that I took her from." Staring at the child before her once again. "But Hope and Salem they're so young, they won't cling to the memory of you or Rosalice, or cry for you both in their sleep." She continues to smile softly, "You can take comfort in the fact that for her, it will be as if you never existed."
Hayley's eyes grew dangerous, flashing both werewolf and vampire the true hybrid's look, glaring at the old witch before her. "Come closer. Let's see how a witch with no magic does against me."
Suddenly cries fill the air, Hayley drops her hybrid look and comforts her daughter.
Dahlia mocks, "Well, you've upset the child. It's a pityβyou ought not to waste your last hours with her this way. You should spend this time saying your farewells." She then gives out a deadline, "Nightfall tomorrow will come all too soon." Turning her attention to the little girl held before her, "Goodbye for now, little one." The brunette woman gives one last glance to Hope before leaving.
Hayley breathes heavily, rocking Hope and kissing her on her forehead.

Elijah held Sage in his grasp quietly questioning both Hayley and Rosalice. His daughter grabbed his tie and shoved it into her mouth. Looking down at her, he gives her a soft look, lightly pulling it away from her murmuring to only Sage, "Let's perhaps not put that in your mouth, sweetheart."
Hayley waves it off, and tells him, "Of course I tried to call you, Elijah! But since Dahlia was able to take down both Klaus and Mikeal, I'm guessing that a cell phone tower was a piece of cake." In her tone there was a natural harsh growl in it, rumbling in her chest.
Elijah frowns, "And where were the wolves who stood guard?"
"Getting their asses handed to them by Dahlia, just like Klaus did." Hayley snaps.
Klaus enters the room grabbing Rosalice, "That's it, you're both coming with me to the compound."
Hayley stops him completely, "Where Dahlia sent Josephine this morning? No way!" She shakes her head. Rosalice breathed in once. One. Two. Three. Four. Exhaled heavily. One. Two. Three. Four. Inhale. "We'd be sitting ducks, just like we will be here as soon as that spell breaks." Sighing, she informs the two, "Which is why we have to go." Elijah frowns looking at his mate, moving towards her he lightly pulls her away far away from the bickering parents.
"Is everything okay?" He asks her.
Rosalice continues to frown, showing her true emotions on display. Not taking her chances at whispering she speaks in his mind, her voice echoing softly through it, Renee's due date is soon. Dahlia is here andβ
Go to it. Elijah interrupts. Go be with your family. Mine will defeat Dahlia and you can return back home.
Rosalice stares at him with a look of confliction. Her lips are forever frowning. She didn't want to run away, not like how she normally did. That was her entire life story running away, surviving by killing. She couldn't do it anymore. She didn't know if her heart could handle it any longer. Divulging in the beast inside her, twisting her into a monster... could she handle it and come out sane?
Elijah cups her face with one hand, pressing his head against hers. Closing his eyes he tells her, Go to your family, Rosalice. They need you. Take the twins with you too.
Elijah... I don't want to leave and come back to find you hurt.
A small smile appeared on his features. I won't be hurt, love. Now go, go to them.
"Klaus!" Both of their eyes shot open, looking over as Jackson carried a dead body over his shoulder, placing the body onto the table all was revealed that it belonged to Aiden. Aiden was dead.
"Oh my god." Hayley gasps. "What happened?"
Jackson growls out, "Klaus made Aiden spy on us. Instead he told me everything." Alpha glaring at a lone wolf. "So you killed him!"
Sage cried at the screams. Elijah frowns staring at his own brother, disappointed. Looking at her mate, at the man she loves, she knew she had to leave and wait until Dahlia was dead. Klaus was going to continue driving down this pure madness until she was dead. And Elijah planned to bring him back to sanity and continue building his redemption as if it had never fallen. Offering an arm Elijah places Sage in it rushing towards his brother's side.
Rosalice looks down at Sage, bouncing her, singing a soft tune. Yet the screams were louder than her. "You killed one of the wolves sworn to protect our daughter?"
Klaus rolls his eyes. "So what if I did?" He points at the dead werewolf's body. "This is what happens to anyone who dares cross me!"
"Just give us the word Jackson."
Turning away she heads into the other room, she places Salem into the playpen, calling Leah within the first ring the shifter answers, "Hey Rosa."
"Are you going back to Alaska for the delivery?"
"Yeah of course, why?"
"I need you to take me," Rosalice whispers down the phone.
Leah nods her head, saying, "Yeah, I'll come pick you up. Where are you at?"
"St James Infirmary."
"I'll be there in an hour max." Leah informs her.
"Yeah that's fine." Rosalice kept bouncing Sage trying to calm her down. The two briefly said their goodbyes.
Rosalice would leave New Orleans with her twins and go to Alaska and be there for her sister and wait until Dahlia came for her or dead that she would come back for Elijah. She just couldn't put her children through harm's way.
