tw: uncensored cursing, remus and dee relieving their tension, panic attack

Virgil's night with Roman had been unplanned, but he had had a lot of fun.

He didnt expect that when he got home though that his roommate would be relieving the tension he had spoken about between him and his little clarinet playing boy toy.

Virgil was stunned when he walked through the door to find Remus pinned to his bed, hands held above his head by the wrists while a rather small man straddled his hips.

"Remus! What the fuck?" Virgil screeched.

"Take Dee's keys, they're on your desk." Remus cried out as the man on top of him gripped his wrists rather tightly.

"Take 'em and get lost." The person's, Dee's, voice sounded like a hiss and it gave Virgil chills.

"Fine, but we are so discussing sex in our shared dorm room later!" Virgil grabbed the keys, his phone charger, and his backpack before slamming he door with a loud bang.

Virgil silently thanked whatever god that was up there that the two hadn't gotten any further before Virgil had arrived and he pled to the god that whoever, if anyone, awaited him at Dee's dorm wasn't going to get any ideas.

Once he had found the music education student's dorm room, it was a building over on the third floor, he fiddled with the keys before unlocking the door and opening it slowly.

"Hello?" He didn't mean for his voice to squeak, but he really couldn't help it. This wasn't even his building! Who knows what was behind this door?

What he found surprised him.

Roman was sprawled out on one of the beds of the room, one had a simple yellow comforter and the other had a red one with a lot of decorative pillows and blankets, reading a thick stack of stapled together paper.

Roman looked up, gazing questioningly at Virgil.

"Do come in, I didn't think I would have the pleasure of seeing you this soon after our night out." Roman smiled gently at the purple haired boy.

"They're fucking in my dorm room!" Virgil squeaked, stepping in a shutting the door behind him. "Dee told me to take the keys and get lost."

Virgil shuddered with memories of the overwhelmingly threatening hiss the clarinet player had made.

"Oh my lords, you poor thing." Roman made a face of distaste. "It'll be alright, I've walked in on it too." Roman sat up and opened his arms for Virgil, who tackled him in a hug rather quickly.

The two had gotten closer during their not-dates, and, more often than not, they could be found holding hands.

Roman wrestled Virgil into the bed with him, and, in the end, pinned Virgil down against the mattress and numerous soft blankets. He looked Virgil in the eyes, searching for any sign of resistance and Virgil nodded at him, blinking lazily.

Roman supported himself with his hands and knees, leaning down close to Virgil's face and whispering into the purple haired boy's ear.

Virgil whimpered in a pathetically needy fashion, squirming under the theater student.

"Look at you, all pretty and needy for me." Roman growled playfully in Virgil's ear.

Virgil's desperate whining stopped almost instantly and his eyes became distant as if he was reliving something horrific. He was in fact reliving one of the rougher nights with his ex, but Roman didn't know that.

Virgil put his hand against Roman's chest, making a feeble attempt at pushing him away.

"Stop. Please, god, stop. Stop it. Stop." Virgil rambled on about 'stop' as tears collected in the corners of his eyes and Roman's protective instinct kicked in.

"Hey, hey. Shh, listen Virge, I won't do anything you don't want to do." Roman's voice was gentle and he unpinned the purple haired boy and helped him sit up.

Virgil couldn't stop his consistent rambling about 'stop' and 'please no.' His ears were ringing and he felt his chest tighten. All he could see was him.

"Hey, Virge, it's alright. I don't know what's happening right now, but I'm right here with you."

Something clicked in the back of his mind as he remember back to when Patton was in the shop with Logan while he was on shift and he overheard them talking about one of Virgil's worse anxiety attacks.

"Oh my lords. Virgil I don't know if you can hear me or not, but it's Roman and I'm right here and I'm going to help you."

Virgil fisted the material of Roman's shirt tightly, he needed Roman to stay with him.

He didn't trust his voice to speak, but he could hear Roman's somewhat panicked voice.

"Hey, Virge, I need you to try to breathe with me." Roman's voice was gentle.

Virgil gave a gentle nod and Roman took a deep breath in, holding it for a few seconds and then letting it out.

"You're doing great. Just keep breathing."

Virgil gave another half nod, his breathing had slowed a little bit, but he still wasn't completely out of it. He was biting the inside of his lip rather harshly and he wasn't going to stop anytime soon.

Alright Virgil, come on, you do this with Patton and Logan all the time. Calm down and find five things you can see.

Virgil found his five things after letting his eyes dart around the room.

Roman, desk chair, yellow pair of shoes, body mirror, pillow.

Roman noticed that Virgil's once frantic breathing had slowed slightly.

"Great, you're doing wonderful." Roman murmured. He began humming gentle Disney melodies that soon became quiet song lyrics.

Four things you can feel.

Virgil took a deep breath in through his nose.

Roman's shirt, the mattress underneath them, the soft blankets on the bed, the pillow that Roman had managed to slip in between his head and the headboard.

Virgil mentally applauded himself. Three things you can hear.

Roman's voice, the faint sound of music coming from a few dorms over, police sirens from outside.

Virgil had only just realized that Roman was singing to him.

Two things you can smell.

Virgil found his two things nearly immediately.

Roman's cologne, sweat.

Roman smiled brightly at the purple haired boy as he came a little closer to regaining himself completely.

One thing you can taste.

Virgil didn't know when his lip had started bleeding, but he made a sour face and mumbled a quiet, "blood."

"Hm?" Roman hummed questioningly to the purple haired boy.

"Oh, um, it's nothing. Thank you for staying with me Ro."

"Of course." Roman's smile was genuine and he reached up, cupping Virgil's cheeks with his hands. "Is this okay?"

"Yeah, but 'm tired." Virgil mumbled.

"Then sleep dear, I'll be right here whenever you need me." Roman purred, lightly brushing the pad of his thumb against Virgil's cheek.

Virgil gave a half nod, letting his eyes fall closed as he drifted away into unconsciousness.

Roman hugged him close as he laid Virgil down flat on his back on the bed. The theater kid pulling one of the many blankets over the dance student and then leaning down to peck his cheek.

"Sleep well, dear." Roman murmured as he watched the steady rise and fall of Virgil's chest.

The theater student moved to sit in his desk chair, grabbing the thick stack of paper and returning to studying the script closely.
