The next morning , Atty. Kook is waiting for Kang Woo in front of the court hall. As he looks at his watch , he sees the presence of General Park , Eun Soo with some members of the media.

"General Park, do you really have an involvement in the crime scene?"

"You need to hear my side inside the court room, I don't need to clean myself in public. That's not my style."

"General Park , one more question."

"(walking towards the court's lobby)"

"General Park ,...wait"

But the court guards block the reporters . Suddenly, Hongmin arrives and entertains the reporters 

"Wait Hongmin, I am from KBS 2 so I would like to ask the probability that Lee Kang Woo has proven guilty in this case?"

"100% . Lee Kang Woo was the only person who has the capability to do such things. The fact that he's a lawyer."

"But there are articles that questioned the whole procedure , they're looking at the fact that it was all planted and the real killer enjoys his freedom until now."

"(mind speaks) The real killer goes inside. (looks at the reporter) Let the court decide, based on the evidences that are shown last trial and to the upcoming evidences.(goes inside)"

And Hogmin runs quickly next to Eun Soo, and then he approaches Eun Soo immediately while walking.

"You did a very big mess...Now "

"(chuckles; stops walking) Musician,.."

"(stops walking)"

"Is it really me? You know I didn't ask you this question but , why did she visited you in the bar?"

"(shocks)"

"I really ignored the main reason ...(taps Hongmin's shoulder) I already knew who you really are.Now you have to choose, betray me or betray them.(turns back and walks away)"

And Eun Soo sees Woo Kim going out of the court room.

"(smiles) You really came."

"(smiles) I just need to clarify everything to them."

"You should be. You should not waste your wonderful name. General Park Eun Soo.(hugs his brother)"

"(hugs back) I will not do that. You should always remember that I am a very brilliant man. (resists the hug). I might not know what you are doing as of the moment, but I am pretty sure that you really work with brilliance."

"You're little brother is competitive. He's not that brilliant but he always know the outcome of his actions."

"Well, I'll go inside. You should watch me later,.."

"(nods ; smile) I will."

And Eun Soo enters the court room. While Woo Kim approaches Hongmin.

"Hi...it's nice to see you again."

"Hi...same here."

"But I didn't expect that you we're in the middle of confusion,.."

"What do you mean?"

"You should go with me after the trial. I want to introduce myself to you. I hope you would acknowledge my request."

"(speechless)"

"Speak up. Detective Yoo,..(smiles)"

"You lied to your brother."

"No. I told him, I always know the outcome of my actions. Are you surprised?"

"(sighs) Okay. I will go with you after the trial. Just tell me where to meet."

"Book a flight immediately to Aomori, now."

"Aomori?"

"Yes,.. Aomori, Japan."

"But..."

"I knew that you are doing this for the good. And I'm giving you an opportunity, would you like to go or abort the mission?"

"Okay,I will go to Aomori, Japan."

"See you later."

"(leaves Woo Kim alone and goes inside the court room)"

While Woo Kim is waiting for Prosecutor Kang.

"(mind speaks) If there is only one person who could help you in eradicating the syndicate, that's me. Yoo, Hongmin."

And he sees Kwon Byunghyun entering the court lobby.

"(nods) Good day, OIC Kwon of NIS."

"(nods back) Good day , Engineer Park."

"How are you as of the moment?"

"Few more therapy sessions and my knees would be back again to normal."

"Well , good luck. I know you can recover as fast as you can.You should not fail my father in giving you trust to take over his position for the meantime."

"I will. Regards to Director Park."

"I will tell him."

"Thank you.(walks again and enters the court room)"

"Woo Kim!"

"(looks back) Oh Shin Hae ...(smiles)"

"(hugs Woo Kim) Did you wait for me so long?"

"Not really. Let's go inside?"

"Sure.(holds Woo Kim's hand)"

Suddenly , Director Nam enters the lobby and sees the sweet Prosecutor holding the hand of Nam Holdings' Chairman.

"Good day Prosecutor Kang (bows and smiles)"

"(looks at Jaehui; bows and smiles) Hi Director Nam."

"(bows) Chairman Park."

"(bows) Director Nam."

"Join us, we're on our way to the court room"

"Sure."

And the three walk towards the court room and as they enter the room.Woo Kim sees Eun Soo , Jung Min, Byunghyun  and Hongmin seated at the back. Prosecutor Kang quickly removes her hand to Woo Kim's hand.

"Let's do our job first."

"Good luck."

And Director Nam asks Woo Kim to sit beside her. And Woo Kim didn't refuse the offer and sits beside Jaehui.

"(whispers to Jaehui) Will you describe those people at my back, Lieutenant Nam, Jaehui?"

"(whispers to Woo Kim) I will describe them to you . But not now,they might hear us talking about them. Remember , they we're still convinced with my amnesia thingy."

"Okay , let me invite you to Aomori, Japan tonight. Are you free?"

"What are we going to do there?"

"I'll tell you when you get there. I want you to be prepare yourself."

"Yes . I will."

And the defense enters the court room. Atty. Kook enters first and Kang Woo enters next with the police then before sitting , the police removes Kang Woo's handcuffs. After a few minutes , the judge enters the court room. And the secretary tells everyone to stand. And after the ceremony, the judge calls on the attention of the lawyers Atty. Kook and Prosecutor Kang.

"Atty. Kook , is Atty.Lee ready for today's trial?"

"Yes, your honor."

"How about you Prosecutor Kang ? Will you continue the trial for today in behalf of Hee, Yangwon?"

"Yes, your honor."

"Let's proceed."

And Prosecutor Kang takes her seat while Atty.Kook starts the trial.

"We are from the defense , I am Atty.Kook Jonghyun and my client Lee, Kang Woo, ready for today's trial."

"(stands) Your honor , I am Atty. Kang, Shin Hae from the Prosecution ."

And the secretary announces something.

"May we call on General Park, Eun Soo to the witness stand."

"(stands and walk towards the witness stand ; hands on the book and recites the oath) I , General Park, Eun Soo will only state the truth and nothing but the truth. So help me God.(sits)"

And Atty.Kook takes the chance to interrogate General Park.

"Tell me your name , age and your current occupation."

"General Park, Eun Soo. I am 29 years old and I am the only General in the Korean Army."

"Okay , so what are you doing around June 5 ?"

"That time I was reviewing the records of my soldiers and about to group them according to their respective companies."

"How long did it take for you to assemble the records?"

"It took three hours for me to arrange all the records , from trainee to reserved armies to those who we're in the service already."

"So , as the general of the Korean Army , do you have your own office to govern?"

"Yes."

"Tell me the location of that office you're describing me."

"At Seoul , South Korea."

"Could you tell me , and to everyone in this court who are your colleagues in the armed forces."

"Pardon."

"Oh well , General . I was asking you , who are the other Generals that are equal to your current position."

"Ah , for the General of the Air Force we have General Lim Sang Woo and for the General of the Navy we have General Son Minho. And our superior at the Ministry of defense is none other than Cho , Wooyoung."

"Very well said .And how many generals does the Korean Army have ?"

"I have three more generals in my army aside from me."

"Won-su (General of the Army) Park, the three more Dae-jang (General).Okay, so where are they on June 5?"

"They we're assigned for a special task that time."

"So you mean to say that you're the only General that time?"

"General Lim Sang Woo was newly promoted as the General of the Air Force.Therefore , the air force Generals had their meeting in their camp at Busan.While General Son, is protecting the nautical territory of South Korea against the threat of North Korea."

"Again, very well said. But how many CCTV does the Korean Armed Forces have?"

"We have 120."

"Alright. So how many are functioning?"

"All are functioning , your honor."

"If you said that all CCTV are functioning , are you really sure that all of those devices are accurate in giving footages?"

"I might say that their performance is unwavering."

"Okay , so ...(opens the TV ) Why does the CCTV footage in Building E , wherein it is near your field functions only at 3:30am?"

"Yes, it is an accident that CCTV in Building A and Building E are malfunctioning that time. But it has been recovered after 3 hours at exactly 3:30 in the morning."

"Don't you have guards that move around to call the attention of the suspicious people outside your terrain?"

"We have. But we really don't know what they we're doing that time."

"I think that being unresponsive reflects you as the leader of the Korean Army.(looks at the judge) No more questions your honor."

And then Atty. Kook takes his seat as Prosecutor Kang takes the floor.

"I have the floor plan of the Korean Army Headquarters,(shows it to the public)is this the legitimate floor plan ?"

"Yes that is."

"Could you to the people inside this court what happened to the 4 CCTV Cameras that we're installed at Bldg.E & A?"

"As you can see , there were 4 CCTV cameras installed at the side of Bldg. A & E. Those cameras malfunctioned due to weather conditions . The CCTV cameras at Buildings A & E we're really exposed to the who wants to enter at Gate A and Gate E.According to the technician, faulty wiring is the root of malfunctioned CCTV cameras."

"And then what time does the CCTV recovered ?"

"Exactly 3:30 in the morning."

"By chance , Atty. Lee visited you in the headquarters right?"

"Yes."

"So , how many times did Atty.Lee visited you in the headquarters?"

"Atty. Lee visited the headquarters once."

"When is that?"

"June 5 in the afternoon, he was strolling around the field and looks for something. He looks around and maybe he noticed that there are many CCTV cameras at Bldg. B , C and D. As well as Bldg. A &E . But , he might noticed that the CCTV cameras in Buildings A &E we're not functioning because there we're technicians who we're arranging the CCTV cables that time."

"So you're trying to say that the suspect took advantage to the situation so that there is a place wherein he can fill Nami's body ?"

"Yes."

Meanwhile in the defense seat.

"(whispers)Does it really happen?"

"(whispers)Yes , I was about to see General Lim that time. Oh...maybe that time, my name plate fell on the ground and they used it as an evidence against me."

"(whispers)Oh my ... why didn't you tell me."

"(whispers)I don't think that the scene would also be used against me."

"(whispers)You are a lawyer indeed. You should know the tactics of the prosecution."

"I will ask you again General Park , you we're saying that the man in the defense seat , accompanied by our dearest lawyer Atty.Kook is the person behind Nami's death?"

"Yes."

"So Atty.Lee Kang Woo , was Nami's killer?"

"Yes."

"No more questions your honor."

And Shin Hae sits on her chair and looks at Kang Woo. Smiling at him.

"(mind speaks) Nice game."
