Manik - (shocked) Shweta!!!

Shweta - h..hi.. Manik... Kaise ho?

Manik - ahmm.. Great. Tum?

Shweta -  fine

Manik - nd Sam kaisa hai? Time ho gya usse bhi mile...

Shweta - acha hi hoga.. Hum ab saath nahi, infact within a week only we broke up

Manik - ohh...,,

Nandini came and without noticing the girl as she was arranging the plate.

Nandini - manik chaliye maine thali le li hai

Thats when she looked up and noticed the girl. She gave a beautiful smile and looked at manik with questioning eyes.

Manik - ahmm.. Shweta this is nandini, my fiance (shweta gave a fake smile while nandini gave a genuine one)
And Nandini this is Shweta, my.... (There was a pause as he didn't know how to introduce)

Shweta - (completing for him) his friend

Nandini - hii, college friends?

Shweta - yaa

Manik - i think abhi hume chalna chahiye ghar par bhi jaldi pohochna hai so...

Shweta - ohh haa tumhare ghar toh ganpatiji aaye honge naa?

Manik - hmm

Shweta - haa toh you guys carry on, main bhi chalti hoon...

Nandini - umm shweta, why don't you join us afterall tum manik ki friend ho

Shweta - yaa sure. Why not, main shaamko aati hoon woh abhi mujhe kahi jaana hai

Nandini - yaa sure, then see you...

Shweta - yaa. Bye

She left.

Manik was silent and his expressions were not readable.

Nandini - manik?

Manik - haa

Nandini - kya hua?

Manik - ku..kuch bhi toh nahi.. (Nandini was not convinced) waise tumhe nahi lagg raha tum kuch bhul rahi ho

Nandini - kya? (Questioning look)

Manik smiled. He then held her dupatta while she looked on and then he placed the dupatta on her head.

Manik - you look so beautiful

Nandini blushed.

Manik - mann kar raha hai abhi tumhe apni dulhan bna doon...

Nandini - itni bhi jaldi kya hai, thoda wait ki jiye. (She winked and moved forward while manik smiled and followed her)

They prayed and moved in the car.

Manik - (while driving) nandini...

Nandini - hmm..

Manik - woh mujhe kuch kehna tha

Nandini - boliye

Manik - woh shweta.... (Nandini heard patiently) woh meri friend nahi hai, actually woh meri ex hai...

Nandini - jaanti hoon

Manik - haa? (Shocked)

Nandini - come on manik its quite obvious the way aap awkward ho rahe they usse introduce karwane ke liye and then you were so silent even after she left so i thought so.

Manik - toh tumne mujhe pucha kyu nhi?

Nandini - woh mujhe bta tha ke aap mujhe khud hi bta denge.

Manik just looked at her with appreciation in his eyes.

Laksh was sitting by the pool with his legs inside water. It started raining. Laksh opened his arms and was enjoying when Ragini came running.

Ragini - lakshhhh..... 2min main kaka ko bula lati hoon woh tumhe andr le jaaenge...

But laksh held her hand and stopped her.
She sat beside him.

Ragini - but laksh tum bimaar padd gaye toh....

Laksh shushed her by keeping a finger on her lip.

Laksh - Ragini just enjoy the moment....

Both of them were completely wet. Water droplets were dripping down their faces. Laksh came closer to her. She closed her eyes.

MaNan were coming with a smile on their face under a single umbrella.

Nandini - (shouting angrily) Raginiiiiiiii....

They moved away out of fear. Ragini quickly got up.

Ragini - dii... Woh...

Nandini came forward leaving the umbrella behind.

Ragini - dii... W..wo..woh... Main...

Nandini's eyes were red due to tears.
Similar was state of Ragini.

Nandini - i think tu kaafi badi hogyi hai, itni badi ke tujhe ab teri di ki koi zaroorat nahi hai shayad...

Ragini nodded her head unable to speak as she was silently crying.

Nandini - Ragini u broke my trust today...

And she ran away crying....

Manik - nandini....

Ragini knelt down crying. Manik saw and came to her, he knelt in front of her and cupped her face.

Manik - chabu, its okay woh maan jaaegi, ab bs thoda upset hai just give her some time sab theek ho jaaega.

Ragini just kept on crying.

Manik - main abhi usse baat karke aata hoon, tum tension mat lo, okay?

Manik ran in the direction where nandini went.

Laksh tried to come near ragini to console her but failed. He felt so helpless at that moment. He punched the ground in frustration. He tried to calm himself down.

Laksh - ragini...

But ragini didn't hear him.

Laksh - (louder) Ragini....

This time she did. She got up and moved towards laksh.

Ragini - (wiping her tears) laksh i think di ko humara rishta nahi pasand. (She cupped his face) i love you laksh and always will but iss rishte ke liye main apni di ko nahi kho sakti... I am sorry laksh... (A tear dropped from their eyes) i am sorry (saying this she moved away from him)

It was very unfair on laksh. His heart broke into pieces so many times. Everytime it felt like the moment he got his love, at the very next he lost it to.

Nyonika saw laksh from far away drenching in rain thankfully the rain hid his tears from everyone.

Nyonika quickly sent a few men to bring laksh back in the house.

Ragini was sitting under a roof in garden silently. One side she lost her love and other side her sister. It was the first time she saw her sister so angry on her. She felt so bad being the reason behind her sister's tears.  She knew she had broken her sister's trust this time and won't be forgiven so easy.

Nandini was standing silently on the edge of the terrace. By now she was completely drenched in rain when an umbrella came above her she looked behind and found manik holding the umbrella.

Nandini - (looking again in previous direction) faayda nahi hai main already bheeg chuki hoon.

Manik - (standing just beside her) i know nandini tum bohat upset ho but ragini ko explain karne kaa ek mauka toh do.

Nandini - (angry) kya explain karegi woh manik. Nahi aap bataiye mujhe, bachpan se lekar aaj tak humne ek dusre se har ek choti se choti baat share ki hai aur aaj uske life ki itni badi baat usne mujhse chupai. Agar usse itna sa bhi kissi par crush aata tha naa toh woh daud kar mere paas aati thi aur din bhar mujhe uske baare mein btati thi. Aap jaante hai manik ek baar uske crush ne uske tiffin se ek bite le liye tha aur uski tariff kardi toh uss baare mein ussne mujhe kam se kam 10 baar bta diya hoga aur aaj? Aaj kya hogya usse? Aaj aisa lagg raha hai jaise usse mujhpar koi trust hi nahi raha....

Manik - aisa nahi hai nandini, tum galat soch rahi ho. Arre ragini tumhe btane hi waali thi

Nandini - kab manik sabko pta chalne ke baad yaa fir jab unn dono ki shaadi hojati tab?

Manik - nandini tumhe bhi pta hai ke aisa kuch nahi tum kyu itna over react kar rahi ho?

Nandini - manik aapko toh har baar aisa hi lagta hai ke main over react kar rahi hoon

Manik rolled his tongue in his mouth and tried to calm himself down.

Manik - nandini look (he turned nandini towards himself) nandini tumhe ragini and laksh ke rishte se koi problem hai?

Nandini - off course not, matlab laksh itna acha ladka hai mujhe kya problem hogi usse. Manik mujhe problem sirf itni hai ke baat itni aage badh gyi and Ragini ne mujhe kuch btaya bhi nahi. Maine usse kitni baar pucha bhi toh bhi ussne kuch nahi kaha (she had asked Ragini when they were just friends and after that when Ragini hadn't realized her feelings)

Manik - par nandini yeh bhi toh ho sakta hai ke jab tumne pucha tab ragini ne kuch realize hi nahi kiya ho. Waise bhi dono bohat mushkilo ke baad saath aaye hai..

Nandini just looked at him.

Nandini - aap ko kaise bta?

Nandini looked on while manik just stayed silent.

Nandini - iska matlab aapko bhi sab kuch bta tha? (He was just silent) great sab ko bta tha sivae mere

Manik - nan... (He was stopped by nandini)

Nandini - bss manik bss. Ragini aur Laksh ne hi nahi balki aapne bhi mujhse yeh baat chupai. Great aaj ek saath aap teeno ne mera trust tod diya.

She left from there.
