Ranty Swirly time, yayy-

So, ever since 2019, I've had a consistent issue with my email notifications. I've complained about it in the past, and, oh look, I'm here to do it again, because 2 years later, this is still an issue for me.

So, this is a screenshot of the notifications I *want* to be getting:

Problem is, I'm not getting all of them. I do get notifications when people follow me, comment, or reply to my comments, which is good...

But I'm not getting the notifications I care about most, which is when users I follow upload story parts, or when people mention me in their story parts.

I've tried logging out, clearing my cache, and logging back in.

I've tried turning off all my notifications, waiting a few minutes, and then turning them back on. (I've tried this one multiple times.)

I'm even currently using a different browser than normal. (Normally I use Google Chrome, but right now while writing this, I'm using Microsoft Edge.)

I've tried Googling for answers, but the answers I get are all the same things I just described that I've tried, that so far haven't seemed to work for me.

So...I'm kind of stuck.

I just really want to start getting notifications when people I follow post story parts or mention me, cuz it's happened in the past where I've missed things I was mentioned in just because my notifications didn't work right.

It's frustrating, it's annoying, I hope I find a way to solve this soon.
