Narda's POV:

I ran all the way to Regina's house and by the time I made it to the gate of her house I was out of breath.
My hands were holding onto my knees to keep my balance as I was trying to catch my breath.

I rang the door bell of the big gate and stood up straight. "Who is this?" The speaker on the doorbell asked.

"Si Narda Custodio po" I replied and tried to make it seem like I wasnt out of breath.

"Oh? Narda? You dont have any tutor lessons with Regina right now, did you forgot something?" Her dad asked from the speaker.

"No I-"
"Hold on let me open the gate" He said and the gate opened automatically.

I walked through the front yard and walked up the steps to the front door.

"Narda welcome, may nakalimutan kaba?" He asked and I shook my head. "Si Regina po? Nandito ba sya?" I asked.

He sighed and that sort of made me worry for some reason. "She is, shes been in her bed all week and wont tell me a thing" He replied.

"May I talk to her?" I asked shyly, scared of what he'll reply with. "Oo naman, please help me out here, I dont know what to do" He said and I nodded.

I walked towards Regina's room as her Dad left me alone because I prefered to go to her myself, alone.

I knocked on the door and waited for a response "Dad I told you for the last time!" She yelled.
"Im fine!" She continued.

"Regina" I said and sudden silence filled her room and the hallways. I scratched the back of my neck out of stress, not knowing what to do.

The door suddenly opened and I looked up at her, messy, wavy, hair flowing down, mascara running down her red swollen eyes, she was wearing an over sized white shirt and some grey sweat pants.

I never expected her to look this good.

"Regina-"

I couldnt continue what I was going to say as she pulled me into her body and hugged me tight, I smelled her scent and I didnt expect to miss it so much.

She felt so cold, I expected her to feel warm since she was lying in bed all week but she didnt.

"I need you more than I intended to" She whispered and sniffed her stuffy nose.

"Me too" I whispered and hugged her back.

"I just really need you right now Narda" She said.
"Thats why im here" I replied and caressed her back softly.

"Im sorry Regina" I said and she broke the hug to look at me. "You've done nothing wrong, I should be sorry" She said.

"I planned to hurt you Narda, I cant say sorry enough" She said and took her hands off me.

"I forgive you" I said confidently and she looked at me confused and in disbelief. "Why would you-"

"Please Regina, I need you too" I said and grabbed her hand, holding onto it. "Do you know how bad it affected me when you werent at school?" I asked her.

"I couldnt even study properly, I couldnt work without the thought of you on my mind, I couldnt work knowing you werent there" I explained.

"I missed you" I said and she finally smiled.

"Im sorry" She said and put her hand on my cheek.
"I just liked you so much I thought it would be best if I maybe moved schools so I wouldnt hurt you" She said and I shook my head.

"Wag mokong iwanin!" I said and held tighter to her hand. She chuckled a little "I wont" She said.

"What fool would leave you?" She said.

I walked closer to her and tippy toed as I eyed her lips, kissing them.

I quickly then broke the kiss and looked at her shocked and priceless face. She touched her lip with her finger and kept looking at me.

"Teka- Do it again, I wasnt ready" She said and was leaning in. "Tumigil ka nga" I said and pushed her back.

"Come on please!" She begged and kept leaning in and I couldnt help but smile. I put both my hands on her cheeks and kissed her forhead.

"Why didnt you do it on the lips?" She asked.
"Are you complaining? Fine then" I said and crossed my arms.

"No! I just-"
"Regina you should really eat and take some medicine" I said.

"Come on do it again!" She whined like a little kid and I laughed. "Please Narda!" She grabbed my arm.

"Alright fine!" I said and she smiled.
I put my hands on her shoulder and tippy toed, kissing her lips.
