I wake up due to the loud call on my phone. I try to find it with my closes eyes and finally find it.

Neurosurgeon Department?

"Yes, Dr. Kim Taeyeon talking"

"Its Dr. Nichkhun. Your patient, Nam Dal, 7 y.o. Have you checked his MRI result?"

Argh, I don't want to hear his name early in the morning like this. Especially after my special night with Tiffany.

"No, Not yet"

"I'm responsible for his older brother, It looks like we need to talk about the two patient"

"Alright, I'll be in hospital around 9" I hung up the phone quickly and trow it away around the bed.

I look at the girl on my arms and hug her tightly. It feels like a dream when we made love yesterday, and yes we made love. I would not call it sex, but love. Because we're on each others highest level of love while screaming each others name. I want to live in that moment forever.

I love you Tiffany, Lets fight for our love till the end.

"Do you have to leave?" Her voice startled me because she ask with her closed eyes. I chuckle and went down to kiss her lips.

"I'm not going to leave, especially when you naked like this" I whisper between my kiss.

"Good, cause I'm not into one night stan" She break the kiss to take a breath and open her eyes. She wink at me before kiss me again passionately.

"I'm sorry, I'm a little late" I said as soon as I walk inside the radiography room with Seohyun behind me. Strangely, Kyungsoo and his resident is here not Dr. Nichkhun "Why are you here?"

"Dr. Nichkhun ask me to take over this case. He don't really want to operate on young patient nowadays" Kyungsoo answer me with a hard voice that he have.

"Is this toy store or what, A doctor shouldn't change a patient the way he want" I mumble while kyungsoo shrugged. I put on my glasses before look at the MRI to diagnoses the patient.

"Its medulloblastoma" I said after checking the MRI and look at Kyungsoo "How about your patient?"

"I'm planning to put him under radiation therapy. The size tumor is big, but the risk is too high" He said after looking at the MRI too.

"Any family history?"

"Nothing significant" His resident which I know his name is Baekhyun said.

"Then lets talk to the patient guardian and decided how to go about it" Kyungsoo nod in agreement.

"You should talk to the guardian since you'll be in the surgery" Seohyun nod at me.

Kyungsoo stand up from the chair he has been sat on and face me.

"Chairman passed away yesterday"

"What?!" My eyes widen, he looks perfectly fine yesterday though.

He is not my patient anymore, after the surgery I told chief kwon to take care of him under her. Because I don't really want to face him and pretend to be nice. So I think after that, Dr. Nichkhun take a lead for him.

"The nurse find him dead on the floor. Die after a shock on his brain. Death time 12:41 AM" Kyungsoo inform me again makes me gulped hard

"There is nothing wrong with the surgery right? because I'm sure he is damn fine yesterday after I check him"

"Yes, the problem must be something else" I rolled my eyes

"Politic. Kyungsoo-ah, if you became a politician you will end up like him" I pat his shoulders but he look at me with his scary yet.  confused glaze.

"You hate politic?" He ask me curious

"I hate politic. They're issues made up by bored people for bored people" I shrugged my shoulders because of the goosebumps.

"But we can't make issues made up bored people invade our livelihood" He said which makes me look at his strong glaze.

God he is scary.

"You're political" I mumbled before walk away in disgust.

"I'm realistic" I can hear what kyungsoo said but I walk away instead after closing the door.

I press the send button about to lock my phone but its suddenly ringing.

The most annoying person is calling.

"What is this soo?"

"Ya! Where are you?" Sooyoung sound so mad and feels like she will be cursing for the next minutes if I don't answer her.

"I'm checking on my patient, what is it?"

"Your resident is hitting my resident!"

"What?!"

"Whats wrong with your resident? How can a girl hit a person?" Sooyoung ask and I look at her resident.

"Did that hurt?"

"I am fine" The resident which is I know her name is Yoona is looking at her knee before answer my question.

"Of course she'd say she's fine. Do you think she will said she is hurt?" Sooyoung sarcastically said and I look away.

The door is open and I look at the person who is walking toward us, non other than Yuri. They both are general surgeon. Yoona is one of their resident. Of course she would came, what would I except from these two drama queen.

"Who beat our doctor?"

"She will came soon" Sooyoung answer Yuri's question.

"Let me see, her nose bleeding from both side. Ya, don't you hate violence?" Yuri ask me with her hands inside her medical coat.

I took a glare at her. Look who is talking, they both who always beat me and force me to eat lunch or dinner with them.

The door open again and seohyun get inside the room with eyes on the floor. She stand behind me before bowing at the two general surgeon.

"I'm sorry" She said softly.

"Why did you hit her?" I ask her

"She kept bullying me" Seohyun answer makes the other resident mad and talk back to her.

"When did I bully you? I was just making a joke"

"Even a good song is nice to hear only for the first few times!" Seohyun talk back again makes me chuckle.

She is quite good.

"We're doctor. We're the highest intellectuals. Can't you control yourself?" Sooyoung nag my resident.

"I'm sorry" Seohyun bow again scared of Sooyoung.

"What are you apologizing for?" I ask Seohyun makes the other people on the room are looking at me in confusedness.

"Seo Ju Hyun. I've been underestimated you. I started to like you. If someone treats you unfairly again, take a proper action. You may leave" Seohyun widen her eyes but then bow before leaving the room making the two general surgeon are looking at me in horror.

"Taeyeon-ah, don't think this is right" Sooyoung said angrily at me after Seohyun leave the room.

"I also think this is not right"

"Why would you use the cotton balls for nose bleeding? You're a doctor, you're overreacting" I crossed my arms and look straight at Yoona. She bow her head before take out the cotton balls from her nose.

"Can you leave us alone? I need to talk to both of them" She stand up and bow before leaving the room.

"Guys, don't spoil your resident too much. That is not good for them" I said but they still crossing their arms with mad face.

"You know how it feels when you're tired and someone makes fun of you, its human being for doing such an action" I said and they look away from me. I hope they realize how childish they are.

"By the way, thank you for send Tiffany to my hotel yesterday. We're now together" I told Yuri and Sooyoung of what happen last night because they seems shock about my confession. They kept asking question and I answer until they're satisfied.

"Ahh, thats good then. I finally can breath normally" Yuri rested her head on the couch after such a lots question.

"Yeah, thank you for your help all these times" I smile at them which is they replied me with another warm smile too.

"Ah by the way, fany will have a lunch here. Do you want to grab lunch together?" they shakes their heads.

"I have a scheduled surgery at 1 PM" Yuri answer lazily.

"I have a check up appointment in a minutes" Sooyoung look at her watch. Hear what she said I started to remember about Fany who came to hospital yesterday.

"Ah right, fany told me that she went to hospital yesterday, how is her condition?" Yuri widen her eyes and exchange glance with Sooyoung.

What is it guys.

"She is Yuri's patient. I have to go, my resident must be waiting" Sooyoung stand up after get her phone and trying to call someone. She waved her hands to us before walk away staff room.

I look straight at Yuri who is looking at Sooyoung in speechless.

"So what is it? What are you hiding for?" Yuri avoid my eyes and gulped before talking

"S-She just went for a medical check up. A routine check up. Her r-report is a secret because she is our VIP" She answer me and I raised one of my eyebrows confused.

"Is that something wrong with her?" I ask in worried tone but she look away.

"I can't tell you taeng. She is the one who supposed to tell you. When the time comes, she will tell you" Yuri said before stand up.

"I have a to prepare for surgery" She pat my shoulders before walk away.

What happen to you Tiffany?

"Check up on her more often. Take a CT scan after 24 hours" Seulgi take a notes of that before I walk away from the patient.

"Dr. Kim, the new on call schedule is release today" Seulgi try to catch a walk with me.

"Really? When is our schedule?"

"Strangely you only have two schedule and its not on weekend. Dr. Do takes all the weekend schedule" Seulgi explain and I nod. Kyungsoo really do his job well.

"Well, I talk to Dr. Do about that"

I look at my phone that was ringing and I smile like fool looking at the caller id.

"I will grab a lunch, you can prepare for Nam Dal surgery after lunch" I answer the phone before walk away from seulgi who's bow at me after I left.

"Are you here already?"

"I'm in front of your office, but I don't think you're inside. Where are you?" I smile hear her voice again. And I don't want to waste time anymore by talking to her on phone.

I run with all my life. All the people look at me but I don't care, lots of people run in hospital anyway. In my mind right now is only her, I want to hug her, kiss her and do everything I can do with her, because she is mine. Yes, She is mine now and forever.

I get closer to my room and see her standing in front of my door. I back hugged her while trying to control my breath.

"Ah! Kim taeyeon" She's startled but then relaxed after she know that its me. I smells her flowers scent on her makes me fall deeper for every scent I inhale.

"Lets get inside, many people would get jealous" I whisper in her ears and I can feel her shivering after my action. I get closer to the door and press the password number.

"Its my birthday?" I nod at her question before open the door for us to get inside without breaking the hug.

I close the door as soon as we're inside and push her against the wall with my hands around her waist. We admired each others face before she finally cup my jaw and caress it.

"I love you"

The word that I've never thought in my life I would be able to hear it from her. I can feel her love, I can feel the sincerely of it and its all feel so right at the moment and the only things I want to hear right now.

"I love you too, Tiffany Hwang Miyoung" I stare at her eyes with sincerity in my eyes.

"I don't want to loose you again, I can't live without you" She let out a single tears out of her eyes flowing into her cheeks which I wipe it immediately.

"I won't ever let you go, I'll do anything to make you stay beside me" I went closer to her face for a quick peck on her forehead.

"I don't want to went through that again.." She said with lots of insecurities and the tears fall again which I wipe it off every time if falls from her eyes patiently.

"I'm here to stay with you, I'm here to fight for you, for us" I added and she nodded.

"I love you" I whisper before capture her lips again softly and more gentle this time, I let out my feeling through the kiss and break it turn it into a smile.

"Oh Seohyun-ah?" I swallow the food before answering Seohyun's phone.

"Operation Room for Nam Dal patient is ready Dr. Kim" I look at my watch and it shows 13.20 already.

Time really flies fast when I'm with you. I look at the person in front of me.

"You prepare the surgery first. I'll be there within 15 minutes, are you okay with that?"

"Yes Dr. Kim, I'll start right now" Seohyun said before hung up the phone. I'm sure the nurse is the one who hung up the phone.

I put my phone down before stand up from my chair makes the girl in front of me look up confused.

"You haven't finish that yet" She pout knowing that I'll leave in a second if she doesn't stop me.

"I'm full already" I said before get closer to her ears and whisper "with your love" and kiss her cheeks before wink which making her blush but she hide it.

"So cheesy, are you always this cheesy Tae?" I shrug

"Only for typical person, and that person is of course you" I wink again makes her shivering.

"Okay okay, go. You have an important surgery" I nod and caress her head.

"This surgery will takes 4-5 hours. You want to grab dinner after?" I ask her and she smile. But soon the smile faded change into pout.

"I have an important dinner tonight with my business partner. Where did you sleep tonight?" She ask and I started to think.

Right, I don't have place to stay.

"I-I.. I don't know yet. I'll move tomorrow so I think tonight is my last night at the call room" I smiling knowing that I'll have my own bed from now on and start a new life with the girl in front of me.

"You sure?"

"Yeah, its okay"

"Okay then, Don't worry I'll clean all this up later" She said about the food and I smile.

"I'll give this food to Yuri and Sooyoung before I left" My smile faded.

Why she need to meet them?

"Why you need to meet them?" My question is became unanswered because of the sudden call.

I look at my watch and shit its almost 10 minutes I'm here. I need to run to operation room.

"I'll call you later okay, I love you" I peck her lips before running away to operation room.

"Give me my gown" I walk inside the operation room after sterilized both of my hands. The nurse is coming and bring my my gown and put gloves to my hands.

I walk toward Seohyun who still opening the patient skull and see her closely. She is great.

"Just stay there" I stop her when she about to stand up from the place that should be mine. But I let her continue.

"Keep going" She look at me confused but sat again finishing her works.

"Please pass me the suture" She asking the nurse while the nurse following her order. I keep following her movement closely.

I'm honestly too lazy to do it, so I ask her to prepare it. Because it will be a practice for her too right? While I can carefully help her if she needs.

"Number 19" The nurse obey her order again.

"The microscope, please" She said before stand up. The nurse bring the microscope to start the surgery.

"I opened the arachnoid mater for you" She stand up beside me while I sat on the seat she seated before.

"Good work" I start the surgery and try to adjust the microscope with my height.

For an hour, we're searching for the tumor and finally found it. I prepare the room for me to suck on the tumor from the patient brain before start sucking it with machine.

"The tumor has spread to his brain stem" Seohyun inform me

"Yes, We cannot make a mistake. Any damage could lead to severe disability" I make myself more focus on the patient and forget about everything on this earth.

This patient is my life right now, I need to save it. I put that on my mental everytime I'm on surgery.

"There seems to be a problem with his BAEP" The nurse said in worried tone after checking on the machine beside me.

"How bad is it?" I ask Seohyun because I know she more understand than the nurse. Seohyun take a look to that machine before inform me.

"The amplitude dropped in half, latency is a bit delayed as well"

"Stop, everyone" I back up my chair before take a deep breath and let it out slowly. I close my eyes and wait a few second to control my breath.

The room went quite, no one date to talk. All eyes are on me and I take a deep breath again before look at Seohyun again.

"How is it now?"

"It came back to normal" The nurse inform me so I came back to my place to do my work again.

"Have you arrived safely?" I ask her through the phone while walking on the hospital hall.

We've been dating for a week right now. I've moved in to my new apartment and she comes almost everyday. Enjoying simple dinner and walk around the park near hospital, because I'm still can't walk too far from hospital.

Yesterday, Tiffany said she will be off to her branch on the other side of the world for a week and its been a hell for me. Because I miss her so much.

"Oh, I just arrived at the hotel" She sound so tired.

"Get a rest, don't forget to shower"

"Ahh, I don't like this hotel"

"Why?"

"I just don't like it. It smells weird in here, I like your apartment better" I'm smiling ear to ear.

"Yeah, my apartment smell the best. Especially after sex" I whisper the last part not wanting people to hear a doctor were actually said  something like that.

"Where are you? You're not on call right?"

"I'm going to find Yuri to accompany me eat dinner. And no, I'm not on call today"

"Soo is already home, she said today is their parents wedding anniversary"

"Can you inform me Dr. Kwon on call schedule?" I ask the nurse on General Surgeon department. The nurse ask me to wait and check on the computer in front of her.

"Dr. Yuri is not on call today. She will be on call tomorrow. Todays on call is Dr. Im"

"Where is Dr. Kwon right now?"

"She's checking on VIP patients"

"Ah, okay. Tell her that I'm waiting for her on my department" The nurse nod and I walk back to my department.
