I got a new desk, and it's pretty sweet.

This was the old one, paired with another table because I didn't have enough room. It was a student desk, and it had been mine for pretty much my whole life up until now. It wasn't a bad little desk, but it was definitely past time for an upgrade.

This is the new one. You'll notice the little red end table is gone. And that there is an ugly hole in my wall that the house-shaped shelf was artfully hiding.

The side door would be useful for people with big computer setups to keep things out of the way and organized. However, since I don't have one...

It's just being used to store my anime and my drawing tablet.

I decided to write this while waiting for Genshin Impact to update

Fun fact: when I was about to start playing Genshin for the very first time at the start of the year, the downloading resources took until 3 AM. Thanks mobile wifi. If it had been on my computer it wouldn't have taken nearly as long. If only my computer could actually handle the game.

It cannot. 

It would implode if I tried.

I mean it can barely handle even Roblox sometimes.
