*(Y/n)'s POV*

"No use..." I said, pacing around Sam's bedroom. After school, Sam invited us to her place. Tucker was lying down on his stomach on her bed, reading a book, and Sam sat next to him. They looked at me in concern when I dialed Danny's number about five times. "I can't get a hold of Danny today."

"Do you know where he said he was going after this morning?" Sam asked, and I started to shake my head. Then, we felt a strange breeze from her windows. From the corner of my eye, I saw someone fly past me. He wrapped his arm around my waist and grabbed me with him. I dropped my phone with a yelp as I got pulled.

"Danny-!" I exclaimed as we crashed into Sam's desk together. "Ow!"

"Sorry, (Y/n)." Danny helped me up on my feet and I looked at him with concern. "Listen, guys." He said, as we turned to Sam and Tucker. "(Y/n) and I spotted a ghost earlier today who looks exactly like me, but he can change how he looks, and now I can't change back or turn invisible or intangible."

I looked at him and tilted my head in confusion as he kept his arm around my waist. "What? You can't change back?" I asked.

"And you're eating toast." Tucker glared, as Danny pulled out a piece of toast from his back pocket. He took a bite out of it in panic. "You hate toast. What gives?"

Danny just glared at him back and threw his arms up in the air in exasperation. Tucker and I were taken aback when he started yelling, "I can't change back to Danny Fenton! Me and the other Danny were fighting and we ran into my dad's Ecto-Stop-O-Power-O-Fier and I think it's taking away our ghost powers."

"Does your dad ever invent anything that doesn't mess you up?" Tucker asked.

"Or without a dorky name?" Sam offered.

"Well, it could be my parents' doing, too..." I said, solemnly. Danny looked at me and shook his head. "Vlad did say he hired them to destroy Danny's dad, so he had them tamper with every invention he's made."

"So, it's your fault?" Tucker pointed at me, and Sam slapped him.

"Tucker." I glared at him.

"It's not (Y/n)'s fault." Danny crossed his arms. "I can't go home. I can't go to school. I can't even walk around in public without getting mobbed. I almost got (Y/n) in trouble for that, too. What am I gonna do?"

Tucker snatched the half-eaten toast from Danny and took a bite. I rolled my eyes and facepalmed when Tucker said, "For starters. Get some jam. This is awful dry."

"He's gone through a lot today, Tucker. Don't you think you're being a bit insensitive right now?" I asked, and Tucker just gave me a blank look.

"Okay." Sam spoke up. "You're stuck as Danny Phantom. It could be worse."

I buried my head into Danny's chest as the walls exploded in front of us. We all looked up to see his parents as well as mine geared up together. "Mom? Dad?" I asked. "What are you two doing here?"

"Attention adolescents." Mr. Fenton announced as Danny went to go hide. "This is official Fenton/(L/n) business. Have you kids seen Danny?"

Sam, Tucker and I exchanged worried looks and said, "Uh...Danny who?"

"He was being chased through our house by that awful Danny Phantom and now we can't find him." Mrs. Fenton said, holding up her ecto-gun.

Mom looked at me and tilted her head. "Sweetheart, have you spoken to your boyfriend at all today?"

"Uhm..." I started to say. "Danny's not missing. We just saw him. Right, Sam and Tucker?"

Sam elbowed Tucker who winced. "Yeah h-he was, uh...running down the street away from that jerky Danny Phantom." Tucker grinned and we all smiled innocently.

"Are you sure, honey?" Dad asked me. "You don't know where he is? I thought you were off with him walking to school this morning."

"I'm sure, dad." I clarified. "There's nothing to worry about, okay?"

"Bingo! We're on high alert search and rescue mode until we find him. Let's rock!" Mr. Fenton exclaimed, blasting another hole through Sam's window. Before he grappled away from here, he turned to us and said, "Obey all traffic laws!"

"Send us the bill..." Mrs. Fenton sighed, following after them. Mom and dad planted a kiss on my forehead before they grappled after them.

"Guys," I said and saw Danny crawling out from underneath Sam's bed, "We better figure out how to change Danny back fast before any more innocent bedroom walls are destroyed."

"That means I have to find that other Danny, or Amorpho, or whatever it is before it's too late." Danny said.

*Third person POV*

Amorpho strolled through the streets of Casper High, trying to change back to his original form but failed. "Why am I unable to revert back to my ghostly form?" Amorpho asked himself. He collapsed at the side of a tree. "Perhaps I can remain as...Billy Fenton."

"Youth of Amity Park!" Mrs. (L/n) shouted through the megaphone speakers.

"Be on the lookout for Danny Fenton." Mrs. Fenton declared. They drove the Fenton RV down the street with Danny's smiling face on a huge photo display. "AKA the cutest, sweetest son in the world. It is our desire to find him post-haste so that we may shower him with hugs and with kisses."

Mr. Fenton snatched the walkie-talkie from his wife. "Uh yeah, a-and sports." He added. "You know, guy stuff."

Amorpho hid behind the tree as they rolled past him. "Then again, maybe not. Everyone will now be looking for him. Curses! I need some alone time to figure this out. I must become someone nobody wants to be around."

He looked over to Mr. Lancer quoting from a "How 2B Hip" book in front of students that sat on a bench. "Uh yo peeps." He began. "Could I chill it with y'all while I get my eat on?" Mr. Lancer lowered the book to get a reaction out of them to realize they were already gone.

"Perfect." Amorpho giggled to himself, and transformed into Mr. Lancer. "Ah...That's the last one for a while. I've got to get to the bottom of this. Perhaps the science lab will be of assistance."

*(Y/n) POV*

Both parents hopped out of the Fenton RV after they parked on the side of the street and shouted for Danny in search of him. "Wait!" I called out from a back alleyway. "Mom, dad, Mr. and Mrs. Fenton!"

"We just saw Danny!" Sam said.

"Where did you both see him?" Dad asked, and they all hurried to us.

"O-Over there!" Sam pointed down the alleyway where Tucker was dressed as Danny. Tucker was crouched and hiding his face.

"The pain!" Tucker groaned.

"Danny?" Mrs. Fenton asked and they all walked over to Tucker. "Sweetie?"

The wig almost slipped off his head, but he pushed it back to keep it in place in panic. "Mr. and Mrs.- Uh..." Tucker stammered. "Mom and dad? Uh...that ghost. Uh...ripped my face off. I can't let you see me like this."

Tucker stood up in his costume and started running down the alley. "Danny, wait!" She said and we tried to catch up to him, but Tucker was already gone. "Danny, don't run. There's nothing to be ashamed of. I-I can handle...disfigurement." She started running after Tucker again.

"Yeah," Mr. Fenton agreed. "Look how well she treats me!" He looked at me and said, "Thanks, (Y/n), have some toast."

I looked over to smile at Danny who floated down beside me. "Nice move, (Y/n)!" he said.

"Like taking toast from a baby." Sam said, and I stifled a laugh. She took the toast from me and took a bite.

"We'll hold off your parents." I said, reaching up to kiss him. "You find that ghost before our parents find you - I mean, Danny..." I frowned. "I mean, Danny Phantom."

"Just go!" Sam said, and Danny hurried off.

I took the piece of toast from Sam and took a bite off the other end. "Why am I eating this?" I mumbled, noticing how dry it was.

*Third Person POV*

Amorpho in Mr. Lancer's body hid behind a textbook and looked around. He chuckled to himself, "So far so good. Disguised as a teacher, I'm a veritable pariah. Next stop, the science lab." When, Amorpho closed the book, a paper airplane hit him on the side of the head and he winced.

Dash walked up to Amorpho, and tried to place a piece of paper on his back. "Hey there, Mr. Lancer, sir." Dash said. Then he walked around Amorpho. "I couldn't help but notice how...shiny your head is today!" When Dash ran off, the piece of paper was revealed when Amorpho turned. It said, "Kick me". One of the kids walked up to Amorpho to kick him right in the behind.

"You get back here!" Amorpho said, chasing after him in Mr. Lancer's body. He ended up stepping into a bucket of mop water and started to slide down the hallway, screaming in fear. He fell on his back and faced a crowd of students looking down on him and laughing.

One of the kids with an orange, bushy hair came over with the camera and said, "For the yearbook Mr. Lancer!"

Another student walked over to him after he blinked from the bright flash of light, and the kid lifted up his pants to show a bump on his ankle. "Uh, Mr. Lancer, is this pus?" He asked, and suddenly the kids started chanting for their teacher's name.

Amorpho stood up from the mop water and tried to run away from the students, but the students followed after him.
