I knock on the front door of the Dolan's house. The door opens revealing Lisa.

Lisa: Brooke what are you doing here?

Brooke: Ethan said he wanted to take me on a date.

Eth: MOM! WHO IS IT?

Lisa: IT'S BROOKE!

There's the sound of someone coming down the stairs. I see Ethan in the tux he wore to prom.

Eth: I can take it from here, thank you mom.

Lisa smiles at us and heads back inside.

Brooke: See if you told me it was fancy I would have worn something else.

Eth: Don't worry, I'll take care of it. Just come to the backyard with me.

Brooke: Ok?

we hold hands and he leads me to the backyard. There were lights hanging from the patio and shed. I saw Grayson and Liz in their prom outfits.

Eth: Since your prom kind of flopped we decided to throw another one for you. It's not much but it's the best we could do by ourselves.

Brooke: Well now i feel really under dressed.

Eth: Well about that... come inside...

He leads me inside up to his room and there hanging on his closet door was my prom dress, all fixed.

Brooke: But how?!

Eth: Let's just say Hunter's mom wasn't very happy for what Hunter did to your dress when i told her and was generous to open up his bank account for the expenses.

Brooke: How'd you get her to believe you over her own son?

Eth: Well the thing about high school is that almost everything slightly dramatic at school gets recorded. Now get ready, you don't want to be late for prom.

I put on my dress and head to the backyard. We start dancing and partying. Then a slow dance comes on.

Eth: Ms. Castillo, would you do me the pleasure of having this dance?

Brooke: It would be my honor, Mr. Dolan.

We chuckle. I put my hands on his biceps and lean my head on his shoulder and he wraps his arms around my waist.

Brooke: Just so you know, I didn't need a second prom. The first one was pretty great.

Eth: Oh right, with everything we did in the limo...

Brooke: Shhhh. Prom is our Vegas. What happens at prom stays at prom.

Eth: So us becoming official stays at prom?

Brooke: Ok thats the ONLY THING that doesn't stay at prom.

We giggle.

Brooke: Thank you for doing this for me baby.

Eth: Anything for you baby.

We just dance for a little while longer.

Eth: I love you.

What? We've never said that to each other before. But... i can tell that I feel the same.

Brooke: I love you too.
