Previously...

"At least we have a way to beat the virus now." Fred smiled once everyone snapped back to normal.

"And we know he's guarding the Scooby Snacks in there." Velma gestured behind her to show this game's Video Arcade.

Scorcher stopped his counterpart and Cyber Sheeva and Amber. "I'm sorry, but you have to stay out here."

"Are you sure?" Cyber Scorcher asked.

"We need your gang to stay here." Fred advised to his copy.

"Don't you want us to help you?" Cyber Fred asked in concern.

"We wouldn't want you to get hurt by the magnet again." Willow told him.

"Magnet?" Cyber Daphne looked curious and confused. "What're you talking about?"

"Oh, nevermind." Daphne told her with an apologetic smile.

Now, the present day Mystery Inc. gang looked around at the video arcade, and saw many gaming consoles and machines, along with air hockey, pool, and other types of games.

Shaggy took a look around and he was amazed. "Man, this is one great video arcade!" He commented.

"Ruh-huh!" Scooby agreed.

"Just keep an eye open for the virus." Fred advised as they walked in.

"And be ready for anything." Scorcher added.

"Look, there's the Scooby Doo video game!" Daphne pointed ahead, seeing the machine at the other end of the arcade.

"And there's the Scooby Snacks!" Velma added, seeing the Scooby Snacks on the control console.

"We're almost out of here!" Braedey smiled.

"Roh roy!" Scooby cheered, before going to get them. "Rooby Racks!"

Wicked laughter suddenly filled the air just as Scooby planned to get them, but he was too afraid to now. He ran back to Shaggy, everyone looking around and awaiting for any sign of the Phantom Virus. The game cabinet suddenly shook violently and quickly exploded as the Phantom Virus appeared out from it. He looked more powerful than ever in this final boss level.

"Ta-Da!! Ready to play some games?" the Phantom Virus taunted.

"How about we skip this game?" Braedey challenged, water now forming around his fists.

"Wait! Braedey, don't-!" Scorcher didn't get to finish.

Braedey shot forth a stream of water at the Phantom Virus, but instead of being shocked, the electrical current surged along the trail of water, shocking Braedey badly, and he was blasted back, ending up in Willow's arms, much to her shock.

"Water and electricity don't mix." Scorcher sighed. "Make a note there."

The virus now zapped all the other game cabinets to show that they had meant business. He even blasted the nonavideo games and even hit the air hockey table, the ski-ball and the basketball games. He made the balls rise up and attack them all. The gang all took cover behind some of the gaming machines.

"Shaggy, the magnet!" Willow cried to him, knowing he still had it.

Shaggy took out the magnet after hiding from behind a game cabinet, but it wouldn't work, he was too far away from the evil video game character.

"You need to get closer, Shaggy!" Velma told him.

"Like, that's easy for you to say!" Shaggy cried: he was too scared to go any closer.

"Then toss the magnet over here!" Fred called back to him.

"With pleasure!" Shaggy tossed the magnet over with no hesitation.

Fred caught it and got out of his hiding spot, just as an entire game system was flying at them. Willow jumped in the way, getting hit by it and she fell straight to the floor as Fred was going to use the magnet against the Phantom Virus. The magnet's effect on the virus was instant, leaving him frozen and glitching.

"Scooby, go grab the snacks!" Velma instructed.

"R'okay!" Scooby agreed, it didn't seem too hard this time.

"Willow... Are you okay?" Daphne was worried since the woman was nearly crushed.

"Yeah... That just really hurt..." Willow said, looking a bit bruised and hurt.

"Don't worry, I'll make sure he doesn't hurt you or Braedey again." Scorcher said, now glaring at the virus.

Scooby snuck around while Fred tried to hold of the Phantom Virus.

"Hurry, Scooby, I don't know how much longer this is gonna work!" Fred called. But then, he accidentally slipped on a ball, landing on top of Scooby and dropping the magnet underneath a game cabinet.

The Phantom Virus smirked at their misfortune. "Oh, tough break."

Fred goes to get the magnet, but the Phantom Virus zapped the game cabinet, making the wires trap them. Scooby tried to reach for the snacks, but the virus zapped them further away, making the dog hide for cover.

"If you thought my hitting was good, you should see my pitching!" The Phantom Virus taunted as he made a ball shape with his volts to hit them.

It was then Willow realised a pattern in the Phantom Virus's speech. "What's with the sports metaphors?" She questioned aloud.

"Sports metaphors...?" Scorcher said, then a lightbulb went off in his head. "I know who the creator of the virus is!" He began to throw fireballs at the Phantom Virus, but it didn't seem to do anything.

The Phantom Virus kept throwing zap balls to Shaggy, hitting the cabinet harder. Willow crawled over and she got zapped, making the others worried, but she coughed up some smoke. "Quit that now..." She said, roughly.

"What do we do now!?" Shaggy felt very doomed, seeing no way for them to even try and stop the virus.

The Cyber-Gang and Cyber Scorcher's group now all watched from outside, and they could see the carnage and the chaos that was going on inside.

"Looks like they're in trouble!" Cyber Daphne cried.

"Like, we've got to do something!" Cyber Shaggy added.

Cyber Fred looked determined. "We're going in there." But then, they were the snarls and roars from behind, and they saw the monsters coming up behind them. "Everybody run!" Fred called, making the Cyber-Gang run like cowards.

Cyber Scooby, however, had an idea. He snuck into the video arcade, and saw what was going on, the gang all hiding for cover. Cyber Scooby crawled over to Fred, and he tried to break the wires.

"Scooby?" Fred saw the dog, then looked over to see the real Scooby hiding under an ice hockey table, shivering in fear. "Cyber Scooby?" He asked, as Cyber Scooby nodded to him. "It's no use. We need some wire cutters." Fred then saw the Scooby Snacks box next to the damaged arcade game. "I got an idea. Want to help?" Fred asked Cyber Scooby.

Cyber-Scooby nodded, as Fred whispered it to Cyber Scooby, and the Great Dane headed over to the real Scooby. Cyber Scooby whispered to the real Scooby about a plan to help distract the Phantom Virus so they could get the Scooby Snacks and end the game, for good. The two Great Danes made their way over to Braedey and Scorcher, and they explained about the plan, so they could distract the Phantom Virus. Scorcher smirked at this, and Braedey nodded in agreement to the plan.

The Phantom Virus was about to attack again, when both Scorcher and Cyber Scooby began to distract the virus, the two of them dodging the lightning blasts in the process.

"What are you doing, Scooby!?" Velma was shocked, totally fooled by Cyber Scooby's actions by dodging the zaps. "Scorcher, watch out."

"Scooby, Braedey, get back here!" Daphne told the original Scooby and Braedey as the two snuck out from under the air hockey table towards the Scooby Snacks.

"You two are down to your final out!" the Phantom Virus yelled, but Cyber Scooby and Scorcher were both able to dodge the electric ball.

Scorcher then saw one lightning ball heading towards him, but he picked up a baseball bat, and struck it back, sending it into the Phantom Virus, which actually shocked him, much to his surprise as well. "Looks like lightning can strike twice!" He gets ready for another swing. "What do you say, Sparky? Want another try?" He taunted.

Shaggy was shocked by Cyber Scooby's performance. "I've never seen Scooby so brave." Then, he saw the real Scooby and Braedey were getting closer to the Scooby Snacks, and looked back between the two. "Oh. I get it. That's Cyber Scooby. And that's our Scoob and Braedey going for the snacks."

The Phantom Virus now zapped the two pinball machines that were between Cyber Scooby and Scorcher, as Scooby and Braedey were closer to the Snacks. The games were now coming alive and coming for Cyber Scooby and Scorcher. The wires suddenly grabbed around the two and they held them back.

"Oh, no!" Fred yelped. Daphne and Velma gasped in worry, as did Willow.

The Phantom Virus laughed evilly at his plan, but then, he saw Scooby and Braedey finally grabbing the box of Scooby Snacks in time! Scooby hugged the box with a giggle, as Braedey smirked at the Phantom Virus.

"Strike Three! You're out!" Braedey announced.

"Homerun, Scoob!" Shaggy cheered.

The Phantom Virus yelled out, as the game was now coming to an end. Everyone was set free from the traps that were set for them as the game was ending. With a howling scream of pain, the Phantom Virus vanished into nothing.

The monsters stalked towards the Cyber-Gang, but then, they vanished as the game ended. This made the gang grateful, but also confused of why they disappeared just then. They then headed off inside.

"You did it!" Cyber Fred cheered. "You beat the Phantom Virus!"

"Great job, guys!" Cyber Shaggy also cheered.

The two Scoobys celebrated by eating their snacks, while Braedey hugged the two. The arcade game background suddenly changes to outside of the carnival as a digital wormhole appears. The game was going back to the start and it looked like that the gang could go back home. They all shared some goodbyes. The green grid was starting to gain power. Then, the green grid opened up a portal to the real world.

"I guess this is goodbye." Scorcher shook hands with Cyber Scorcher.

"Not goodbye. Just 'see you later'." Cyber Scorcher replied with a shrug.

"Looks like we're leaving." Fred spoke up.

Cyber-Shaggy looked to Shaggy. "Are you sure you want to split? There's a lot of cyber-buffets to try." He offered.

"Sorry, but we have to go." Velma apologised to them.

Cyber-Velma waved to the real gang. "I guess this is goodbye." She said.

"We gotta go. Thanks, guys." Braedey called.

"You have helped us so much, and we owe you all." Scorcher said, then held up his hand in a Vulcan sign. "Farewell!"

Daphne Blake waved with the others back to their counterparts. "Thanks for all the help!"

Braedey, Willow, Scorcher, and the Mystery Inc. gang all now turned into 3D images, and they now began to go back into the real world. They had done it. They won the game. It was all over.

"Rye, Rcooby." Cyber Scooby waved sadly, while the Cyber Mystery, Inc. doubles also waved goodbye.
