A COUPLE MORNINGS LATER

You woke up with a yawn to the smell of someone baking. Baking? Who could it be? When you walk out of the small, private room Error built for you you see him with a couple of ingredients and an unfinished butterscotch pie in his hands. He stops what he's doing when you come out of your room, almost dropping the pie.

"O-oh! Y/n, I-I w-wasn't expecting you t-t-to be u-up so e-early."

"I wanted to visit Riiverwoman again. And that delicious smell woke me up."

Error blushes a little, averting his eyes.

"It's n-nothing. I've w-w-watched m-multiple Toriels d-do it for y-years, so..."

"Can I have a bite?"

He snatches the pie away from your hungry eyes. He hands you a muffin instead.

"N-n-not yet. It's f-f-or l-later."

You smile in return and eat your muffin. It reminds you, sadly, of Blueberry, who Error returned back to his AU(reluctantly) after you had proven to be better. Ink insisted upon it. Error opens a portal to a well known spot for the both of you, Savetale, and waves a hand in front of it.

"W-well? You s-s-said you wanted t-to g-go see t-the Riverwoman."

"Right,"

you say, hopping into the portal. Before it closes, you catch a glimpse of Error return to his cooking. You chuckle lightly to yourself as you search for the Riverwoman.

"Tra la la, you need not look, for I will always be there."

She appeared around a corner, smiling warmly at you. The two of you had grown to be good friends, even if only a couple days had passed. She was fun to be around, but mostly you had questions about her and what she did. You also had a growing liking for flowers, which grew at her feet everywhere she went. She liked flowers too, although she hated Echo Flowers. They were the most useless of all plants, and the most common, especially to her. You walked around, her pointing out flowers and their uses, you following with a constant look of child-like wonder. She stopped suddenly at one point, turning to you.

"Tra la la, it is not in my place, but I will tell you a secret."

She sat down in the fields of Echo Flowers growing beneath her, took a long breath, and said,

"Tra la la, Error has something very special today that he said he's going to do. He didn't say with whom,"

At this she let out a sigh,

"But I think it's with you, Tra la la. Treat him well for me, no matter what he says."

And then you realized that the Riverwoman had a crush on Error, just as you do.

"But... why do you... you like him, right? Why hide that?"

"Tra la la, he does not return the feelings, I can tell. Besides, what good is love if you'd on't share it? He is the first person I ever had a real conversation with. Tra la la, did you know he can't Erase this AU? Because of the power of it. The origin. The save button is so powerful, that even Frisk, nor Chara, can get rid of this universe. He spent so much time with me... I came out of my shell..."

She paused, her voice trailing off.

"Tra la la, a bad decision. Now I've tripped and fallen, and he plans not to help me up. But you are different, Y/n. Treat him well for me."
