On the morning of August 24th police were called to the home of a distressed mother, initially on the meetup she was acting frantic, authorities note the fact she appeared to be crying while speaking to her

She informed authorities that her daughter hadn't returned home the prior night after she supposedly went out to a party, she didn't think much of the occasion as teens sometimes end under an influence of sorts and don't return home until the next morning, she noted shed rather that then have her drive drunk or under some substance.

After describing that information to the authorities she reveals that only minutes after she had woken up did she receive a phone call from a man asking

"Did you notice how long she was gone?"

When she responded in a confused manner the man on the other end seemingly grew angry, remarking to her

"Maybe this will refresh your memory"

After making that remark the man audibly put the phone down, on a table or counter is unknown but that isn't the point, the audible pleading of a young lady, presumably that of her daughter, seemed more audible then the man she had spoken to was before.

Following the pleading was the sound of intense slamming, like that of a hammer on wood, the pleading evolved into screams of agony, noting that she didn't hear the man say a single word, if he did say something it possibly could've been drowned out by the pleading and agonized screams of the daughter on the other end.

Abruptly the screams would go silent and soon after the man would hang up.

Both in shock and in tears she barely managed to call the police the distraught mother admitted
Not long after the call she received a text message from an unknown phone number giving her a series of numbers with no prior messages.
The numbers were coordinates, when the phone number was tracked it lead to a spot in the nearby small patch of trees that matched the coordinates given

The spot located in the trees was only a mile and a half from the home authorities reported to.

When tracked to the location given the authorities were brought to a seemingly makeshift shed that was only found via a small clearing along the trees, the shed was almost completely overtaken by grass and weeds, inside they found Victim #3.

The victim was found, Her eyes carved out, and yet to be found,
She was strapped to a wooden chair in the center floor of the shed, in her left and right arms were three nails going through the arm of the corpse and the arm of the chair, totalling six nails, each one rusted and bent, on the floor behind the chair was a mallet.
DNA testing and any further forensic evidence proved inconclusive when naming suspects as no fingerprints, saliva, hair, or anything from any other individual were discovered at the scene.

On a small bed side like table in the far left corner of the shed was a letter, when unfolded and written in messy handwriting read

'Crybaby'

Five more days had passed and no further letter was received by the Boston Times, something the perpetrator had usually done.
No letter or message was sent to any press or news outlets received any messages from any suspected culprit.
The perpetrator was radio silent, the reason for this is entirely unknown.
