you and your boyfriend robby keene were at a roller skating party, and it was dress like your favorite 80s movie, so you guys dressed up as johnny cade and ponyboy curtis, this was your guys' favorite movie and you were super excited for this date !
"robby, you're going to have to hold my hand while we skate for a little bit, i'm rusty at the beginning" you giggle as you stumble a bit.

he grabs your hand and you guys go to the "rink" and you guys skate around in the circle for 10 minutes before you guys got tired "y/n let's go sit over there" he points to a seat and you guys skate over to there, still hand in hand. "are you thirsty?" he asks you, you were out of breath so you just nodded, sitting down.
he brought back your water and you gulped it down fast "woah there tiger, slow down" he laughed, kissing your cheek.

after about 5 minutes of just talking, you decided you wanted to go back skating, so he held your hand and you guys went back to skating.
he showed you a bunch of turns and tricks and after he skated up to you, made you skate backwards as he kissed you, like nobody was watching.
you guys smiled at each other before you ran into the wall, forgetting you were even going backwards "ow" you said softly as robby pulled you away from the wall "you okay? you hit your back pretty hard" he asks, looking at you with worried eyes "robby, don't worry i'm okay, it was just a little hit" you smile at him as he pulls you into a huge hug.

you guys skated for a few more hours and then you guys decided to turn your skates back in because it was almost 2 am and you guys were getting a little tired. you went to Robbys car and drove to McDonald's just to get some fries and a drink before you went back to Robbys apartment because you decided to stay the night there, but don't worry, you told your parents(or parent/caregiver) first.

once you walked in you immediately went to Robbys room getting his sweatpants and a shirt and then coming out with your hair in a messy bun going to the McDonald's bag and taking your fries and your drink and going to the couch, ready to watch the series you and robby were watching at this time.

once he sat down, you moved toward him, with your legs in the couch leaning into his side and he put his arm around you, kissing the top of your head. "y/n?"
"yes robby?" you asked, looking up to him. "i love you." you smiled, you guys rarely say "the l word", not because you didn't want too or you didn't feel that way, you just rarely said it, so when you guys did, you felt safe, comfortable, loved. "i love you too robby" you said, smiling

you guys laid there for a while until you moved your head to his lap and you fell asleep, robby turned on a different show that he knew you didn't like as he played with your hair until he got tired and picked you up at about 5 am when he was finally tired, robby is definitely a night owl, and you have grown to be one too throughout your relationship, but skating really tired you out.
he laid you in bed and crawled over to you, kissing your forehead and pulling you in to cuddle for the night ahead.
