When we got to the old house Derek was just getting cuffed. The corner was there wheeling away Laura in a body bag. Laura in a body bag. God they're probably gonna open her up.

"Don't say anything." I ordered of Derek as me and my parents stormed up to him and Stilinski.

"Andrea, Nathan-" Stilinski started but my parents cut him off. "Sheriff Stilinski, this is ridiculous. Derek is not a murder." My dad and mom continued their little argument with Stilinski while he handed Derek over to one of his deputies who put Derek in the squad car.

We wanted to tell them that the girl was our family, but they obviously are not going to show us the body. I have my hands in my pocket to hide the tattoo, so they don't see the match.

I watch in wonder as Stiles sneaks into the front of the squad car to speak to Derek.

"Okay, just so you know, I'm not afraid of you."

Derek clearly gives him a menacing look that changes his attitude.

"...Okay, maybe I am. Doesn't matter. Listen I don't care if Isabelles mad at me right now she's going to thank me for putting you away when she finds out you're a cold-blooded murder."

Oh, guess again stilinski.

"I just wanna know something. The girl you killed. She was a Werewolf. She was a different kind, wasn't she?

I mean, she could turn herself into an actual wolf, and I know Scott can't do that. And Izzy can't, at least, I think. Is that why you killed her?"

"Why are you so worried about me, when it's your friend who's the problem?" Derek replied irritably.

"When he shifts on the field, what do you think they're gonna do? Just keep cheering him on? I can't stop him from playing, but you can...and trust me-- you want to."

Scott was by himself away from everyone else, so I walked over.

"Can I slap you? Or hit you? Or break your arm?" I asked Scott as I approached him. Scott looked away in shame.

"I'm sorry we didn't tell. It's just you wouldn't have helped, he's your family and the werewolf that bit me! Aren't you glad we put him away? He's a murderer Isabelle!"

"No, he's not! I knew about the body!" I yelled out, whispering the last bit in a harsh tone.

Scotts eyes widened in surprise. "You knew!"

"Yes! My parents knew about it too!"

"Why didn't you tell us!?"

"I don't have to explain my family dilemmas to you or Stiles!"

God, I know that Scott and Stiles never actually met Laura because when she was here, she would be investigating so there was never really a chance to introduce them but are you telling me they never saw the tattoo!

"Isabelle!" My dad called out; we both turned our heads to my dad whose eyes turned blue as he stared directly at Scott.

"I got to go." I turned to Scott and glared. "I'll see you at the game."

Despite being mad at Scott and Stiles, I still showed up at the game. Let's just say I like the look on peoples face when they know they were wrong.

We were going to pay bail for Derek to get him out of jail, but he told us not to. He made a point that it's not like they can actually pin the murder on him anyway once the autopsies concluded.

He and Dad were careful of course when they buried Laura. They didn't leave DNA behind. The only DNA they're going to find is that of the Alpha.

I walked up to the bleachers as the game was ongoing. Stiles was benched so I passed him on the way up. I was still mad. I get he thought he was doing the right thing, but it didn't and won't do anything all.

"Hey Isabelle!" called out Allison from somewhere in the bleachers. I saw her waving. I smiled and waved back, trying not to falter when I noticed her dad next to her.

"Come sit with us!"

I smile a bit uneasily. Well, I can't just say no. I made my way up and put on my best smile.

"Dad, this is my friend Isabelle." Allison said, introducing me to her dad.

"Isabelle this is my dad." I smiled forcefully and shook his hand. "Isabelle Hale. Nice to meet you."

"Chris Argent and likewise." He said with a fake smile, he already knew that I was a werewolf. I mean I am the only teenage werewolf girl in town for miles. I wouldn't be surprised if he showed up at my house one of these days.

I sat next to Lydia not wanting to be that close to Allison's dad the hunter.

"Please let this be okay. Please." Scott begged from the field.

"Down!" the referee ordered, and the players put their sticks down, the ball in between.

"Please!" Scott begged once more when the referee blew the whistle. The game progressed and I started noticing a pattern, the ball wasn't being passed to Scott even though he was open several times.

When the ball landed in the field, Scott tried to run to it, but Jackson came and shoved him away before he could get to the ball.

That little bastard.

When Jackson got the ball in the net everyone cheered and unfortunately so did I. Well, I clapped lightly but Lydia grabbed my hands and forced me to clap more.

"That's it, Jackson! Get fired up! Fired up!" Coach yelled. Lydia grabbed both my arm and Allisons in signal before pulling up a huge sign that said: "We Luv u Jackson"

I tried not to make a face as I helped hold it up.

Someone just kill me now.

"Brutal." Stiles muttered when he saw the sign. I looked over and saw Scott puff out his breath. "Oh, this is not gonna be good..."

"Only to me." Jackson ordered his team who were huddled up.

"But what if he's open?" Asked Danny.

"Who's the captain? You, or me?"

"Jackson, come on, dude. I just wanna win." Argued Danny. I knew I always liked Danny.

"We will win."

"But--"

"What did I say? Huh? What. Did. I. Say?" Jackson said more menacingly.
Danny sighed in defeat.

"Don't pass to McCall."

That little asswhole.

"You okay, kid?" The referee asked Scott who was hunched over and breathing so heavily that his breath could be seen.

"Which one is Scott again?" Asked Argent.

"Number eleven--" I replied, there was no use in lying, Lydia or Allison would correct me.

"Otherwise known as the only one who hasn't caught a single ball this entire game." Retorted Lydia. Because they don't pass him the damn ball.

Allison bit her fingers stressed. "I hope he's okay."

"I hope we're okay. We need to win this." Lydia muttered.

Lydia stood up and pulled out another sign, she motioned her head to the sign at me and I sighed as I stood up, taking the corner of the sign.

"Allison-- a little help, here?" Lydia said to Allison. She sighed like if she didn't want to do it but did it anyway.

"Down! Set!" The referee blew his whistle, and the ball went up in the air.

Scott was pumped with anger so much, so he actually jumped, his foot landing on the other guy's shoulder, which gave him the boost he needed to catch the ball.

He started into a sprint, weaving by the other teams' players who tried stopping him.

Melissa, Scott's mom, started jumping slightly in anticipation. When Scott did land the ball in the goal, we all broke out into screams and shot up from our seats.

After that amazing shot Coach yelled out to the team to pass to Scott and by the way Jacksons breathing changed, he was pissed.

I love it when someone gets their ass kicked. Especially when they're a jackass like Jackson.

The opposing team had the ball but when the guy took one look at Scott, he actually threw him the ball.

" ...Did the opposing team just deliberately pass us the ball?" Coach asks stiles in pure disbelief.

"Yes, I believe so, Coach."

"Interesting..."

Scott continued to dodge the opposing team, but here's the part that's starting to worry me, he threw the ball so hard it actually went through the opposing team's net. It took everything in me not to look at Argents face to see his reaction.

"Goal! YES! YES! There you go! Wha-- way to go, McCall!"

Coach argued with the referee and the opposing teams coach, but they gave us the point anyway.

"No, no... Scott, no, no!" I silently begged when Scott got out on the field and looked like he was going to shift more than he already is. Argent is freaking right here!

"Come on! Come on!" Melissa said nervously as Scott practically froze on the field.

"You can do it, Scott. You can do it, Scott." Allison said to herself. Scott must have heard her because he was able to pull back. I look from Allison and back to Scott on the field.

He found his anchor.

He threw the ball and landed the shot. I screamed in delight, and everyone went down to celebrate our team.

I stayed up in the bleachers and didn't go down, since I saw Scott run away.

I didn't know whether Stiles noticed or not, but I sent him a message asking him to go and check on him if he was alright.

I would have gone myself, but Argent here would probably suspect he's the other young Beta running around. And I don't want to mess things up for Scott since this was Allisons' father.

With everyone rushing down to applaud our team Argent and I remained the only ones on the bleachers much to my dislike.

"Who's the other beta?"

I chuckled falsely, clicking my tongue as I looked down seeing everyone celebrating our win. "Straight to the point. I like it."

I didn't turn to look at Argent at all during our interaction. Somewhat afraid he would read me and figure something out.

"We know there are 2 more werewolves out there Isabelle. What are their names?"

"You think I'm going to talk to the people who killed my family?"

It didn't take a genius to know he had rolled his eyes. "Again, what the rumor? We didn't kill your family."

For this I did turn to him. Because for years I have wanted to spit at the face of the people who killed my family. My grandparents, my cousins, my aunts and uncles.

"Really? So, then who else in town knew about my family's secret? The only ones who knew where your family. You said you live by a code. Where was that code applied when you burned my family alive?"

I raised an eyebrow and kept ranting. "Where was it when you stole my mothers' brothers' from her? Where was it when my cousin, who would be my age right now, died! My uncle never recovered from that fire. Never! He lives at a hospital. He doesn't speak, he doesn't move, nothing!"

You have no idea how good it feels to get this out of my system. Even if he was the Argent who did it or not, he was still an Argent and it felt amazing.

"Your family destroyed mines! So don't you think for even a second I'm going to let another werewolf, go through that same fate."

I left him to ponder my words and marched down the bleachers. The crowd had gone away, probably to celebrate back at the school.

My phone buzzed and I picked it up seeing as it was Derek.

"Derek oh my god. Are you okay?!" I ask frantically as soon as I pressed the accept button.

I sit down at the bench reserved for the players. By now Argent was gone, his scent fading a bit. Guess he went to go look for his daughter.

If Derek's out, then that means without a doubt that Stiles and Scott know about it to. Which means they know that the girl is my cousin. I weirdly enough cannot wait to see their faces.

"I'm fine, they let me out. Listen I told Andi I'd come pick you up since they're kind of tied up right now."

I frown. "Why are mom and dad tied up?"

"Stilinski I.D'd Laura. They know she's family and he called your parents to ask questions."

I exhaled. Okay so that might make us suspects now in her murder investigation. I know Stilinski. I don't honestly think he'll drop it.

"Can you just take me home? I'm too tired to deal with this shit."

"I'm at the school. Where are you?"

"The field."

"Be there in a sec."

We both cut the call simultaneously. When I looked up to the field, I didn't expect to see someone. I thought everyone had already left.

I watched in confusion as Jackson picked up a glove from the ground and stared at it. What was he doing?

I turned my head to the side when Derek's scent was near. He stood there watching Jackson, hands in his jacket just watching him.

I brushed my hair behind me as I stood and went to him. "You didn't have to come and walk me to the car you know?"

"There's an alpha running around town you bet I'm going to walk you to the car."

I roll my eyes. "My hero superman."

Jackson, who had been staring at the glove for the longest time possible turned his head like if he knew he was being watched and saw us.

I looked over and tried not to smile seeing as this whole thing looked menacingly creepy. I positioned myself next to Derek, since I couldn't just not give Jackson a threatening look after what he pulled tonight.

We both turned and walked away slowly, that's when I broke into a smile.

"You got what you wanted?" Derek asked. I grinned.

"Oh yeah."
