~Kid's Pov~
Where's maka it's almost eight and dinner is going to be ready any minute. "Knock Knock". And that must be her. I hurry to the door and there she stood with her beautiful emerald eyes, her symmetry was flawless, and her wonderful smile. Come in and welcome to my house. Wow kid this is just yours Liz and patties? Yeah it gets kinda lonely though. That must suck but now you had me to talk to. Yeah that will be good, but would you like to see your room now? Yes please. Okay follow me. I say as we walk up the stairs to the second story and showed maka to her room. Her room was the one right across from mine. I showed her in her room and she set her stuff down on the bed. You can get settled and dinner will also be ready in twenty minutes. And we'll be having pizza. Okay kid thankyou, and also thankyou for being so nice to me. It's no problem, I say as I start to leave. Wait kid, maka says as she grabs my shoulder and I turn around. Yeah maka? I can feel my face start to get hot and turn bright red. Her face was so close to mine and she was blushing to. Never mind it's nothing. Okay I say with a disappointed expression and left to go downstairs.

~Maka's Pov~
I can't believe I just did that! What is wrong with me! I know I like kid and I want to tell him but I'm scared to but why was he blushing? Maybe he likes me? I really hope I'm right and he does. If not I think I'll be crushed. I opened my door and walked down the hall and down the stairs to see kid with a knife in his hands holding it and staring at it. He starts to move the knife towards his neck but I ran towards him and grabbed it before he had the chance to do anything bad to himself.
