7 months later…

      I stood in front of my mirror.

Yes, stood. After many months of trying, it was worth it. Miracles do happen. I got the feeling in my legs back and I can walk normally like I used to. All thanks to Asher, my love. We fell so hard for eachother during those months.

   Today is the day I see my stepmother again. Pay my parents a visit. And then Nikon and his wife. They'll love what I got in store for them.

Today my step mom and father are having a dinner party because there's a new member in the family.

My half sister- Lucia.

I had invited Asher to come with me but he knows nothing of my plans. I know Nikon and his wife will be there.

Nikon's wife was just coming out of Lucia's room after putting down her gift. She was heading to the stairs as I walk behind her quietly.

No one knew I was back except for the maids. They were glad I'm back. According to them, Lucy's a B. And that Lucia isn't exactly my dad's child.

I grab Nikon's wife by the hair, dragging her to the edge of the stairs.

She screams and everyone comes running out of the dining room to see us at the stairs. I grip her hair harder and smirk when I see Nikon's face turned priceless.

My heart ached when I saw Asher enter the house. He came right on time. I just wanted him here. I need him with me.

But he looks like he's not on my side.

“I should push you off.” I say.

“No, please, spare me." The woman cries.

“Nah, I shouldn't." i was going to push her when my dad's booming voice stopped me.

“Rose, stop that now!”

I chuckle. “I told you I hated Lucy, still that didn't stop you from marrying her.”

“We love eachother. the result of our love is baby Lucia." Lucy says.

“Then why is the baby's DNA not like my papa's?” I ask innocently, ticking them off.

I was going to push the lady off when I heard Asher say,“Rose, please don't.”

“Asher, you don't understand! They hurt me! Now I'll do the same to them.” I yell angrily.

I hated them!

“Please, my love. You must forgive and forget.”

“They don't deserve that.”

“But you deserve to be happy. Don't let them hurt you. Come down and let's go home.”

I force myself to listen to him. I push Nikon's girl aside and walked down the stairs into Asher's arms. That night, I crashed the party. I let my love take us home.

Soon, I'll take this mansion from Lucy.
