Next day manik called Ragini.
Ragini thought maybe Nandini wasn't answering her call so manik called her.

Ragini - haa jiju, di se baat karni thi?

It was awkward as it had been a month since they spoke to each other. Even manik didn't know what he will say.

Manik - haa... Woh Nandini phone nhi utha Rahi thi (he lied)

Ragini - but main ghar par nhi hoon. Toh aap maa ko try kar lijiye.

Manik - okayy (nervously scratching his neck)

Ragini - theeke.. byee

She was about to disconnect but manik spoke

Manik - Raginiiii...

Ragini - haa

Manik - woh mujhe tumse hi baat karni thi

Ragini - boliye

Manik - woh... (He took a pause for a while trying to frame a sentence while Ragini waited patiently) dekho I don't know main kya bolu yaa kaise start Karu but I just want you to know ke no matter situation kya hai yaa humare rishte mein kya differences aaj yaa even in future for that matter I will still be there for you. I know jab tumhe meri zaroorat thi I did turn my back on you and I am sorry for that but aage se aisa kabhi nhi hoga I will always be there for you as your jiju and as your friend. Laksh ki suffering mein maine tumhari suffering neglect kardi.

Ragini had tears in his eyes.

Ragini - matlab aapne mujhe maaf kar diya?

Manik - bohat pehle bs accept nhi kar paa raha tha.

Ragini - Thankyou jijuuuu, Thankyou sooooo muchhhhhh......

She had tears of happiness in her eyes.

Manik - ab toh atleast Rona bandh karo, pichle ek mahine se ro ro kar thki nhi?🤣

Ragini - (wiping her tears) yeh Khushi waale hai....

Manik - I know chabu!

Ragini - I m hearing that word after such a long timeee. I missed it bta hai.

Manik - even I missed saying that.

Ragini - jijuuu

Manik - hmm

Ragini - woh... Laksh?

Manik - umm uska I m not sure but haa ek baat hai he was upset not seeing you here.

Ragini - seriously?

Manik - hmm

Ragini - ohhh godd jiju aaj kaa din world's best day hai.

And then they spoke freely without any awkwardness for next 30 minutes. Ragini was laughing whole heartedly after a really long time.

She then kept the phone and happily ran upstairs in the building she was standing. She saw the door which read as -
'Dr. Nikita Shah, Councellor'
She entered.

Ragini had been taking councelling since few weeks. No one knew about it.

Another month passed. Ragini's councelling also came to an end today was her last session. As she was doing better now. It seemed as the main reason that she felt a need for councelling was she felt all alone and was suffocated by that. But due to the sessions and also now she had her di and jiju with her and she knew that even laksh cared for her brought a sence of relief in her mind. She knew sooner or later even laksh will forgive her and everything will fall in place

It was day when ManLak were coming back. NanRag came to Airport to pick them as a surprise. Manik walked out of the airport with his glares on. He was wearing black leather jacket. Nandini couldn't take her eyes of him. Afterall she missed him so much. All she wanted to do was run straight in his arms.

Which she did. She ran and hugged him making him smile to the fullest. He hugged her back and it did feel like he was back home. Ragini adored them from far. But she was also desperately waiting for someone.
Finally Laksh came out, he was walking with help of crutches in one arm only. Ragini just kept looking at him. It seemed like ages had passed since she last saw him in person and that to the happiness of seeing him walking by himself on his legs knew no boundaries. Laksh's eyes landed on her and he stopped for a while. It was totally unexpected for him to see her here. He just kept looking at her and reached near her without even realising. Both were lost when Manik saw them and asked Nandini to see. It brought a smile on their faces and Nandini hugged him again but this time her eyes were on her fav ship that was RagLak. Manik too.

Manik - waise meri baaki aadhi Nandini kaha hai?

Nandini had a question mark look on her face

Manik - look at you how much weight have you lost woh bhi ek mahine mein

Nandini - (proud) ofcourse meri shaadi hai yaar sabse hot dulhan lagna hai mujhe.

Manik - woh toh tum waise bhi lagti. Itni mehnat karne ki kya zaroorat thi.

Nandini - awww (pinching his cheeks)

Manik - (sad) ab main Mota lagg raha hoon tumhare saamne.

Nandini - kissne kaha? Mere liye toh ekdum perfect ho.

Nandini stood on her toes and kissed his cheek.
Both smiled

Nandini - I love you

Manik - I love you too

Both then came near RagLak. Nandini was feeling a little dizzy since morning but was hiding it as didn't want to stress everyone out.

Nandini - devarji humse bhi mil lo zara.

RagLak came out of trance and looked here and there.

Laksh then looked at Nandini who was smiling, he then looked in right then left confusing everyone.

Nandini - kisse dhund rahe ho?

Laksh - meri bhabhi ko. Matlab unki awaaz aa rahi hai but dikh nahi rahi

Nandini hit him on his arm lightly.

Nandini - sab ched lo but dekhna sabse hot dulhan toh main hi lagungi.

Ragini - ofcourse meri di hai hi itni pyaari (side hugging Nandini)

Laksh- I agree

Manik - me too

And they had a group hug.

Ragini looked at laksh who was also looking at her but moved his eyes away soon. She looked at his hand which was on her shoulder.

Manik - guys ab chale? Baaki sabse bhi milna hai

Everyone agreed and started walking. Nandini stopped as she was feeling dizzy. She held Manik's hand to take support and her other hand was on her forehead.

Manik - (concern) kya hua? Tum theek ho?

Nandini bobbed her head but it didn't seem so. RagLak had moved towards car by that time.

Manik - lagg nahi raha mujhe

Nandini finally moved her hand from the forehead.

Nandini - kuch nahi i m fine.

Manik - kuch fine nahi hum abhi doctor ke pass jaa rahe hai.

Nandini was about to say something but Manik shushed her. He picked her up and placed her on the luggage trolley and dragged the trolley towards car.

RagLak were sitting in the car. Laksh in front seat and Ragini behind. There was awkward silence.

Ragini - hi laksh!

Laksh - hi (small smile)

Ragini - acha laga tumhe apne pero par chalte dekh kar.

Laksh - toh bhi tum operation waale din nahi aayi

Ragini - tum chahte they main aau? (With hope in her eyes)

Laksh was speechless he didn't know what to say. He wanted to see her but couldn't say as he was angry on her.

They're conversation was interrupted by Manik.

Manik - kaka (driver) hospital Lelo pehle

Laksh - bhai hospital?

Ragini - haa jiju sab theek?

Manik - yess main toh theek hoon but tumhari behan nahi.

Driver took to hospital

Nandini was on the bed and rest were standing near her.

Doctor - nothing much bs weakness hai. Aap meals theek se nahi le rahi hai?

Ragini - bilkul nahi doctor madam diet kar rahi hai upar se khudki shaadi kaa saara kaam bhi khud karna hai har kissiki shopping par bhi jaana hai aur toh aur gym bhi karna hai

Dr. - if that is the case Ms. Kapoor then soon aapko admit karna padega. Over exercise and low diet can be very harmful on your health.

Ragini - she has reduced 7kgs in a month

Nandini - Ragini!

Dr. - Ms. Kapoor you really need to look after yourself.

Nandini looked towards manik who was already looking at her with concern and anger mixed.

They all were moving out of the hospital that's when Nandini hit Ragini lightly.

Nandini - aap kuch zyada nahi bol rahi thi andr (slowly)

Ragini - (same tone) kya... Sahi toh bola

Manik - tum usse kya Dara Rahi ho, mujhse baat karo zaraa

Ragini - thanks Jiju, main toh chali...(teasing tone) byeeeee diiiiiii

And she left.

Manik - ab yeh tumhara natak kab tak chalne waala hai

Nandini - kaunsa natak?

Manik - dieting and all

Nandini - manik please

Manik - see Nandini tumhe gym karna hai toh main nahi rokunga tumhe as that is a good thing but dieting, BiG NO! Woh bhi tum junk avoid karogi toh fine but apni appetite km karna is not done.

Nandini - Manik just shaadi Tak i promise uske baad aap jo kahoge woh khaungi bs. But shaadi mein nahi, I want to wear lehanga and ussmein ek inch stomach bhi bahar nahi chahiye mujhe and honeymoon shopping bhi karni hai (wink)

This brought a smile on Manik's face but he covered it up in a second.

Manik - Nandini, u look beautiful as you are, tumhara bahar nikla hua stomach yaa weight won't decide your beauty. Acha tumhe world's most beautiful bride bnna hai naa, tohhh (he looked here and there finding something. He finally saw it and took her near the mirror in hospital) just look at this girl. (He placed Nandini's duppata on her head and removed a hair strand from her hair.) But look at her with my eyes and I bet tumhe isse jyaada pretty ladki kahi nahi dikhegi.

Nandini couldn't stop but blush at his statement. His eyes showed soo much honesty and intensity that she just melted at his look.

After a while.

Nandini - fine but main gym continue rakhungi...

Manik - done!

Ragini - you know laksh, bta nahi tum beleive kar paaoge yaa nahi but these two months have been the most difficult two months in my life, matlab there wasn't a second when I didn't think about you....

Laksh - well same here

She was shocked. She couldn't move her eyes from him. He finally said that he missed her too and thought about her. This was definitely happiest day of her life.

Laksh - yes, i did miss you and shayad maine tumhe forgive bhi kar diya hai but the thing is Ragini, trust. And bina trust ke we can't start a relationship right?

Ragini - don't worry laksh tumhari forgiveness mil gyi hai waise hi ek din I promise main tumhara trust bhi Jeet lungi and till then I won't give up on 'us'
