"Hey," Indianna said softly and pushed back Ellie's hair from her face as she slowly woke up. "How are you feeling?"

Ellie blinked a few times and she looked around. "W-what happened?" She stuttered.

"Do you not remember?" Indianna asked. "You were in an incident. Rogue-"

Ellie squeezed her eyes shut and swallowed. "He took me again," she whimpered and groaned in pain when she moved on the bed.

"Try and stay still," Indianna said. "I'm sorry Ellie."

"But you saved me," Ellie said weakly. "Thank you."

"It wasn't me," Indianna said gently. "When you're better you can thank Harry, Kal and Oscar."

Ellie smiled and nodded. "Where are Jane and Franklin?"

Indianna glanced over her shoulder as her heightened hearing picked up movement and she smiled when she saw Jane and Franklin rushing down the stairs and into the medical room. "Right here. I'll leave you three alone." Indianna kissed Ellie's forehead and let Jane and Franklin be with Ellie.

Indianna made her way up to the lounge where everyone was and crawled onto the couch next to Brooke.

"How's she doing?" Brooke asked the question everyone wanted to know the answer to.

"She's going to be fine," Indianna nodded. "Jane and Franklin are with her now."

"Good," Brooke nodded.

"Guys, I know Rogue is going to be pissed," Ace called as him and Tai walked into the lounge. Tai stood behind Ace with her arms crossed over her chest.

Indianna wondered why she was so guarded. Kimberly and Tai clashed, but where Kimberly was pretty much just a bitch, Tai was cold for a reason. Indianna could tell she wasn't heartless.

"He's going to be angry at us. But he's only going to pissed because we won. It's a small battle, but we won it guys."

"If we defeat him once we can do it again."

"I don't think you should tell Raiden just yet," Ace was saying to Tai as she was getting ready to leave. "About us being werewolves."

"Why?"

"He's getting close with Brandon," Brooke spoke up. "Brandon cannot be trusted. He might try and turn Raiden against us."

"No, Raiden is a good guy," Tai said dismissively. "This Rogue guy is a murderer, he wouldn't stand for that."

"Brandon is my cousin," Brooke said. "Rogue has done some awful things to me yet Brandon still stands with him."

"What has he done?" Tai asked curiously.

"That's none of your business," Harry snapped as Brooke shifted uncomfortably.

"I just don't think we should tell Raiden just yet. You should try and steer Raiden away from Brandon first," Brooke said and elbowed Harry when he glared at Tai.

Tai pursed her lips, not happy about hiding something from her brother but nodded. "Fine."

"C'mon, I'll walk you out," Ace said.

"Thank you, Tai," Indianna called as Tai turned to leave. "For all the help today."

Tai nodded. "You're welcome."

Brooke looked around once Tai and Ace left. "So... What do we do now? We only need to sneeze and Rogue has a go at us. Am I the only one who's scared to find out what he's going to do now? After what's happened?"

Harry wrapped his arm around Brooke's shoulder and pulled her close to him. "We don't need to be scared-"

"I'm the one with the broken arm. I am scared."

"We apologise," Indianna called. "We apologise. Rogue knew we would come looking for Ellie, I just don't think he expected us to find her. He is going to be pissed, very pissed. So we're going to apologise. Play nice. Carry on being his puppets."

"Are you fucking-"

"We need to take him down," Indianna cut Harry off. "We need the element of surprise. We need him to think we're submissive. At the moment we have Tai and Raiden living across the street from him and Rogue doesn't know that they know who we are. We keep them a secret and we use them. We use them to help us take down Rogue."

"How?" Brooke asked softly.

Indianna looked around the room and sighed. "Any ideas?"

"Go away," Brooke huffed and batted Harry's hand away from her hair. "I'm trying to work." Brooke looked back at her book and Harry carried on twirling Brooke's curls round his finger. "Harry!"

"Come on, babe, there's no way you can actually concentrate right now, is there?" Harry said and leaned over Brooke where she was lying on Harry's bed and closed her book. "Besides you suck at French."

"I may be shit but it's distracting me," Brooke sighed. "And your hair twiddling is distracting me from distracting myself!"

Harry raised an eyebrow and tangled his fingers in Brooke's hair and pressed his lips to hers. "Babe," Harry mumbled and rushed his thumb over Brooke's lip. "Can you let me in?" He tapped Brooke's temple.

"No," Brooke said dismissively.

"Open up," Harry said. "Let me in."

"I said no."

"Brooklyn," Harry warned. "I'm worried about you."

"You always worry."

"You always block your mind off."

"Privacy," Brooke said.

"No, you're hiding from me."

"You said it yourself you worry about me. I'm stopping you from worrying even more," Brooke shrugged.

"That's impossible."

"Then that's your problem."

"Let me in," Harry snapped.

"I'm fine!" Brooke sighed. "I just want to get this French homework finished-"

"No you don't," Harry said. "You just want a distraction."

"So shut up and let me get on with that-"

"Talk to me!" Harry groaned. "Come on, babe, we always do this. We argue until you open up-"

Brooke sighed in frustration and stood up, walking over to the window that looked over the front of the house. "You always forget that you never open up to me."

"I don't need to open up."

"You do. It took you ages for you to tell me about your parents. The darkness in your past! You're the last person who can get angry about me not wanting to talk about myself. Harry, I'm pretty much an open book to you. You're the first ever person I told about Rogue, you're the first ever guy I trusted again, you're the only person who knows how fucked up I really am! You know me inside out, so forgive me for wanting to keep my new fucked up thoughts to myself."

"Babe-"

"Shit," Brooke swore and stumbled back from the window. "Shit, shit, shitty shit!"

"What?" Harry demanded and in a flash he was next to Brooke.

"He's here."

"Rogue?"

"Brandon," Brooke said and she yelled when Harry was out of the room in an instant.

"Shit," Brooke groaned and raced after her mate.

"Brooke!" Indianna yelled as Brooke rushed down the stairs. "Don't go outside, Br-"

"Brandon's here," Brooke said. "And outside is exactly where I'm going."

Brooke made it outside just as Harry's fist connected with Brandon's jaw.

"You think you're tough now that you can use your werewolf strength?" Harry yelled. "Come on then! Show me how tough you are!"

"Harry!" Brooke cried and winced when she heard her cousin's nose crunch. "Stop it! Harry!"

Brooke stepped forward but suddenly Kal and Indianna were at her side, pulling her back.

"You're going to hurt yourself if you get involved," Indianna said.

"He's going to kill Brandon!"

"You say that like it's a bad thing," Kal said and raised an eyebrow at Brooke. "That's not a bad thing."

"Kal!" Brooke gasped.

"Oh shit, is it a bad thing? Dude, I thought he was like good to kill and everything... No? I'm guessing by that look we can't kill him... No? Okay, no. Harry killing Brandon is not good. It is a bad thing."

"Then stop him!" Brooke yelled.

"Really?" Kal whined. "I can bet if I get involved Harry will punch me. I don't want to get punched."

"Kal," Indianna said and rolled her eyes. "Break them up."

Kal huffed and stepped forward. He placed his hand on Harry's arm and cried out when Harry span round and punched Kal square on the mouth.

"Jesus, I told you!" Kal groaned and Harry swore, realising what he had done.

"Shit," Harry said. "What's your problem, you idiot!"

"Apparently we're not allowed to kill Brandon," Kal said and wiped his bloody lip. "Although that's news to me."

"Brooklyn!" Harry snapped and gently grabbed Brooke and pulled her back when she went to check on Brandon. Even after what he had done, she didn't want to see him badly injured.

"Brooke," Brandon muttered and winced when he pulled himself up from where he had been knocked to the ground. "I just want to talk."

"Just because I don't want you dead or badly hurt doesn't mean I want to talk," Brooke said, her eyes scanning Brandon's injuries. He was bruised but fine. "Are you okay?"

Brandon nodded. "Fine," he said and cracked his jaw.

"Then leave," Brooke said sharply.

"I-"

"Leave," Harry growled.

"I just want to talk to you-"

"Brooke doesn't want to talk to you, Brandon," Indianna called. "Now please get the hell away from my house."

"Brooke, I just want a few minutes-"

"You heard Indie," Brooke said and took a step backwards. "Leave."

"No."

"That's fine, I don't mind making you," Harry said and stepped forward.

"Harry," Indianna warned. "Brandon, go now while you can."

"No."

"Right-"

"Harry!" Brooke shouted and grabbed Harry, pulling him back. "Don't. Brandon, if I talk to you do you promise to leave after?"

"Yes."

"Fine," Brooke sighed. "I'll talk to you."

"No-"

"Yes," Brooke cut Harry off. "We will stay out here and you will go inside."

"I'll be watching from the window," Indianna warned Brandon. "If you do one thing out of line I won't stop whatever Harry does to you."

Brandon swallowed. "Okay."

"Harry, lets go inside," Indianna said softly.

"Fuck no."

"Harry, come on-"

"Fuck off-"

"Harry!" Brooke gasped.

"You can swear at me all you want, but I am your Luna and you're going to listen to me," Indianna said firmly and Brooke turned and raised an eyebrow. She had never heard Indianna sound so sure of herself. "Go inside, Harry."

Indianna was always stuck between two emotions. Loss and power. Sometimes she broke down from loss, and sometimes she got stronger through the power she had.

She had yet to balance both.

"I'll be fine," Brooke whispered and quickly kissed Harry before pushing him in the direction of the house.

Harry narrowed his eyes at his mate and Luna before walking inside.

"Five minutes," Indianna told Brandon and smiled at Brooke before following Harry inside. She went into the lounge and stood by the window, watching but not listening to Brooke and Brandon's conversation.

Indianna daydreamed as she watched Brooke. Her hands went to her stomach and she gently rubbed her small bump. She thought of Greyson and then her baby. Their baby. She couldn't wait to tell her baby all about their dad.

"He would've never let you out of his sight," she whispered. "His baby girl." Indianna had a hunch. It was just a feeling. But she knew. She knew she was going to have a little girl. "How am I going to keep all the guys away from you without a scary dad to frighten them all, eh?"

Indianna watched Brooke as she rolled her eyes and Brandon and turned away, heading towards the house.

"Let's go and talk to auntie Brooke," Indianna said softly and she gasped when she felt a dull thump. "A kick."

"Indie-" Brooke walked into the lounge and paused when she noticed Indianna's expression. "What's wrong? Are you okay? You-"

"A kick," Indianna repeated and jumped when she felt another thump. "She kicked."

"She kicked?" Brooke gasped.

"She kicked!" Indianna smiled.

"Oh my god she kicked!" Brooke grinned and rushed over to Indianna and placed her hand on her stomach. "She kicked!" Brooke squealed. "Indie, that's fantastic!"

"She's okay," Indianna sighed and rested her head on Brooke's shoulder. "Are you okay?"

"I'm always okay," Brooke said and wrapped her arms around her best friend.

"Don't lie to me," Indianna mumbled.

"I told Brandon where to stick it," Brooke whispered. "But he did say he was going to try and stop Rogue from retaliating badly."

Indianna nodded. "Do you want to talk?"

"No, but I do want to eat chocolate and watch some movies," Brooke said. "Can we do that?"

"Definitely, but don't you want to talk to Harry first-"

"He can wait," Brooke said dismissively. "I want to spend some girly time with my best friend. I want to forget about our lives for a short amount of time."

"I wish we could forget for longer."
