"So let me get this straight." Walking into the Cafe, Andy smirked at the shocked look on Conner's face as he spoke, "You're going to the movies instead of the biggest social event of the year?"

Ethan nodded, "Its not just a movie! It's a sequel to Asteroid Conquest. The greatest Sci-Fi film of all time."

"Says you." Andy chuckled, "Give me Star Wars any day."

"That is so cliche." Ethan sighed as Conner threw up his hands.

"Dude! It's the Prom! Its tradition!"

"Oh yeah, nice tradition." Ethan huffed, "Smart kids spend the entire semester in agony wondering if they'll get a date, or if they'll be forced to sit in the corner with the other smart kids." He turned back to Conner as they sat at a table, "It's too painful, bro. I've got better things to do with my time."

Conner quirked an eyebrow, "Whoa, never thought about it like that."

"That's because you're Jock Boy." Raina smirked as she came over with an empty tray. "I mean, you're Conner McKnight. You're pretty much guaranteed a date just for being a jock. Add in your Mr. Popularity status, I'm sure the list is pretty long."

"How'd you know I have a list?"

Andy shook his head, "You mean you do?"

"Yeah." The teen pulled out a journal from his bag, "I've got it divided into three categories. Cute ones." He held it up for show, "Ones with a good personality and ones whose dad can pay for the limo."

"Are you freaking kidding me?" Raina just stared at him, "All the progress he's made this year, gone."

"It's not that bad." Andy argued as he tried not to laugh at their Red Ranger, "He's just being thorough."

"And he wonders why I'm going to the movies." Ethan chuckled as Kira joined them at the table.

"Hey, guys."

"Hey, Kira."

"Hey."

"Who you going to Prom with?" Conner asked.

"I don't have a date." She shrugged as put her stuff down.

"You don't seem too worried." He raised a brow in question.

"It's just a dance."

"He seems to think there's something wrong if you don't want to go." Raina snickered, "Give me a break. I went to Dustin's last year. Not a big deal."

"So, you're not going either?"

"Oh, I'm going. Dustin's meeting me here. It's one thing shoving my education and life choices down my mother's throat, which I love doing, it's another not giving her proper prom pictures. My dad begged. She got the one from Dustin's, but it doesn't count because it wasn't mine. And I wasn't decked out properly, according to her, anyways. So, I'm considering this my way of easing the path for next year with everything . A peace offering. Hopefully."

They were all laughing when Devin walked up, "Hey, uh, Conner. Got a minute?"

"Sure." Conner nodded, looking up, "What's up?"

"I just need a quick chat, in uh, private."

"Okay." He got up and they walked about to the end of the bar.

"What's that about?" Andy asked, looking around the table.

Raina shrugged, "There's no telling. I'm going to finish up my closing shift, then I'll come back over. I've got some last minute details on my end of year essay for Tommy that I need to finish."

"Same." Everyone nodded and pulled out their work, ready to get it done.

"Now that Trent has discovered that Mesogog and Mercer have separated, we can speed up our plans." Tommy said, talking with Hayley, Zoey, Jenna and Drina at the console. He pressed a small round button as an image of a MACK truck appeared on the screens, "How's the new project coming?"

"And do you think it will work?" Jenna nodded at the genius.

"The tough part will be getting through an Invisiportal with this much mass." Hayley explained, "We'll need a portal that will open at the exact frequency and latitude for it to work."

Zoey turned to Drina, "What if we added a little magic? Would there be a spell that would help us with the portal?"

"Possible." The sorceress nodded, "I'd be concerned with getting the spell and the components wrong as we wouldn't have a way to experiment with it without alerting Mesogog." She shrugged, "I might be able to add spell components for protection, though. Like a protective net. Just in case."

"Good. You three work on that," Tommy nodded in agreement, "while we finish up with the rest. Because once we get inside, we'll be able to destroy Mesogog's lair, once and for all."

Zoey smirked, "And hopefully take out all of his mutant freaks while we're at it." She turned to her brother, "I know it's your former project stuff and all, but you're not hoping to save anything, are you?"

"Not even remotely."

"Good. That makes the destruction so much more enjoyable."

He exchanged looks with the others as she just grinned, "It's not for the first time that I'm glad that you're on our side."

A few hours later, Zoey looked up from their work when screaming sounded from the screens, "What in the hell was that?"

"You guys better take a look at this." Hayley commented, sitting next to Tommy.

He looked up and frowned, "Zeltrax?" The monster was on the screen, dragging a woman across the top of a building, "And what does he want with that civilian?"

"Knowing him," Jenna commented, "nothing good."

"I'll call the others." Tommy held up his wrist called the others.

"This is Ethan."

"Ethan, we've got a problem."

"What's up?"

"Zeltrax is back. Meet us at the Steel Plant on Spring Street."

"Right."

"We're coming with you." Zoey crossed her arms, "I'm done playing nice. It's time to release our inner Beast."

Jenna smirked, "Oh, I so agree."

"Where's the woman, Zeltrax?" Tommy demanded, as he and the others stopped in front of the disgraced henchman.

"Safe and sound, Rangers. Come check if you like." Zeltrax taunted.

Zoey nodded, "Thanks for the invitation." Andy and Jenna joined her as they whirled their arms around themselves, "Call to the Beast inside!" The seven Rangers watched as the Spirit Animals attacked the evil robot. He sparked several times, as he was unable to defend against them, but remained standing. "He's like a giant cockroach."

"Then it's about time we stomp him out." Andy yelled before everyone charged him.

Andy caught him from behind with a large electrical blast, throwing him back, as Zoey added her own energy blast to the attack. Jenna tried throwing blades of ice at him, but he kept dodging them. He blocked a kick from Andy, grabbing his leg and swinging him into Trent.

Tommy moved in for a try, but Zeltrax twisted his arm backwards and shoved him into Zoey. Conner rushed forward but was grabbed and thrown back like a rag doll. Jenna ran forward and caught him before he hit the wall. Ethan and Kira, the last two left, took their turn

Ducking under a punch, Kira shot up and kicked up as Zeltrax blocked the kick and flipped her over as Ethan joined her seconds later.

Everyone got back up and continued fighting him, but Zeltrax was much stronger. "Your time is up Rangers!" He called to them as he tossed Conner back into the group once more.

"Guys, you know what time it is." Tommy told them. They all nodded to him, and Conner stepped forwards.

"Ready?"

"Ready!"

"DINO THUNDER, POWER UP, HA!"

"WHITE RANGER, DINO POWER!"

Drawing their weapons, the Rangers ran at Zeltrax again, this time fighting him off more easily. As Tommy was knocked backwards, a cry echoed down to them.

"Help! Somebody help me!" They all looked up at the fearful calling from somewhere inside the plant.

"You guys deal with Zeltrax. We'll help her." Tommy told them as he nodded to Zoey and Jenna.

"Right!"

They ran off down and followed the cries of help.

Once inside, they started calling out, "Hello?!"

"Where are you?"

"Help!"

They turned in the direction the voice had come from and hurried forward. The woman was tied to a pole and trying to look over her shoulder to see who had come to help. Zoey walked over and touched her shoulder, causing the the woman to turn toward them. "No way!" Zoey breathed as she looked back at the other two, "It can't be."

Tommy, not finding her familiar, shrugged, "Who is she?"

"Seriously?" Jenna slapped a hand to her helmet, "Come on, genius. Focus. Who does she look like to you?"

He squinted for a moment and a flash of the former principal flashed in his mind, "Oh, wow!"

"Yeah."

"Are you here to help me?" The woman asked, scared.

"Um," Zoey shrugged, "yeah. Hold on." They helped untie her, still confused on how she got there. "Alright. Tommy, you got her?"

"Yeah." He grabbed the woman by the waist and threw her arm around his shoulder, "Lets go. You two keep an eye out for any traps."

They arrived back at the battle scene just as Zeltrax was destroyed.

"Guys!" Zoey called, "Over here!"

The all turned around, and saw Tommy holding a woman up as she stumbled.

"Steady?" Zoey asked as she braced to catch her.

Conner approached the others. "Who's that?"

"Let's check it out." Kira said.

"Come on." Conner said, touching her arm.

They all ran forwards as Zoey was helping Tommy steady the woman back up.

"You're alright." Tommy assured as the all looked at her.

"It's Elsa." Trent gasped, recognizing her.

"Huh?" Ethan muttered.

"What?" Andy questioned.

"No way?" Kira exclaimed.

"Elsa? Yes." Elsa said. "That's what that creature called me, Elsa."

Tommy caught her as she passed out.

"I'm done." Zoey stepped back, "You're going to have to actually pick her up now. She's in no condition to walk, even if we do wake her up."

He sighed as he flung Elsa up in his arms, "We should get her back to the lab, anyways. Figure out what's going on."

Back at the Lab, Elsa was lying on a table, with sensors on her head, as Hayley scanned her brainwaves.

"Trent, do you know what happened?" Tommy asked, concerned.

"Mesogog's powering up a laser that will transform Humans into Mutant Dinosaurs." Trent explained, walking around the others around the table.

Raina flinched, "That's a disturbing thought."

"Right." Jenna agreed, "Takes conquering the planet to a whole new level."

Trent nodded, "Well, he drained Elsa of her energy to use in the beam."

"That can't be enough to run that kind of equipment, can it?" Hayley questioned, looking up.

"He's gonna use the Dino Gems to get the rest of the power." Trent explained, standing between Conner and Zoey.

"What do you mean, 'He's gonna use the Dino Gems'?" Conner questioned.

"Yeah, how's he gonna get them?" Ethan inquired.

"I'm gonna give them to him." Trent said.

Everyone turned to him.

"Interesting. What do you think?" Zoey quirked a brow at Jenna, "Chocolate coins or Parent's Day?"

"I think Mesogog's too smart to fall for fakes, so it'd have to be the real ones."

"Hold on. I'm not gonna give anyone my gem." Conner argued.

"Look, just hear me out?" Trent asked, looking at the group, "You wanna get onto that island. Mesogog wants the gems. If I hand them to him, I can open a portal for you. Once you get inside, you can destroy the beam and Mesogog in the process, and I can rescue my father."

Tommy shook his head, "No way. It's too risky."

"Do we really have another choice?" Hayley asked.

"She's right." Kira agreed. "I mean, he's gonna get that thing going eventually. This could be our only shot."

"I agree." Zoey said. "Look, bro. You guys have had to make similar decisions in the past. Zordon always told you that it must be up to you, as they were your Power Coins. They didn't think twice about handing them over to get their parents back. Of course, Goldar double crossed them, but that really should've been expected. I trust Trent."

Jenna nodded, "We can't predict how it's going to go. But we have to try."

Tommy sighed in resignation.

"Tommy." Zoey nudged him, "We'll deal with whatever comes. We always do. We're Rangers. We can handle anything."

"Of course I am." She chuckled as he just shoved her.

"This better work," Conner warned Trent as he placed his red Gem into the case, where the other seven Gems sat.

"I'll call when the portal's open." Trent promised, nodding to Tommy before walking out of the lab.

Elsa groaned from her chair as she woke up, startling the Rangers and causing them to approach her.

"Are you alright?" Tommy asked as he sat down beside her.

Elsa looked confused for a moment before she looked up at him.

"I remember everything."

"Oh, good." Zoey nodded, "I was worried we'd have to explain. Not a conversation I was looking forward to."

"Mesogog and Mercer?" Tommy asked, frowning up at his sister, "Fighting against the Power Rangers?"

"Fighting against you. Mesogog had my mind completely in his power." Elsa explained, shaking her head.

"Wait, you mean you were being mind controlled? The whole time?" Andy exclaimed, shocked.

"Yes. I'm sorry." Elsa answered, shrugging sheepishly.

"Another victim." Jenna huffed out a laugh, "Lovely."

The alarm blared before they could continue, making them all turn to the computer, as the screen showed the Triceramax Command Center Truck and the laser.

"The new vehicle's ready to go." Hayley said, looking at the screen.

"Are you gonna be alright?" Tommy asked, as Elsa turned to him.

"Yeah." She nodded.

"I'll keep an eye on her." Raina smiled, "We'll be fine."

"As fine as anybody can be in Raina's capable hands." Andy smirked as she just stuck her tongue out at him.

"Let's go." Tommy smiled as nodded to the group.

"Come back safe?" Elsa asked.

"We always do." Tommy assured.

"Don't tell her that!" Zoey exclaimed, throwing up her hands, "You know as well as I do that that is not always the case. Why give false hope?"

Andy scratched his head, "We've never lost a Ranger."

"Doesn't mean we come back safe and intact. Look at Tommy's own history."

Her brother just rolled his eyes, "You're being a brat."

Jenna patted him on the shoulder, "She's being Zoey."

He shrugged, "True."

"Guys, I'm heading through." Trent's voice sounded over the computers, "Be ready when I call you? The portal will only remain open for a short time."

Tommy looked back at the others as they nodded, "Got it."

"Be safe!" Zoey called, earning a slap on the arm from her brother, "Ow!"

Hayley stood in a quarry, holding a remote lever, when Tommy and Zoey's jeeps pulled over, and the Rangers all got out.

"Okay, we're ready to roll." She said, turning around and pressing a button on a remote control. "Activate."

The Triceramax Command Center Truck began moving towards them.

"Whoa." Ethan said.

"Um, what?" Zoey shook her head with a smile.

The truck kept coming towards them all, before it pulled over.

"You've done it again, Hayley." Tommy remarked. "Good job."

"Is it just me," Zoey asked, looking at Jenna and Andy, "or does that thing remind you of the Ninja Mobile Command Center?"

"Hayley's been getting lessons from Cam." Jenna snickered as the red-head slapped her on the back of the head, "Sorry Hayls." She apologized as she ran with the rest of the teens toward the truck.

"That is sweet." Ethan said, pointing at it.

"Can I drive?" Conner asked.

"No offense, Conner," Zoey shook her head, "I've seen you drive. We want to get there safely and in one piece."

"Agreed." Hayley said. "We have to make sure we hit the portal at the exact right speed, and we only get one chance at it. You better let me drive."

Andy smirked, "Shouldn't we let the former race car driver do it?"

She glared at him, "You think I can't?"

His eyes widened in fear, "I didn't say that."

"She may not be a Ranger," Zoey stage whispered to Kira, "but Hayley is mighty fierce." The rocker nodded as the group tried not to laugh at the scared look on the Green Ranger's face, "All must fear her."

"Reverently." Tommy nodded with a fond smile. "But now, it's up to Trent."

At the quarry, Hayley drove the Triceramax Command Center Truck, as Tommy sat beside her, and the other Rangers strapped in behind them as everyone watched the screens.

"Hayley, are we at speed yet?" Tommy asked.

She nodded, "Almost. Better hope Trent's ready."

"Better hope Mesogog doesn't act like a typical villain and set a trap for Trent." Zoey said, looking innocent when everyone turned to her, "What?"

Andy just shook his head, "A little optimism, please?"

"Just being realistic. I trust Trent. I don't trust Mesogog. It's as simple as that." She shrugged, "Trap or no trap, I'm sure Trent will come through."

Jenna chuckled, "A Ranger has to be a little realistic and optimistic. Both come in handy when dealing with these bad guys."

"Almost there!" Hayley called, "Just a few more ticks"

They watched as the wall of the cliff got closer and closer.

"We're at speed!" Hayley declared.

"There's no portal!" Ethan yelled.

"Stating the obvious, dude!" Andy yelled back.

"Everyone hang on!" Tommy yelled as they continued towards to wall. Suddenly, a green light ripped through the air in front of them and they drove straight through.

The Rangers fell back in their seats, before the truck came out of a pathway on the island, then Hayley pulled it over.

Zoey huffed as she blew hair out of her face, "Huh. That would make a nifty little ride at a theme park."

Conner frowned, "That's your first thought?"

"It works." She pointed to the screens in the front, "That doesn't."

Everyone looked over to see the laser beam on Mesogog's fortress powering up. "That beam is powering up!" Hayley stated, "We have to hurry!"

The alarm in the truck went off and the screen switched to show a bunch of Tyrannodrones coming out of an Invisiportal outside of the truck.

"Its the Goon Squad." Jenna pointed out.

Zoey nodded, "We'll deal with these freaks while Hayley takes out that beam." She patted the red head on the shoulder as all the Rangers got out, "Lock your doors, Hayley! Don't get out of the truck!"

"You got it!"

Tommy rolled his eyes, "You sounded like mom." He chuckled as his sister gasped in outrage, "Truth hurts."

"That was so uncool!" She shouted as she took her mock frustration out on the Drones, "Everyone duck!" When they complied, she sent out a massive energy blast, combined with her Lumen, and took out all of the Drones. Before they could celebrate, more of the lizards showed up, "Come on!" Before she could continue forward, she got a flash of Trent in trouble. Her eyes flashed pink as she disappeared in a flash of rainbow sparkles.

Jenna turned to Tommy, "That was new."

"Let's hope it's a good thing."
