Meanwhile:

"N-no."

"Yes."

"I t-told y-you, the d-d-deal is o-off!"

"Oh, but you can't do that. Come on, Error. You made me a promise."

"I-I..."

"I know you can. You just don't want to. Your in love. Oh, Error, what would Frisk think?"

"L-LEAVE F-F-FRISK OUT OF T-THIS."

"If you don't want her to end up like Frisk, I suggest killing her first. Besides, she's just another glitch. As are you."

"S-shut up, ?????"

"Oh I will."

"Once I have her."

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
You sit and chat idly with Blueberry for a while, learning all kinds of interesting things about the Multiverse. Like how he comes from Underswap, and how you were a 'glitch' from Undertale, the original. And all of Error's plan to get rid of all the glitches in the Multiverse. Which meant all the other AU's. You shivered at the thought. Then a portal opens up, and Error walks through. He looked unnerved.
"G-g-glitchy, c-come with m-me."
You hesitate, but Error had only become kinder to you for the longer you've been with him. What could go wrong?
You take a few steps towards him, and he opens a portal to another AU.
"C-c-comin or n-not?"
It sounded less like a question and more like a demand then you liked, but you went along with it.
"Yeah."
You walk through, and Error follows suit, quickly closing the portal. The grass at your feet had a blue tinge, and it was covered with blue, large flowers. There was a sparkling pathway, and gems in the ceiling that looked like stars. In the distance, you could hear the rumbling of waterfalls. But despite the beautiful setting, a feeling of dread hung over everything. As if something could go wrong at any time.
"So, Error, why did you take me-"
Your suddenly cut off by Error summoning the blue strings again, the glow of your soul on your chest flaring with pain.
"Error! What are you doing?!"
"...S-saving y-you."
The strings became more taught, the pain sharpening.
"Stop! It hurts!"
"O-of c-course it h-h-hurts. It's s-supposed to k-kill you."
Your world starts to spin, but you can still make out Error, his head buried into his jacket. You could almost see tears forming. Or was that just your imagination?
"S-sorry, G-glitchy."
He sighs, an odd, distorted sound, and the pain flares so quickly and sharply that for a moment you think your going to die.
But, in the back of your mind, a small voice says,
"But you refused."
