Seokjin broke into a big smile. It was dinner time, and his mom had come home an hour ago. She was frantic when she had heard he was making friends, and now she was even more anxious and excited when she heard that Jimin took him to see Hoseok.

"I met a new friend today." He signed.

Coughing was heard, and his mom, Jihyo was pounding her chest violently to cease her choking.

"Y-you did?! That's wonderful, what's his name? What does he look like? Is he handsome? Do you think he's cute?"

"Eomma," Seokjin squeaked, feeling his face go hot. Every time he mentions meeting a new guy, his mom always questions him all about the boy.

"Just teasing," she said with a grin, as she dug in her pocket for a cigarette.

She placed it in between her lips whilst pulling out the small portable lighter from her purse.

He never made new friends, so when Jihyo heard about Jimin and Jungkook she got really excited.

"Well, his name is Jung Hoseok, and he works at the dance studio." He signed again.

"That's a street away from the bakery. Maybe we can see him together," Jihyo said happily, lighting her cigarette.

He continued to sign, this being his way of communication to his mother.

"Yeah, and he has reddish orange hair.."

"Ooh, that's a cool color."

"Kind of a strange color choice but he actually looks really good with it." Seokjin smiled a little. "He's always happy, and he makes me laugh all the time."

"You said that about Jimin and Jungkook."

"I know," Seokjin stopped signing, placing his cheek into his palm and smiling. He liked thinking of his new friends. It filled him with an indescribable joy and it made him want to talk with them as much as possible to keep that feeling.

"Anything else happen lately?"

Seokjin went quiet, and looked to his hands.

"No. Nothing."

Seokjin didn't want to mention Taehyung, because he didn't want to move schools again. He was afraid of losing Jimin, Jungkook and Hoseok. Even Yoongi, the bakery owner.

Jihyo eventually stood up, giving him a warm smile. "I think I'm going to drop by the bakery. Do you want me to get you anything?"

"No, but thank you."

--

Jihyo made her way down the street, breathing hard through her nose into the large coat that covered most of her face.

She huffed at the cold air that whipped at her face. She spotted someone, and she almost tripped over her own feet at who it was.

He had reddish orange hair, and was speed walking fast to the bakery, looking angry.

"Hoseok..?"
