Spring break, so close but feeling so far. Finals were taking everything out of me and it was getting to the point to where my social battery was a 2 percent. I opened my locker and lazily dropped my books into my locker. I shut my locker door and rested my forehead against it. I thought about staying there forever when I felt a pair of hands wrap around my waist.
"Hey, how you doing with finals.", C/n asked me pressing a quick kiss to my cheek

"That was my last one, you?" I turned around to look him in the eyes. I think it cured my antisocial-ness because every time I looked him it immediately made me feel better.

"Well i just finished mine so instead of going home I figured we could have a little date day you know."

"What did you have planned", I asked picking up my back pack and heading outside to C/n's car.

"Well you'll just have to find out won't you..."

"You didn't have an initial plan did you"

"Nope!", I chuckled a little at c/n's being unprepared .

"Come on" I laughed pulling him to his car

I climbed in the drivers seat (peak relationship trust) and started up the car.

"Were we going?", C/n asked tilting his eyebrow ever so slightly

"Starbucks...obviously," I replied, sticking my chin and shaking my head so it looked like I was taunting him.

"YAAAAAASSSSS," he screamed (ladies get yourself someone who radiates your idiot energy)
I laughed and went to play our car playlist, filled with A LOT of cheesy pop songs...like a concerning amount. Kiwi came on and both me and c/n started screaming it as loud as we could without busting both our throats and ear drums. Finally we reached Starbucks and ordered the usual; two venti pink drinks and two birthday cake pops (because it's a whole vibe) and then just sat in the parking lot. I was happy to be in a moment of peace but at the same time we didn't know where to go so we just decided to go to a park. It was beautiful, a railed ledge overlooked a huge lake framed by different types of wildflowers and trees. It was very peaceful and we didn't really talk until c/n broke the silence...
"I'm so lucky to have you. The one person who I can be stupid around but serious too."

"You can be stupid around me anytime..."
