Johnnie wakes up in his little space age of thirteen(13) years old. He sits up. Tears filling his eyes as he quietly gets out of bed, so he doesn't wake up his Caregiver/CG Carrington.

Carrington stirred slightly, feeling the bed move as Johnnie got out. He mumbled something in his sleep before rolling over, now facing Johnnie's side of the bed.

His eyes slowly opened as he saw the emo boy's figure walking away."Johnnie?" He mumbled, voice groggy from sleep. "Where are you going?"

Johnnie didn't reply.

The caregiver dismissed it and went back to bed, just simply assuming that his little is going to use the bathroom.

Johnnie quickly made his way to the bathroom, locking the door behind him. He turned on the light and sat down on the floor, his back against the door. He brought his knees up to his chest and buried his face in them, tears streaming down his face.

After a few minutes of silence, Carrington decided to get out of bed and check on Johnnie. He knocked gently on the bathroom door.

"Johnnie, sweetheart, are you okay?" He asked, concern evident in his voice.

Johnnie has a razor in his hand, and a bottle of pills in the other. He sets the bottle of pills down and looks at the razor in his hand. Sniffling as he begins to harm himself.

Carrington's heart sank as he heard the sound of the razor. He immediately began to panic, realizing what Johnnie was doing.
"Johnnie, no!" He exclaimed, banging on the door. "Open the door, please!"

Johnnie didn't reply.

Carrington took a deep breath, trying to calm himself down. He knew that he needed to approach Johnnie carefully and not scare him even more.

"Johnnie, sweetheart, I know you're upset, but please don't do this. I'm right here and I want to help you. Please let me in."

Johnnie heard Carrington's voice, and replied with, "Go away..!" His voice sounded regressed into the age of thirteen.

Carrington's heart broke even more as he heard the regressed tone in Johnnie's voice. He leaned against the door, his forehead resting against the cool wood.

"Johnnie, I'm not going anywhere. I care about you so much, and I want to help you feel better. Please let me in. We can talk about what's wrong and find a way to make things better, okay?"

Then Carrington heard the sound of pills opening, Johnnie is crying as he is pouring them into his hand.

Carrington's eyes widened in horror as he heard the sound of pills being opened. He banged on the door again, this time more frantically.

"Johnnie, stop! Please don't take those pills! You're scaring me, sweetheart!"

Johnnie is crying, makeup streaming down his face. "I miss my dad.." He cried softly.

Carrington's heart shattered at Johnnie's words. He felt a wave of sympathy and sadness wash over him.

"I know, sweetheart. I know you miss your dad," he said softly. "But please, please don't do this. I'm here for you, I'm your Caregiver. You don't need to hurt yourself."

Carrington quickly ran to the kitchen, grabbing a bobby pin from the counter. He hurried back to the bathroom door and began to pick the lock. His hands were shaking slightly, but he was determined to get inside and stop Johnnie.

Johnnie was crying and staring at the handful of pills in his hand, just as the door opened, - the age regressor is downing the pills.

Carrington burst into the bathroom just in time to see Johnnie swallow the pills. He rushed over to the boy and quickly knelt down beside him."No, no, no! Spit them out, Johnnie!" he exclaimed, his voice filled with panic.

Johnnie shakes his head, mouth full of pills as more tears filled his eyes. He swallowed them.

Carrington's heart sank as he saw Johnnie swallow the pills. He quickly grabbed the emo boy's shoulders, trying to keep him upright.

"Please, Johnnie, please don't do this. You have to throw up, okay? You have to get those pills out of your system," he pleaded, his voice shaking.

Johnnie mumbles, "This is what big me should've done at my age..." as he was all woozy and dizzy.

Carrington's eyes widened in horror at Johnnie's words. He felt a wave of fear and sadness wash over him as he realized what the boy meant.

"No, Johnnie, no. You're not your big self right now, you're little. And little you doesn't deserve to feel this way. You deserve to be happy and loved, not hurt like this," he said, his voice choked with emotion.

Johnnie coughed as his head slumped onto Carrington's shoulder. "I wanna die.." He muttered.

Carrington felt tears streaming down his face as he held Johnnie close. He gently lifted the boy's head off his shoulder and looked into his eyes.

"No, sweetheart, no. I won't let you die. You're so precious to me, and I love you so much. Please, please don't talk like that," he pleaded, his voice breaking.

Johnnie suddenly coughed more as the overdosing was starting to take effect. His mouth is foaming.

Carrington's heart raced as he saw the foam forming in Johnnie's mouth. He quickly grabbed a towel and wiped it away, trying to keep the emo boy's airway clear.

"Johnnie, stay with me. You have to fight this, okay? Stay awake for me, sweetheart," he said, his voice shaking with fear.

Carrington quickly positioned Johnnie over the toilet, rubbing his back gently.

"Okay, sweetheart, I need you to try and throw up. Can you do that for me? It'll help get the pills out of your system," he said, trying to stay calm for Johnnie's sake.

Johnnie gagged as he began to dry heave, after a few moments - he began vomiting, foam and medicine.

Carrington winced as Johnnie began to vomit, feeling helpless and scared. He continued to rub the emo boy's back, trying to comfort him as best he could.

"That's it, sweetheart, get it all out. You're doing so well," he said softly, his voice shaking with emotion.

"Call 911..." Johnnie's voice sounded like his big self as he passed out in Carrington's arms.

Carrington's eyes widened as Johnnie passed out in his arms. He quickly pulled out his phone and dialed 911, his hands shaking as he waited for someone to answer.

"911, what's your emergency?" the operator asked.

"My... my little- fuck, my- Johnnie-.. he just overdosed on pills," Carrington said, his voice shaking as he struggled to get the words out. "He's unconscious and I don't know how many pills he took. Please, you have to send an ambulance. I don't know what to do."

"We'll send one right away," The operator replied.

Carrington nodded, even though the operator couldn't see him. "Thank you," he said, his voice filled with relief. "Please hurry. I'm scared he's not going to make it."

Johnnie woke up again, his mind was fully in age regression now as his inner thirteen year old self croaked out, "I'm scared.."

Carrington's heart broke as he heard Johnnie's scared voice. He quickly pulled the emo boy into his lap, holding him tightly.

"Shh, it's okay, sweetheart. I'm here," he said softly, trying to soothe him. "The ambulance is on its way, and they'll take good care of you. You're going to be okay, I promise."

Johnnie closes his eyes again as foam dripped out of his mouth.

Carrington gently wiped the foam away from Johnnie's mouth, his heart racing with fear. He could hear the sirens of the ambulance getting closer, and he prayed that they would arrive soon.

"Just hold on, Johnnie. They're almost here," he whispered, rocking the boy back and forth in his arms.

The paramedics rushed in once they have arrived. Taking Johnnie into their care as soon as they came inside.

Carrington watched as the paramedics took Johnnie away, feeling a sense of helplessness wash over him.

He wanted to be with Johnnie to make sure he was okay, but he knew he had to stay out of their way.

He followed them outside and watched as they loaded Johnnie into the ambulance, his heart heavy with worry. He climbed into the back of the ambulance and held onto Johnnie's hand tightly, praying that he would be okay.

A paramedic began asking questions, "So what's his name?"

"His name is Johnnie," Carrington replied, his voice shaking slightly. "He's only thirteen, and he overdosed on pills. I don't know how many he took or what kind they were."

The paramedic furrowred her brows, "We have Johnnie Guilbert's history here, it says he's 27 years old."

That's when Carrington has to explain that Johnnie is regressed as 13 but his adult age is 27.

Carrington's heart sank as the paramedic informed him that Johnnie's medical history said he was 27 years old. He knew he had to explain the situation.

"I know it says he's 27, but he's actually regressed to being thirteen," Carrington explained, trying to keep his voice steady. "He has a mental health coping mechanism that causes him to regress to a younger age, and right now he's thirteen. I don't know how long he'll stay in that state, but I know that he's in a vulnerable place right now."

"Oh so he's using age regression as a coping mechanism, ok." The paramedic understands as she is writing this down.

Carrington nodded, relieved that the paramedic understood. "Yes, exactly. It helps him cope with the stress and trauma of his life," he said, his grip on Johnnie's hand tightening. "But right now, I'm worried about him. He's never overdosed before around me, and I don't know how much damage it could have done to his body."

The paramedic nods, "We're almost there. He has attempted before at his physical age of thirteen as well, and at seventeen years of age too. It says in his medical information."

Carrington's heart sank even further as the paramedic told him about Johnnie's previous attempts. He had no idea that the male had struggled with suicidal thoughts before.

"I didn't know about that," he said, his voice filled with sadness. "He's been through so much, and I just wish I could have done more to help him. I feel like I failed him."

"You didn't fail him sir," The paramedic reassures. They arrived. Then rushed Johnnie into the care unit.

Carrington followed the paramedics as they rushed Johnnie into the care unit, feeling helpless and scared. He watched as they hooked the male up to machines and began administering treatment.

He stood by Johnnie's side, holding his hand and whispering words of encouragement. "You're going to be okay, sweetheart. You're strong, and you can get through this. I'm here for you, I promise."

Nurses and doctors asked for Carrington to wait in the waiting room so they can pump Johnnie's stomach.

Carrington reluctantly let go of Johnnie's hand and stepped out of the room, feeling a sense of dread wash over him. He knew that the doctors and nurses needed to pump Johnnie's stomach to get rid of the pills, but he hated the thought of leaving the age regressor alone.

He made his way to the waiting room and sat down, his mind racing with worry. He couldn't help but think about how scared Johnnie must be, and how much pain he must be in.

Hours went passed and a nurse went over saying that Johnnie is ready to be visited.

Carrington's heart leaped with relief when the nurse informed him that Johnnie was ready to be visited. He quickly got up from his seat and made his way to the room where Johnnie was being kept.

He entered the room and saw Johnnie lying in the bed, looking weak and fragile. He rushed over to the emo boy's side and took his hand in his own."Hey, sweetheart," he said softly. "How are you feeling?"

Johnnie groaned softly, he was still age regressed. "I hurt my adult self.."

Carrington's heart sank as Johnnie spoke.
"I know, sweetheart," he said gently, stroking Johnnie's hair. "But you're going to be okay. You're safe now, and the doctors are taking good care of you."

Johnnie sniffled. He cried softly as he lays his head near Carrington's hand. Tears rolling down his face.

Johnnie sounded like his adult self, "What.. did.. i.. do." He said, sitting up and noticing he's in a hospital.

Carrington was taken aback by the sudden change in Johnnie's demeanor. He sounded like his adult self, and he seemed to be aware of his surroundings.

"You overdosed on pills, Johnnie," Carrington said softly, looking at him with concern. "You were regressed when it happened, but you're back in your adult self now."

Johnnie shakes his head, "I.. i was fine, i thought-" He tears up, his hands started to shake as his breathing began to panic.

Carrington quickly took Johnnie's hands in his own, trying to calm him down.
"Hey, hey, it's okay," he said soothingly. "Take deep breaths, You're safe now. You're in the hospital, and the doctors are taking care of you. Just focus on your breathing, okay?"

Johnnie shakes his head, "What the fuck?!" He cried out as his heart monitor is beeping like crazy.

The beeping of the heart monitor became more rapid as Johnnie began to panic. Carrington knew he had to do something to calm him down before things got worse.

"Johnnie, listen to me," he said firmly, holding the emo's gaze. "You need to calm down. Your heart rate is getting too high, and it's not good for your body. Take deep breaths with me, okay? Inhale... exhale..."

Johnnie started to take deep breaths, he didn't even remember himself doing this. He was that deep in the headspace of his trauma.

Carrington watched as Johnnie began to take deep breaths, relieved that he was able to calm down a bit. He continued to hold the emo boy's hands and spoke to him in a soothing voice.

"That's it, sweetheart," he said gently. "You're doing great. Just keep breathing like that. You're safe now, and I'm here with you. I'm not going anywhere."

"I remember doing this, at- at- thirteen, like- psychically thirteen-" Johnnie panicked a bit, "Did i just.. what the fuck.. remake it.. is that the word- did my- did i-..?"

Carrington nodded sympathetically, understanding what Johnnie was trying to say."It sounds like you're experiencing a regression event," he explained gently. "It's not uncommon for people with age regression to experience memories or emotions from their past selves. It can be a confusing and overwhelming experience, but it's nothing to be afraid of. You're safe, and we'll figure it out together, okay?"

"So i just attempted suicide, again?!" Johnnie panicked as he is hyperventilating again, nurses and doctors rushed in.

Suddenly Johnnke is fully reliving his trauma and is lashing out in a panic, "NO! NO! GET THE FUCK AWAY!-"

The nurses and doctors rushed into the room as Johnnie began to hyperventilate and lash out..

Carrington tried to calm him down, but it was clear that Johnnie was in a full-blown panic attack.

"Johnnie, please calm down," one of the nurses said, trying to approach him. "You're safe, we're not going to hurt you. But we need you to try and take deep breaths and relax."

"FUCK YOU!" Johnnie exclaimed, machines are going off as he is screaming and panicking. "PLEASE NO! WHERE'S MY MOM?! WHERE'S MY SISTER?!-"

He wasn't in reality anymore.

The medical staff quickly began to sedate Johnnie, trying to calm him down and prevent him from harming himself or anyone else.

Carrington watched helplessly as his friend screamed and thrashed, completely consumed by his trauma.

"We need to sedate him," one of the doctors said firmly. "He's too agitated and unstable right now. We need to bring him back to reality."

Carrington nodded, his heart heavy with worry and sadness. He hated seeing Johnnie in such distress, but he knew that the doctors were doing what was necessary to keep him safe.

Johnnie was screaming and crying, he was having a PTSD response now, all he could see in his head is being held down by his siblings as his father is being taken away, dead.

He is screaming and crying, "LET ME GO DAMNIT! I NEED TO SEE MY DAD!! DAD?! DADDY?!!" He is crying and just consumed by his trauma.

Carrington has never seen Johnnie act like this before.

Carrington's heart shattered as he watched Johnnie completely break down. He had never seen him so consumed by his trauma before, and it was heart-wrenching to witness.

He could hear Johnnie screaming and crying, begging to see his father and struggling against the restraints.

It was clear that the memories of his past were overwhelming him, and he was trapped in a cycle of pain and fear.

Carrington felt helpless, wanting nothing more than to take away Johnnie's pain and make everything okay again.

But all he could do was watch as the medical staff worked to sedate him and bring him back to reality.

The doctors quickly administered a sedative to Johnnie, hoping to calm him down and bring him back to reality.

They watched as the man's struggles began to subside, his body gradually relaxing as the medication took effect.

"That should help," one of the doctors said, sighing in relief. "Let's monitor his vitals and make sure he's stable."

The nurses checked Johnnie's heart rate and breathing, making sure that he was no longer in danger of harming himself or others.

They adjusted his medication and made sure he was comfortable, waiting for him to come back to consciousness.

Johnnie went unconscious. A doctor came in, she looked much older than the rest. "Oh, it's been so long since I've seen you, Johnnie Guilbert.." She said with a frown.

Carrington watched as the older doctor entered the room, her eyes filled with a mixture of sadness and nostalgia. She seemed to know Johnnie personally, and her words caught Carrington's attention.

"You know him?" he asked, his voice filled with curiosity.

The doctor nodded her head, "Yes, I've been working with him since he was thirteen years old," She sighed as he begins typing on her computer. The other docs and nurses left.

Carrington was surprised to hear that the doctor had been working with Johnnie for such a long time. He had no idea, had been going through so much for so many years.

"What's his condition?" he asked, his voice filled with concern. "I've never seen him like this before. He's regressed to his thirteen-year-old self, and he's reliving his trauma."

The woman nodded her head as he turned into her seat, before she spoke however, - Jake crashed through the door, he was panicking as he crouched down to Johnnie.

Carrington was startled as Jake burst into the room, clearly panicked and frantic. He watched as the man crouched down beside Johnnie, his eyes filled with worry.

"What happened to him?" Jake asked, his voice shaking. "Is he okay? Is he going to be okay?"

The doctor sighed and looked at Jake, her expression serious.

"He had a regression event," she explained. "He's reliving a traumatic event from his past, and it caused him to revert back to his thirteen-year-old self. We had to sedate him to calm him down, but he should be okay now."

Jake nodded, understanding. As he broke down into tears. He holds Johnnie's hand, "It's gonna be okay.."

Carrington watched as Jake held Johnnie's hand, tears streaming down his
