"Report to your stations immediately! This is not a drill! We are under attack! We are under attack!"

The camera shows Tony running into a forcefield, the man yelling out, "Shit!"

"Language!" Steve chimes in from his bike, "JARVIS, what's the view from upstairs?"

"Holy fuck," Hayden said, "Tones, I thought you were kidding, Cap actually said language?"

Tony snickered and nodded as he high-fived the girl. Steve sighed, he knew Hayden would never let that go.

The AI's voice is heard, "The building is protected by some kind of energy shield. Strucker's is well beyond any Hydra base we've taken."

Thor throws a man from the tower as he says, "Loki's scepter must be here. Strucker couldn't mount this defense without it. At long last."

Natasha rolls to dodge something before shooting a soldier with a widow bite, "At long last is lasting a little long, boys."

"Yeah," Clint says as he shoots an arrow behind him, "I think we lost the element of surprise."

The Peters were looking at the screen confused, what was happening?

"Wait." The screen changes to the inside of Tony's helmet, "No one else's gonna deal with the fact that Cap just said 'language'?"

"I know." The super soldier threw his bike at a charging group of soldiers, "It just slipped out."

A man walked through the base looking at his soldiers, "Who gave the to attack?"

The closest one answered, "Herr Strucker, it's the Avengers. They landed in the far woods. The perimeter guard panicked. They have to be after the scepter."

Peter 3 spoke up, "What are the Avengers?"

Peter 1 looked at him confused, "You don't have the Avengers?"

Peter 3 shook his head, "I'm kind of the only superhero my world has."

Peter 2 nodded, "Me too."

Peter 1 looked shocked, "Weird."

Strucker nodded, asking, "Can we hold them?"

The man looked confused, "They're the Avengers."

Strucker shouts out to his men, "Deploy the rest of the tanks. Concentrate fire on the weak ones. A hit may make them close ranks. Everything we've accomplished..."

The scientist replied, "Show them what we've accomplished. Send out the kids."

The screen showed Hayden, Wanda and Pietro huddled together in the corner, sharing glances as they communicated with their eyes.

Wanda, Pietro and Hayden winced, it was hard to believe that they used to be loyal to the people who used them as weapons.

Tony reached over to hold Hayden's hand, knowing it was hard to watch this. Hayden clutched to her father figure's hand.

Strucker shook his head, "It's too soon."

The scientist insisted, "It's what the twins signed up for, and what the girl was raised for."

The Herr shook his head, "My men can hold them."

"Sir," JARVIS's voice was heard in Tony's helmet, "the city is taking fire."

The man sighed, "Well, we know Strucker isn't going to care about civilian casualties. Send in the Iron Legion."

The screen shows robots being deployed from Avenger's Tower and landing in Sokovia, "This quadrant is unsafe. Please back away. We are here to help. This is unsafe. Please back away. Please back away. We wish to avoid collateral damage."

The Sokovians throw food at the robots shouting at the in Sokovian and even English, "Avengers, go home!"

Peter 3 scrunched his face, "Why are they throwing things at them?"

Hayden cleared her throat, "Sokovia didn't have a good view of the Avengers, especially Iron man."

"We are here to help."

Strucker paces in the aisle of the base addressing his soldiers. "We will not yield! The Americans sent their circus freaks to test us. We will send them back in bags. No surrender!"

"No surrender!" came the reply.

The Herr mutters to his scientist, "I am going to surrender. You delete everything. If we give them the weapons, they may not look too far into what we've been..."

Steve scoffed.

The short man interrupts him, "The kids."

Strucker shook his head, "They are not ready to take on..."

The man shakes his head, "No, no, I mean..."

Strucker finished for him one he saw the empty corner, "...kids."

Peter 2 looked back at them, "So you were bad guys? No judgement, just trying to understand."

Wanda nodded and Pietro spoke to him, "We were led to believe that Tony had collapsed our home. We wanted revenge. Hayden came along because we became family while at HYDRA."

The screen shows Clint shooting at one of the HYDRA base's bunkers and ducking behind his tree. But when he doesn't hear an explosion, he peeks out and sees the bunker still standing. Confused, he tries to shoot at it again but is knocked over Pietro, who super sped over to the man.

"You didn't see that coming?" The silver-haired nineteen-year-old smirked. 

The speedster sent clint a cheeky grin that the man just huffed at.

The boy sped off and the archer rushed to his feet aiming an arrow in the direction the speedster had ran. However, the bunker targeted him, shooting the man in the side. 

His red-headed best friend rushed over to him, "Clint!" 

The screen showed Pietro speeding past Steve and trying to knock him down, but the man just flipped back onto his feet and spoke into his com, "We have an enhanced in the field." 

"Clint's hit!" Natasha responded before sighing, "Somebody want to deal with that bunker?" 

Hulk ran through, decimating the bunker and Natasha muttered, "Thank you." 

Hayden snorted, "I love the Hulk."

Bruce smiled at her.

Steve speaks again, "Stark, we need to get inside."

The man gave an affirmative, "I'm in. Jarvis, am I in? Do you see a source for that shield?"

The AI chipped in, "There's a particle wave below the north tower."

"Great," The man answered, "I want to poke it with something."

He launched a missile at the base of the tower, blowing up the shield's power source, "The is down, people."

Thor landed next to the captain, "The Enhanced?"

The man nodded at him and answered, "He's a blur. All the new player's we've faced, I've never seen this. In fact, I haven't."

Pietro nodded, "I'm too fast to see"

Hayden smiled, "We know Piet."'

"Clint's hit pretty bad, guys." Natasha's voice sounded over comms, "We're gonna need and evac."

Thor nodded, "I can get Barton to the jet. The sooner we're gone, the better." He then pointed to his companion, "You and Stark secure the scepter."

He nodded, "Copy that."

The men watched as HYDRA's soldier's marched towards them and Thor let out an amused huff, "It's like they're lining up."

Steve shrugged, "Well, they're excited."

He then braced himself and held his shield up for the god to strike with his hammer, sending the soldiers to the ground.

Peter 1 gaped, "Awesome."

Wanda shrugged, "It's better in person."

"Find the scepter." The god pointed his hammer at the captain before flying off.

"And for gosh sake, your language!" Tony chimed in sarcastically.

Steve sighed and shook his head, "That's not away any time soon."

The screen showed Tony flying through the base shooting at soldiers before the screens inside his helmet from shades of white and light blue to a dark blue and his blasters stopped working. The man looked confused.

Hayden winced and opened her mouth to apologize but Tony held up a hand, "If any form of an apology is about to come out of your mouth I will hit you. I forgave you a long time ago, kid."

Hayden rolled her eyes with a smile, "I know. And stop calling me kid."

Tony sniffed dramatically, "Never."

Tony squinted, "JARVIS?"

The AI's voice was heard glitching out. The man looked even more confused and muttered, "What?"

"Having trouble?"

Tony looked up, seeing a young girl smirking at him. Except, her eyes were glowing blue.

The Peters looked at the screen in awe, "Whoa. That's so cool."

Peter 3 looked at her, "You're a technopath."

Hayden smiled and nodded sheepishly.

"That tends to happen around me. Tech getting all worked up." The girl moved off of the wall she was leaning on, "Tell me Tony, do you know how your little blasters feel?"

Tony's eyes widened as the arm of his suit moved seemingly on its own accord. He watched as his blaster lit up, getting ready to shoot. At him. 

"Well, you will now."

The blaster fired sending the suit and the man flying. Hayden hissed in fake sympathy, letting out an, "Ouch." Before she then skipped away.

Peter 1 looked amazed at her.

Tony gasped as his suit came back into his control, "We've got another enhanced. Female technopath. You can engage as long as you don't have anything fancy on you."

Steve spoke to his friend through comms, "Stark, you okay?"

Tony groaned as his thrusters back on, the fire sputtering a couple times before starting to go steadily, "Yeah, yeah, I'm good. Just got shot in the face by my own suit, all good."

Hayden snorted, "You're such a snarky shit."

Tony looked at her offended, "You are too."

Hayden nodded, "That's why I'm your favorite."

Tony smiled; he was proud of his little engineer.

He flew into the main room rolling his eyes ass the soldiers pointed their guns at him, "Guys, stop. We talk this through." He sent small projectiles at the men sending all of them to the floor, "It was a good talk."

A man on the floor groaned, "No, it wasn't."

The man flew into the computer room and separated himself from his suit, "Sentry mode." The Suit stood up as if Tony was still in it and the man plugged a hard drive into the computer, "Okay, Jarvis, you know. I want it all. Make sure you get a copy to Hill at HQ."

Natasha supervised as the soldiers got led off and spoke into her comms, "We're locked down out here."

Steve nodded, not that the red head could see, and said, "Then get to Banner. Time for a lullaby."

Peter 2 raised a brow, "Lullaby?"

Natasha cleared her throat, "It'll probably be shown."

Tony watched as the files downloaded and said, "I know you're more than files. Hey, J, give me an IR scan of the room, real quick." 

The AI answered, "The wall to your left. I'm reading steel reinforcement... and an air current."

The genius walked over to the wall, "Please be a secret door. Please be a secret door. Please be a secret door." He pushed on it and once it opened he let out a childish, "Yay!"

Hayden snorted again and leaned her head on the genius's shoulder.

"Hey, big guy." Natasha said as she walked up to the Hulk. The man, in lieu of soldiers and bunkers to destroy had taken to tearing up trees. "Sun's getting real low."

She holds up a hand and the green man huffs before copying the action. She quickly moves her hand placing it palm up and he laid his hand on hers. She then ran her fingers from the base of his palm to his fingertips releasing him entirely as he ran to the woods to change back into Bruce.

"Baron Strucker." Steve said as he walked up to the man, "Hydra's number one thug."

The man held up a finger, "Technically, I'm a thug for S.H.I.E.L.D."

Natasha scoffed.

"Well, then technically you're unemployed." The captain replied, "Where's Loki's scepter?"

The man huffed a fake laugh, "Don't worry, I know when I'm beat. You'll mention how I cooperated, I hope."

Steve nodded sarcastically, "I'll put it right under "illegal human experimentation." How many are there?"

Wanda snuck up behind him, sending a wave of red energy at him and pushing him down the stairs.

Pietro let out a loud whoop as Hayden laughed at the captain. Wanda smacked them voth over the head.

Steve stood and ran up the stairs as Wanda disappeared into the shadows. He spoke into his comms, "We have another Enhanced. Female. Do not engage."

Strucker spoke up from beside him, "You'll have to be faster than..."

Steve kicked the edge of his shield, sending it into Strucker's face before catching it, "Guys, I got Strucker."

Tony sighed as he finished walking down the stairs to find a leviathan. "Yeah, I got something bigger."

His eyes caught on Loki's scepter, "Thor, I got eyes on the prize."

Wanda snuck up behind the man sending a vision into his head. The man blinked and suddenly found himself in ruins, his team scattered around him as the chitauri flew through a portal and onto Earth.

Steve looked guilty, this is why he made Ultron.

Hayden looked heartbroken, "Tones.."

Tony gripped her hand, "I'm okay, kid."

Wanda looked down guilty.

He ran to Steve, checking the man's pulse when the captain jerked up, grabbing his wrist, "You could have saved us." The man fell dead, but his voice continued to echo, "Why didn't you do more?"

The man gasped as he was wrenched out of the hallucination. He quickly held his hand out, summoning his gauntlet. Pietro ran in with Hayden in his arms, setting her down next to Wanda. The fifteen-year-olds eyes started to glow blue as Pietro moved forward to stop the man, but their sister held up a hand, stopping them.

Pietro looked at her incredulously as Tony grabbed the scepter, "We're just let him take it?"

Wanda just smirked, her eyes promising something dark. 

Peter 3's eyes widened, "That's fucking terrifying."
