Jai woke up after an hour and found himself in a hospital. Maan was sitting beside him on the bed holding his hand whereas jeet was sitting near him on a chair. Both were looking ready to cry. Their heads hung low. He was not able to look in to their eyes but he was sure that both's eyes must be filled with tears. He looked at the couch and found Arjun sitting there looking exhausted. He tried to speak but his mouth was covered with the oxygen mask. He squeezed maan's hand to let him know that he has woken up. Maan immediately looked at him.

Maan "jai, tu utth gaya bachcha. Ab kaisa feel ho raha hai? Are you feeling fine?"

Jeet hurriedly pressed the on-call button. And looked at jai. "Tu theek hai na beta?"

Jai pointed towards the mask while rolling his eyes at both of them. By then nivedita entered the room and took off the oxygen mask. As soon as the mask was taken off jai started talking.

Jai "kya nivi di, medical science is advancing so fast still you people can't make a mask through which we can talk. Jara mere jaise logo ke baare me socho, jo thodi der bina oxygen ke reh sakte hai par bina baat kare nahi reh sakte. It's such a torture you know"

Nivedita rose her eyebrows at jai and asked "are you sure you really had an allergic reaction jai, kyunki tum se jyada to tumhare teeno bhai bimaar lag rahe hai"

Jai "Arre in teeno ko to bahana chahiye muh latka ke baithne ka di. They just don't know how to live a happy life. Especially bhaiyu ko, ye to devdas mode me jaane ke liye ever ready rehte hai. Hai na bhaiyu?"

Maan just looked at him. He was happy that jai was fine but he was still scared. His fear wasn't letting him say anything.

Jai looked at jeet "ye to aise hi hai, aapko kya ho gaya?"

Jeet "pehle itna dara diya aur ab pooch raha hain ki kya hua? Itna careless kaise ho sakta hai tu jai. Bachcha hai kya tu? Pata hai na tujhe that you have allergies, fir itni laparwahi kaise ki tune, kuch ho jata tujhe to. Pata hai kitna darr gaye the hum dono jab tu behosh hua, par tujhe kya, Tu to bas apna careless attitude.........

Jai interrupted " Arre hitler, thoda sa lecture ghar ke liye bhi bacha lo. Sara yahin daant loge to ghar jaa kar kya karenge hum? Hamara timepass kaise hoga"

Jeet glared at him.

Jai "dekho nivi di, bhaiya dara rahe hai. Bolo inhe ki bimaar bachche ko aise nahi darate"

Arjun came and pulled his ear lightly "beemar bachcha ya shrarti bachcha. Aise kaise itna careless ho gaya tu jai?"

Jai held his ears "Arre maaf kar do, galti ho gayi bachche se, wo movie itni interesting thi na ki dhyaan nahi gaya. Movie, Arre haan movie, wo movie ke end me kya hua bhaiya? Jaldi batao, meri ending miss ho gayi thi"

Jeet whacked him "tujhe kya lagta hai, tere faint hone ke baad hum wahan baith kar movie ki ending dekh rahe the?"

Jai smiled "to aap dono ne bhi nahi dekhi na, chalo achcha hai, ab teeno saath me dekhenge, hai na bhaiyu"

Maan was silent till now. He was just looking his idiotic brother while trying to get a grip on his fear. Looking at him even jai got serious. Arjun looked at them and understood that the brothers needed some alone time.

Arjun "nivi, jai ke liye koi prescription ya instructions hai to mujhe bata do." He said giving a pointed look towards the door.

Nivedita understood "haan chalo mere cabin me baat karte hai" With that both left from there.

As soon as they left jeet spoke "mannu, he is fine now bachcha, ab kyun darr raha hai?"

Jai "kuch bolo na bhaiyu pls."

Maan hugged him at once and started sobbing. Jeet thought of giving them some privacy.

Jeet "tum log baat karo main dr. Sharma se mil kar aata hu" He also went out to meet nivedita so as to assure himself about jai's health.

Jai was still buried in maan's embrace who was still sobbing.

Jai "bas karo na bhaiyu, aap to aise ro rahe ho jaise mumbai ke saare water crisis aaj hi khatam kar doge."

Maan "how could you do it to me jai? Tujhe jara bhi idea hai tujhe aise dekh kar mujhe par kya beetti hai. Jaan nikal jaati hai meri."

Jai pulled away and held his ears "sorry bhaiyu, aage se nahi hoga. Wo movie ke chakkar me dhyaan nahi diya."

Maan pulled his hands down "kisi bhi wajah se hua ho jai par aage se aisa nahi hona chahiye. Samjha?"

Jai "bilkul nahi hoga bhaiyu, ab pls no more crying."

Jai wiped off his tears. And both the brothers started talking.

On the other hand jeet was going to nivedita's cabin, the moment he reached there he heard there conversation and stopped outside.

Nivedita "to jeet mana ghar par rukne ke liye?"

Arjun "Arre tumne natak hi itna achcha kiya, kaise nahi maanta wo"

Nivedita "sachchi, mujhe laga nahi tha ki wo maanega"

Arjun "aise kaise nahi maanta, ek to tumhari brilliant acting skills upar se maa ka khouf, jeet kya ek baar to main bhi ghar par baithne ko taiyaar ho gaya tha"

Nivedita laughed "I can't believe wo aaj bhi aunty se itna darta hai"

Arjun "darega kaise nahi, itni maar jo padi hai bachpan me"

Jeet heard everything and entered in her cabin looking indignant "to tumne mujhse jhoot bola chashmish, mujhe maa ke naam ki dhamki di." He said moving towards nivedita.

Nivedita stood up from her chair and tried getting away from him "dekho jeet door raho"

Jeet "door rahu, tum door rahi mere personal affairs se? Aunty ko call kar dungi, atleast 15 din hospital me rehna padega" He said imitating nivedita.

Nivedita tried to move away from him but he held her pony tail. "Ahhhh, kya kar raha hai jeet, school me hai kya jo mere baal kheech raha hai"

Jeet "kyun Tu school ki tarah maa ke naam ki dhamki de sakti hai to main kyun tere baal nahi kheech sakta."

Nivedita hissing "ouch, dekh jeet mujhe chhod de, maine kuch nahi kiya, ye sara plan Arjun ka tha"

Jeet let go of her hair and said "chal sorry bol, achche se"

Nivedita "no way"

Jeet "okay then I'll meet your senior here and inform him about all this"

Nivedita "nahi pls aisa kuch mat karna"

Jeet "you know how you can stop me"

Nivedita made a face and said "sorry"

Jeet "aise nahi jaise school me bolti thi"

Nivedita "have you lost your mind Abhijeet"

Jeet "that's sir for you chashmish, and i haven't lost my mind but your seniors will surely loose theirs once I tell them about all this." With that he started to move out.

Nivedita "achcha ruk, bol rahi hu" Saying that nivedita held her ears "I am really sorry Abhijeet sir, pls maaf kar dijiye. I won't upset you ever again"

Jeet "that's like a good girl chashmish." He turned towards Arjun and raised an eye brow at him.

Arjun "main bhi"

Jeet "tera plan tha na, so of course Tu bhi, and do it just like our school days"

Arjun also held his ears "I am really sorry his highness, galti ho gayi, pls maaf kar dijiye"

Jeet "better, is baar jaane de raha hu agar next time aisa kuch hua na to yaad rakhna is apology se pehle tum dono ke saath kya kya hota tha"

Both Arjun and nivedita cringed at the memories. Jeet in his brat mode can bring anyone down to their knees.

After the apologies were done jeet asked nivedita about jai's health and if there were any instructions to be followed. Nivedita just asked them to make him rest for a day and ensuring that he takes his medicines on time.

Once he was done talking to nivedita he once again left to meet jai. Arjun smiled looking at his retreating figure.

Nivedita "aise kya smile kar rahe ho?"

Arjun "itne saalo baad apne dost ka purane wala side dekh raha hu. He is once again becoming normal."

Nivedita "wo wapas pehle ki tarah trouble making brat ban raha hai aur tum khush ho rahe ho Arjun"

Arjun "tum nahi samjhogi nivi, jab kisi ko uska dard badalta hai na to wo insaan bahar se kitna bhi majboot kyun na dikhe par andar se wo toot jata hai. Mera dost bhi toot gaya tha nivi par ab time aa gaya hai ki wo khud aur uska pariwar dono jud jaye."

Pari "bohut pyaar karte ho na tum jeet se" She asked adoring their relationship.

Arjun smiled at her "tumne sirf uski shararate dekhi hai nivi, maine uska lagaav dekha hai. Abhijeet jaisingh is not a man you can walk away from after knowing him. Anyways how soon can we take jai home?"

Nivedita " I'll ask the staff to prepare the discharge papers, you can take him home as soon as you complete the formalities."

Arjun "thanks nivi, us din meri help karne ke liye. Agar tum wo sab nahi karti to shayad ye jo change aaj jeet me aaya hai wo nahi hota."

Nivedita "bas aise hi sookha sookha thanks."

Arjun smiled "Arre nahi, let jai recover fir we will ask you to join us for dinner. Ghar aana, you will love the food there"

Nivedita "tum banaoge?"

Arjun "bilkul nahi, mannu banayega, that kid is a genius in kitchen."

Nivedita gave him a disgusted look "sharam karo Arjun shergill, apna gratitude dikhane ke liye ek bachche se khana banwaoge?"

Arjun "Arre ek baar uska banaya kha kar to dekho, agar next time se tum bhi bahane na banane lagi ghar aane ke to mera naam bhi Arjun shergill nahi."

Nivedita "really? Fir to main jarur aaungi. Anyways how's tanu?"

Arjun "theek hai, abhi delhi me hai but she will come back in a day Or two. Let's do one thing, tanu aa jaye fir tum dinner ke liye aana, tab tak jai bhi poori tarah recover ho jayega."

Nivedita "ohhhh, I would really love that"

Arjun "theek hai fir, I'll tell you the address and timing by evening tomorrow."

Nivedita "works for me"

Arjun "okay then doctor, I won't keep you for long. See you later. Bye."

Nivedita "bye Arjun"

After sometime jai was discharged and taken back home. it was almost night when they reached home. As soon as he came back home he was surprised Or rather shocked by jeet. He never liked anyone hovering over his head and has actually trained his bhaiyu not to do that but jeet was 10 times worse and there was no changing him. Where maan very easily gives up whenever jai is considered, jeet on the other hand was strict enough to make sure that jai follows every instruction to the t. Both jai and jeet were in jai's room lying on the bed while maan was in the kitchen to make dinner for all of them.

Jai turned towards jeet "bhaiyaaaaaaa can we pls watch that movie now" He asked as sweetly as he can.

Jeet "movie dekhni hai?" He asked with a smile.

Jai nodded his head vigorously.

Jeet "thappad khayega, leta reh chup karke. Bada aaya movie dikha do."

Jai "aise kya kar rahe ho bhaiya, aap to mere cool bhaiya ho na, pls dikha do na movie." He said sitting and hugging jeet.

Jeet twisted his ear and pulled him back "ek baar me kuch samjh nahi aata na tujhe. Ya tere dimag ka starting button tere kaan par laga hua hai ki jab tak kaan na kheecho tab tak dimag start hi nahi hota." With that he left his ear.

Jai rubbed his ear and showed his tear filled puppy eyes to jeet "kitne gande ho aap, bilkul pyaar nahi karte mujhse"

Jeet scoffed "beta mannu nahi hu main, jo tu ye magarmach ke aasu dikhayega aur main pinghal jaunga. Ye jo nautanki Tu kar raha hai na wo maine kar kar ke chhod di hai. Chup chaap let ja aur rest kar."

By then maan entered the room. As soon as jai saw him, he got up from the bed and rushed to hug maan.

Jai "thank god bhaiyu aap aa gaye, ye bhaiya na mujhe bohut daant rahe the aur inhone itni jor se mera kaan bhi kheecha. Dekh lo bhaiyu kaisa atyachaar ho raha hai aapke bachche par." With that he starts fake sobbing.

Maan fell for his trick in a heartbeat "jai, rote nahi bachcha, pls chup ho jaa. Abhi to Tu discharge hua hai hospital se aise royega to fir se tabiyat bigad jayegi beta" He said trying to pull him away.

Jai didn't let go of him and shook his head against his chest "aap bolo bhaiya ko ki mujhe nahi daante"

Although maan didn't wanted to do that but he can't let his little one get disheartened either. He looked at jeet pleadingly. Jeet saw him and understood that the brat has convinced him.

Jeet "Arre natak kar raha hai wo. Bewakoof bana raha hai tujhe aur tu iski baato me aa raha hai mannu."

Jai pulled back immediately "main koi natak nahin kar raha, aap na bhaiyu ki daant se bachne ke liye mujhe mat fasao ab." He said showing tongue to jeet.

Jeet "mujhe jeeb chidata hai, ruk tu batata hu tujhe." He got up from the bed and took steps towards jai.

Jai hid behind maan "bhaiyu bachao mujhe, dekho ab to bhaiya maar bhi rahe hai."

Jeet "abhi maara nahi hai par ab marunga" He said catching his hand.

Maan immediately pulled jai behind him. "Bhaiya pls, bachcha hai abhi, jane dijiye na."

Jeet "achcha wo bachcha hai to jaane du aur main tum dono se bada hu uska kuch nahi, wo mujhe pareshan kar raha hai wo nahi dikhta tujhe."

Maan "jai apologize to bhaiya"

Jai wanted to refuse but as soon as maan gave him a stern look he decided otherwise.

Jai "sorry bhaiya" He said looking sad.

Jeet pulled him in his embrace at once and scolded maan "kya hai tera, kyun daant raha hai usse, tabiyat theek nahi hai na uski. Khabardar agar isse dubara kuch bola to."

Maan "Arre par aap hi to............

Jeet " Chup, pehle isse daanta ab mujhe palat kar jawab de raha hai." With that he pulled jai away "ye to hai hi aisa beta, tujhe movie dekhni thi na, chal dekhte hai."

Jai also nodded sweetly at him. Maan was looking at them shocked, how come the table turned so fast. What did he do that both of them are teaming up against him.

Jeet "ab ghoor ghoor kar kya dekh raha hai? Jaa hamare liye popcorn bana kar laa."

Maan "Arre par khana ready hai, dinner kar lijiye pehle."

Jai "kya banaya hai bhaiyu?"

Maan "dal and rice"

Jai made a face "mujhe dal chawal nahi khana bhaiya." He said once again hugging jeet.

Jeet "haan dal chawal ka to mera bhi mann nahi hai. Bata kya khayega?"

Jai "maggie, bhaiyu bohut achchi banate hai"

Maan "jai, Tu aaj hi discharge hua hai na, ab 2 hafte tak koi junk food nahi milega. Jo bana hai wo hi khana hai tujhe"

Jai gave a puppy look to jeet, pouted and shook his head.

Jeet "Arre to tu vegetables daal kar usse healthy bana de na. Mera bhi dopahar se mann kar raha hai Maggie khane ka. Bana de na mannu pls."

Jai also joined him "haan bhaiyu pls bana do na"

Maan "aur jo khana abhi bana hai uska kya karu?"

Jeet "Arre wo hum kal subah kha lenge, pakka. Bas abhi maggie khila de na pls."

Both were pleading while giving him their best innocent looks. Maan sighed at the sight and thought Do they realize that they behave like 7 year olds.

Maan "fine, banata hu."

Both hugged him at once from both sides. Maan knew that jai would do something like this but jeet hugging him shocked him beyond limits. Both jai and jeet left him within a second and left to go downstairs for the movie.

Maan stood there frozen for sometime thinking if their bhaiya is really accepting them. He sure was behaving like that. He was lost in his thoughts when jai called out to him, "bhaiyu movie start ho gayi" Maan came out of his thoughts and went downstairs with a smile on his face.

He straight went to the kitchen and cooked for them again. Once done he served maggie in three plates and took it to their living room where jeet and jai was enjoying the movie. Both were sitting on the floor while their backs were supported by the couch. Once maan came both started eating while enjoying their movie. Once that movie ended both wanted to see another and opted for a comedy this time. Somewhere in the middle part of that movie all three drifted off to sleep on the floor itself.
