When I got in the house I got a text.
Lunch Buddy: Hey Love (:
Me:Hi (:

As soon as I sent that reply my dad walked in the living room with a big bowl of popcorn. He had red pajama pants on and black t-shirt. I forgot it was movie night. It's a tradition since I was like 14. We used to have barbeques, but we stopped and I had no idea why. On mondays we would pick out a movie, and we would sit on the couch in our pajamas and eat popcorn or pizza. It's our bonding time as a family.

"Hey pumpkin , go get ready for movie night." My dad said as he came and kissed my forehead.

"Okay daddy , just give me about 30 so I can take a shower." I said as I went upstairs.

"You got it kiddo." My dad said as he clicked his tongue and walked towards the kitchen. I ran up the stairs and went to my room. I threw my bookbag in the corner next to my dresser and put my phone on the charger and plugged my speaker into my phone. I turned on my Panic At The Disco playlist and pressed shuffle. This is gospel came on and I sang along.

I picked out a pair of blue and white shorts with and blue tank top. I got my fuzzy white bunny slippers and my undergarments and such and headed to the bathroom. Panic At The Disco was playing at full blast until I got a text. I was in the middle of my last rinse, and I decided that the person who texted could wait. I turned the shower water off, and stepped out of the shower. I wrapped the towel around my body and wrapped the towel around my hair. I dried off and put my favorite lotion on. I put my clothes on and plugged in my blow dryer. At this point Pentatonix was playing and I was just vibing out. The music stopped again when I got another text. I went to go check and see who texted me.
Lunch Buddy : Drey I miss you ):
Lunch Buddy: Sorry Audrey that was Connor.
Me: It's fine , so wyd ?

I laughed as I typed my response because I really didn't know what to say. I decided to let my hair air dry , so I just put my hair in one french braid, like Katniss' from The Hunger Games. I grabbed my phone off the charger and slid my slippers on. As I walked downstairs I saw my mom and my dad cuddling on the couch. It was one of the cutest sights.

"Okay , you guys ready to get this movie night started ?" I said as I pretended to be a host of a game show as I held my phone up to my mouth and talked into it.

"Ooh, If I say yes will I win any money ?" My mom said as she jumped up and down.

"If I say yes will you sit down so we can watch a movie ?" My dad said with his eyes glued to the screen. My jaw dropped. I knew he could feel the intensity of my stare. Then he just started laughing.

"I'm kidding. Come on kiddo." He chuckled ad he patted a spot on the couch beside him.

"So what are we watching?" I asked.

"We are watching this gangster movie, what is it called again honey?" My mom asked my dad.

"Gangster Squad." My dad said as he pressed play.

"This should be good." I mumbled. I turned the brightness down on my phone and looked at the text Brad sent me.
Lunch Buddy : Nothing really, I'm just playing the guitar.
Me: Awe that's cool. So like are you really good?
Lunch Buddy : I think I am. Maybe one day we can go to the park for a picnic and I can play for you then.
Me: Yes that sounds perfect.
Lunch Buddy: It's a future date then lol
Me:Yay (:

Brad Pov

So I guess we have a future date together. Audrey and I were slowly becoming closer. Like we were becoming bestfriends. I didn't mind it either, because every guy needs a girl bestfriend, or maybe thats just what the girls on tv say.

Does anyone like this story so far ? Sorry that this chapter is so short. I'm just drowned in homework.
I'm trying to update just a little bit everyday.
