Tw: similarities to religions and religions figures??

Philza's POV :0

I stare at my eldest son, he stares back. His salmon hair is messy, his clothing is ripped and dirty, his face covered in wounds. But out of all those things, there is one thing that was stuck out to most. His eyes, I now see a flare in them that definitely wasn't there before. It's a familiar flare, I see it in my wive's eyes. Although out of all my sons he definitely looked the least like his parents but he reminds me of his mother, they both have the same powerful mind. He's a strong leader, he'll be a great king one day.

Techno's POV

(Earlier...)

"Prince Techno! Welcome ba-"

"I need to get this 'captive' to my mother immediately. Find her and tell her to meet me in the healing temple." I interrupted the guard as I speed walked down the hall with y/n in my arms and Kasumi walking closely beside me.

I stormed through the castle ignoring any guard who talked to me and making sure that Kasumi was holding on to my arm.

My own castle walls never seemed so unfamiliar before, even if I knew the way to the temple. I have been gone for a over week and it's felt like and entire lifetime. Maybe it was an entire lifetime, the time I spent with y/n and Kasumi was the most important time of my life, there for my life began then and I will make sure it won't end yet.

I strolled down a grand hall towards the large doors at the end.

"Open the doors." I ordered the two guards who stood beside the doors. They move to the ring door handles and pull the doors open, revealing the huge room before it.

I leaded into the heavily detailed and decorated room. The temple was one of the most beautiful rooms in the castle with fountains and sculptures placed among the circular walls. The roof was a dome with paintings of references to gods, wars, rulers and the history of Erihurst. It the middle of the temple was a circle podium raised above the floor with engravings of symboles, gems, gold and mini sculptures. Above the podium was a chandelier hanging from the middle of the dome roof made with crystals and gold. Surrounding the podium was a circular pool divided into four parts. The walls were covered in even more paintings of every king, queen, ruler, prince, princess and princette ever to exist. On one section of the wall was a painting of my father; king Philza and above him was my mother; queen Kristin or the god of life and death, below my parents was me, Wilbur and an unfinished painting of Tommy. On the next section of the was were I was supposed to be painted once I become king.

I walk along the pathway over the pool to the podium in the middle. I slowly set down y/n's cold, stiff, over due body on the detailed surface.

"Kasumi, I'm going to lead to you a shallow pool of water, if you want to fully restore your vision you need to dip your head into the water." I turned the quiet boy and grabbed his hands.

All he did was nod before I began to help him into the water slowly. Once he was study into the water he kneeled down carefully. With shaky hands he cupped the water and washed over his face, repeating until his entire head was wet. (Not exactly dipping, but it'll work)

Then there were loud flapping of wings coming towards the temple. I whipped my head over to the doors seeing my father flying down towards me, Not the parent I wanted to see.

"WHAT IN PRIMES SAKE IS GOING ON HERE?!" his voice boomed has he lands infront of me, with his large wings still extended outwards.

"Where is mother?" I stand up and stare into his crow-black eyes.

"Techno, are you insane? Who are you trying to revive?- IS THAT THE PRISONERS THAT EXCAPED?!" His voice fluctuated rapidly when he realized who was on the podium/water.

"Maybe I am. Where is mother." I asked again, surely a guard had found her now, she tends to disappears when your not looking for her.

"Techno you are not reviving this murder! They are better dead and since one his dead we should probably kill the othe-"

"NO." I interrupted him has fast as I could.

My fathers face shifted into a expression of disapproval. "What value does these prisoners have that could possibly make up for the crimes they've committed?"

"You said before I left that they may be useful for something, that's why I took so long! I was making sure that they were alive and I've may have failed one of them but I will do anything to make it up for them even if that means bringing them back to life." I stated without breaking eye contact with my father.

"What about the thousands of lives they have ruined?! Don't they mean anything?" He stepped forward, towering his wings over me.

"Those we're mistakes! I'll make them fix the mistakes! I know how we can fix them, but I can't do it if they're dead."

"These 'mistakes' are fixed now that they're dead, and will be even more fix when the other is dead."

"No! The families will never be fully healed if you just get rid of the cause. Sometimes you need the cause to fix the problem!"

"WHY DO THEY MATTER TO YOU SO MUCH ANYWAYS!"

"Because- they- BECAUSE." I felt like a child again, with this stuttering and almost slipping out the wrong thing.

"You know that's what they told me we I fell in love with your father." A new voice sangs In velvet.

A ghostly crow flew from the black wings of my father and circled us a couple times before landing on the opposite side podium. The ghostly crow began to grow and shift into a tall figure.

Features became to become visible with a soft hand cupping y/n's face. A humble face became visible with a large black hat and dress with a vile hanging over the rim of the hat. The dress has lots of designs the resemble crows.

"But I still revived him."
