Sara was getting ready for college, carefully selecting her outfit for the day. She chose a double-breasted black blazer with sleek peaked lapels and silver-toned buttons, perfectly arranged in two vertical columns. The blazer was paired with light beige trousers, creating a sophisticated contrast that spoke of confidence and poise.

To complete the look, Sara opted for dangly earrings that added just the right touch of elegance. She tied her hair into a tight ponytail, ensuring every strand was in place, and applied minimal makeup, enhancing her natural beauty.

As she made her way downstairs, Shubman glanced at her and asked, "Conference today?"

Sara shook her head, a small smile playing on her lips. "No, our college dean is visiting today, so we need to dress up for the workshop."

Shubman nodded in understanding. "I made some scrambled eggs. Have a bite before you go."

Grateful, Sara took the plate from him and started eating. The warmth of the food and Shubman's thoughtfulness made her smile.

After a few moments, Shubman offered, "I'll drop you off. I have a meeting afterward anyway."

Sara nodded, finishing her breakfast quickly. She grabbed her bag and followed him out to the car. As they drove toward her college, the morning sun cast a warm glow on everything around them.

When they reached her college, Sara leaned over and kissed Shubman softly on the cheek. "Bye. Don't forget to pick me up at 2:30."

Shubman smiled and nodded. "I'll be there." He watched her walk into the campus, then drove off to his meeting, feeling a sense of pride and affection for the woman he was lucky to share his life with.

As Sara entered the college grounds, she spotted Tara waiting for her outside, ready to tackle the day ahead together.

Sara walked toward Tara, who was leaning casually against the wall, scrolling through her phone. When she noticed Sara approaching, she smiled and tucked her phone away.

"Looking sharp, Sara! Ready for the workshop?" Tara teased, eyeing Sara's polished look.

Sara grinned. "Thanks! You look great too. Let's hope the dean is impressed."

The two friends made their way to the auditorium, where the workshop was being held. The atmosphere was buzzing with excitement and a bit of nervousness as students and faculty members gathered, preparing for the dean's arrival.

Inside the auditorium, they found seats near the front, where they could get a good view of the stage. As they settled in, the dean, a distinguished figure with an air of authority, entered the room. The chatter quickly died down as everyone turned their attention to the front.

The workshop began with a brief introduction from the dean, highlighting the importance of the day's session and encouraging students to engage actively. The first part of the workshop focused on advanced medical techniques, with expert speakers discussing the latest developments in the field.

Sara and Tara listened intently, taking notes and exchanging occasional glances whenever something particularly interesting was mentioned. Despite the formal setting, they found the content engaging, and both felt motivated to delve deeper into their studies.

During a break, Tara leaned over to Sara and whispered, "This is actually pretty cool. I thought it would be boring, but they're covering some really cutting-edge stuff."

Sara nodded in agreement. "Yeah, it's a lot more interesting than I expected. I'm glad we dressed up for this."

After the break, the workshop resumed with hands-on demonstrations and interactive sessions. Sara and Tara participated eagerly, asking questions and contributing to discussions. Their enthusiasm didn't go unnoticed by the dean, who gave them an approving nod as he walked past their table.

As the workshop came to an end, the dean wrapped up with some closing remarks, encouraging the students to apply what they'd learned in their future careers. Sara and Tara left the auditorium feeling inspired and excited about the opportunities ahead.

Outside, as they walked toward the campus exit, Tara turned to Sara. "I think we nailed it today. The dean seemed pretty impressed with our questions."

Sara smiled. "I think so too. It was a good day."

With the workshop behind them, they headed off, ready to tackle the rest of the day with renewed energy.

As Sara and Tara exited the auditorium, chatting about the workshop, a group of girls from their college approached. They were laughing and whispering among themselves, but their voices grew louder as they drew closer.

One of the girls, Rhea, who had always been particularly catty, noticed Sara and smirked. "Look who's here, Sara Tendulkar, all dressed up and waiting for her cricketer boyfriend."

Another girl, Priya, snorted. "I guess she thinks she's special just because she's with Shubman Gill. But look at her—she's just as ordinary as any of us."

The third girl, Meera, added with a sneer, "And those clothes... they're trying too hard. And look at her figure. Doesn't she know that not everyone can pull off a sophisticated look?"

Sara's face flushed with a mix of embarrassment and hurt. She tried to ignore the comments, but their words stung deeply. Her hands clenched into fists as she struggled to hold back the tears. She could feel Tara's eyes on her, but Tara was frozen, unsure how to respond to the cruel remarks.

Rhea, sensing Sara's discomfort, continued, "Oh, come on, Sara. Are you really waiting for Shubman Gill? I bet he's not even going to show up. You're just another girl with a crush, playing dress-up."

Sara forced a smile, trying to mask the pain. "Well, I don't think it's any of your business."

Priya rolled her eyes. "Whatever. We just think it's funny how you're always trying so hard to impress people. Maybe if you focused less on your looks and more on being yourself, you wouldn't be such a joke."

As they walked away, Sara's smile faltered, and she fought to hold back the tears. The mocking comments echoed in her mind, amplifying her insecurities. She glanced around, hoping Shubman would arrive soon, but he was still nowhere in sight.

Tara put a comforting hand on Sara's shoulder. "Don't listen to them. They don't know you like we do. You're amazing just the way you are."

Sara appreciated Tara's support but felt the sting of the comments more deeply than she let on. She took a deep breath, trying to compose herself. "Thanks, Tara. I just wish they wouldn't be so mean."

Before Tara could respond, Sara's phone buzzed. It was a message from Shubman, letting her know he was on his way. Relief washed over her, and she forced a bright smile, determined to shake off the negativity.

As Shubman pulled up to the college, Sara's heart lifted. She hurried to meet him, eager for the comfort of his presence. Shubman noticed her distressed expression as soon as she got into the car.

"Hey, are you okay?" he asked, concern evident in his voice.

Sara nodded, but her eyes betrayed her sadness. "Yeah, just... had a rough encounter with some people. But I'm okay now."

Shubman reached over and gently took her hand, giving it a reassuring squeeze. "I'm sorry you had to deal with that. Let's get out of here and do something that makes you feel better."

Sara smiled gratefully, finding solace in Shubman's kindness. As they drove away, the day's hurtful comments began to fade, replaced by the comforting presence of someone who genuinely cared for her.

As Shubman drove, Sara stared out of the window, her mind drifting back to Rhea and her friends' harsh comments. Despite Shubman's comforting presence, the sting of their words lingered, gnawing at her confidence. She replayed the comments in her head, the insecurities they had triggered becoming more vivid with each passing moment.

Shubman glanced at her, noting the pensive look on her face. "Sara, you've been quiet. Is something bothering you?"

Sara hesitated, not wanting to burden him with her insecurities, but the weight of the comments was too heavy to ignore. After a moment, she took a deep breath and began, her voice barely above a whisper, "It's just... it's hard sometimes, you know? Being the daughter of Sachin Tendulkar, and now being with you."

Shubman's brow furrowed with concern. "What do you mean?"

Sara turned to face him, her eyes reflecting the vulnerability she felt. "People always think they know me just because of who my father is. They make assumptions and judgments about me, and it feels like I can never live up to their expectations. And now, being with you, it's like I'm under a magnifying glass even more."

Shubman reached over, gently placing his hand on hers. "You don't have to prove anything to anyone. You're amazing just the way you are, and you shouldn't let anyone's opinions affect you."

Sara squeezed his hand, her voice trembling. "It's just hard to ignore it sometimes. They comment on my looks, my body... it makes me question if I'm good enough. I try to put on a brave face, but it gets overwhelming."

Shubman's heart ached for her. He knew how tough it could be to be in the spotlight, but hearing about the struggles Sara faced made him even more determined to support her. "Sara, listen to me. You are more than what anyone says about you. You're kind, intelligent, and beautiful, and that's what matters."

She looked into his eyes, finding comfort in his sincerity. "It's just that, with everything going on, it feels like I'm always being judged. Sometimes I wonder if people only see me as a reflection of the people I'm associated with, rather than who I really am."

Shubman gently cupped her face in his hands, his gaze steady and reassuring. "I see you for who you are, not who you're related to or who you're with. You're a wonderful person, and no one's opinions can change that. I'm here for you, no matter what."

Sara's eyes filled with tears, but she smiled through them. "Thank you, Shubman. I needed to hear that."

He leaned in and kissed her forehead softly. "I love you, Sara. And I'll always be here to remind you of how incredible you are."

As they continued their drive, the warmth of Shubman's words began to soothe the hurt caused by the comments. Sara leaned against the seat, feeling more secure and comforted by the genuine support of the person who mattered most to her.

As they arrived at a cozy café, Shubman parked the car and turned to Sara with a reassuring smile. "How about we grab some coffee and talk more about this? I think it'll help."

Sara nodded, feeling a bit better at the thought of spending time in a relaxed environment. They stepped out of the car and walked into the café, which was warm and inviting. The soft hum of conversation and the aroma of freshly brewed coffee helped soothe Sara's nerves.

They found a quiet corner and settled into their seats. Shubman reached for the menu, but Sara gently pushed it away. "Let's just get something comforting. I'm in the mood for something sweet."

Shubman chuckled. "I've got you covered. I'll order a couple of hot chocolates and maybe some pastries. How does that sound?"

Sara smiled gratefully. "That sounds perfect."

As Shubman went to place the order, Sara took a deep breath, trying to clear her mind. She watched as he chatted with the barista, his easy demeanor and genuine kindness making her heart swell. When he returned with their drinks and pastries, he set everything down and took her hand once more.

"Tell me more about what's on your mind," he encouraged, looking into her eyes with concern.

Sara sipped her hot chocolate, feeling the warmth spread through her. "It's just... sometimes it feels like there's so much pressure to be perfect. With my father's legacy and now being with you, it's like there's an expectation that I should be flawless."

Shubman squeezed her hand gently. "I can only imagine how tough that must be. But remember, no one is perfect, and you don't have to be. What matters is who you are when no one else is watching."

She nodded, tears threatening to spill. "It's just hard not to let their words get to me. I try so hard to be strong, but sometimes I just wish I could escape from all the judgment."

Shubman's eyes softened. "You're allowed to have moments of weakness. You're human, and it's okay to feel hurt. But you don't have to go through it alone. I'm here for you, and I always will be."

Sara felt a surge of emotion as she looked at him. "I don't know what I'd do without you."

Shubman smiled, his gaze filled with affection. "You don't have to worry about that. I'm not going anywhere."

They spent the next hour in the café, talking about everything from their dreams to their favorite memories. The comforting atmosphere and Shubman's unwavering support made Sara feel lighter, and the worries that had been weighing on her began to dissipate.

As they finished their coffee and prepared to leave, Sara felt a renewed sense of hope and strength. She knew that while she couldn't control what others said, she could rely on the love and support of those who truly cared about her.

Hand in hand, they walked back to the car, ready to face whatever challenges came their way, knowing that together, they could overcome anything.

Shubman was in his room, flipping through some papers, trying to keep himself occupied while Sara's family was on their way over. He glanced around the room, noticing how empty it felt. His parents and sister had been on his mind a lot lately, and he missed their presence more than usual.

As he sorted through his thoughts, he heard the sound of the doorbell ringing. He straightened up and took a deep breath, preparing to greet Sara's family. He knew this was an important moment, and he wanted to make a good impression. He walked out of his room and headed to the front door.

Shubman opened the door to find Sachin Tendulkar, his wife Anjali, and their son Arjun standing on the doorstep. Sachin greeted him warmly. "Hello, Shubman. It's nice to see you."

Shubman smiled and welcomed them inside. "Hello, sir. Mrs. Tendulkar, Arjun. It's great to see you."

Anjali, with a kind smile, said, "We're here to see Sara. We thought we'd drop by and spend some time with her. Is she around?"

Shubman nodded. "Yes, she's just finishing up some work. I'll let her know you're here."

As he led them into the living room, he couldn't help but think about how his own family might react if they were to visit. He missed his parents and sister terribly, especially in moments like this when he felt the weight of familial expectations and support.

Sara, having just finished getting ready, emerged from her room to find her family in the living room. Her face lit up with a mixture of surprise and happiness. "Mom, Dad, Arjun! What a nice surprise!"

Sachin smiled and embraced Sara. "We thought we'd come by and see how you're doing. We miss you."

Sara hugged her mother and brother, her eyes shining with emotion. "I've missed you too. Come in, make yourselves comfortable."

As Sara's family settled in, Shubman excused himself briefly to give Sara and her family some privacy. He retreated to the kitchen, where he made himself a cup of tea, trying to calm his nerves. The thought of his own family and how much he missed them during this time weighed on him. He wondered what they were up to and hoped they were well.

While Shubman was in the kitchen, Sara's family was getting to know the house and chatting with Sara. Anjali admired the décor and commented, "Sara, this place looks beautiful. Shubman has done a great job making it feel like home."

Sara smiled. "Yes, he's been very helpful. It's really comfortable here."

Arjun, who had always been a bit of a prankster, teased, "So, how are things going with Shubman? You've been spending quite a bit of time together."

Sara laughed, a bit flustered. "We're just friends. We've been getting to know each other better."

Sachin, noticing Sara's nervousness, decided to change the subject. "We've missed you, Sara. How are your studies going?"

As the conversation flowed, Shubman returned to the living room with a tray of snacks and refreshments. He tried to engage in the conversation, though he found himself missing his own family more than ever. He wondered what they would think of Sara's family and how different the dynamics were.

Despite his internal struggle, Shubman managed to put on a friendly face and join the conversation. He appreciated the chance to meet Sara's family and hoped that they would eventually understand the depth of his feelings for their daughter.

As the evening wore on, Shubman couldn't help but feel a bittersweet pang in his heart. He was grateful for the time spent with Sara's family but also longed for the presence of his own loved ones. He resolved to call them later, hoping that the conversation would bring him some comfort and connection.

As the evening progressed, the Tendulkar family finished their visit and prepared to leave. Sachin shook Shubman's hand warmly. "Thank you for hosting us, Shubman. It's been nice to catch up with Sara and see how she's doing."

Anjali smiled and added, "Yes, thank you for having us. We've enjoyed our time here."

Sara hugged her parents and Arjun. "It was great to see you all. I'll be sure to visit soon."

Once the Tendulkar family had left, Shubman stood by the door, watching them drive away. He felt a wave of mixed emotions as he turned back into the house. He saw Sara standing in the living room, her eyes following him with concern.

Sara walked up to Shubman and gently touched his arm. "Hey, is everything okay? You seem a bit off."

Shubman looked at her, his face reflecting a blend of emotions. "I'm fine. It's just... seeing your family and thinking about my own made me realize how much I miss them."

Sara's eyes softened with empathy. "I can understand that. It must be tough being away from your family, especially when you're here supporting me."

Shubman sighed and nodded. "Yeah, it's been a bit overwhelming. I'm happy to be here for you, but I also feel like I'm missing a part of myself. I keep thinking about what my parents and sister would think if they were here."

Sara took his hand in hers and looked into his eyes. "You've been so supportive of me, and I appreciate it more than words can say. I know it's not easy being away from your loved ones. If you ever need to talk or just need some comfort, I'm here for you."

Shubman squeezed her hand and managed a small smile. "Thanks, Sara. It means a lot to hear that.
