* Yoru's Pov *

Tokijin lands a blow on Naraku but he is engulf in his barrier, saying that he is going to reverse Tokijin's power towards us.

My eyes widen as I hide behind Sesshomaru who is blocking the attack with his Tokijin. Just then, I felt Sesshomaru being pushed back and I turn to him.

"Sesshomaru is being pushed back" I said with shock.

Just then, while I was paying attention, I was hit with Naraku's reverse Tokijin attack. It hit my left arm and I was pushed back and I hit a rock.

"Gah!"

I held my left arm and I groaned.

"Hmm, does the kyuubi feels weak without her blood being extracted?" Naraku suddenly questions.

Ehh? Blood? I look up to see a bottle with red liquid and with some orange spots. My eyes widen. That's a Kyuubi's blood! But how- My eyes widen as I come into realization.

"I see. So you are the Kyuubi that has disappeared long ago. Legend has it tat if we were to draw out your blood, even a dead could be revived" says Renkotsu.

"I won't let you. Poison Claw!"

My attack missed as my vision is blurry and I was instantly reverted back to my human form. I was on the verge of falling asleep already.

"You don't have a choice. A Kyuubi's blood is as powerful but slightly weaker than the Shikon no Tama. I guess I stumbled upon a good treasure" says Renkotsu while holding my face.

"Renkotsu? That dead bastard really drew out my blood?!" I yelled and groaned when the pain in my arm got to me.

"I'm surprised you didn't even realized that" says Naraku and just then, Sesshomaru repels the attack and cuts Naraku attack.

Naraku's head laughs and says that he will not die as he engulfs himself in the miasma and drifts away.

"D-Damn it..." I mumbled.

Just then, Inuyasha came and he had bruises all over him.

"Sesshomaru!"

"So you're still alive Inuyasha?" Sesshomaru questions.

"What're you-"

"It seems like Naraku was more interested in killing that woman than getting rid of you" says Sesshomaru.

Inuyasha then turns to where Sesshomaru was facing. Near the edge of the cliff is a broken bow which Inuyasha confirms it's Kikyo's. Inuyasha then picks up Kikyo's bow and began to ponder into his thoughts.

"Inuyasha..."

"Tell me Yoru, did Naraku really killed Kikyo?" Inuyasha ask.

"Gomen, I didn't see anything other than Naraku pushing a figure down the cliff. I can't tell if it's Kikyo" I said as I tried to stand up.

Inuyasha remains silent until he mentions about the Soul Collectors. Oh right, Kikyo's body is made from the dirt or something and needed the souls to continue to live on.

I slowly walk towards Sesshomaru and immediately I was feeling uncomfortable.

"This miasma is horrible..." I said while coughing.

"Hmm, there is no way she could survive this" says Sesshomaru.

Sesshomaru then drags me away from the cliff when Inuyasha calls out to him.

"Did you just stand by and watch Kikyo getting killed?!" Inuyasha ask.

"Don't misunderstand Inuyasha! When we got here only Naraku was seen! *coughs*" I said and collapsed but Sesshomaru held me for support.

"I don't care to know what your connection to that woman is. The one who killed Kikyo is Naraku. But the one who couldn't save her was you Inuyasha" says Sesshomaru as he carries me while leaving.

"Sesshomaru..."

"Rather than taking out your anger on me, I suggest you go after Naraku" says Sesshomaru and we left Inuyasha.

"Inuyasha seems to have love that woman" I mumbled.

"Like I said I do not care about Inuyasha's connection with that woman" says Sesshomaru.

"Then... What about us...?" I mumbled and coughed soon after.

"Right now you need to recover" That's all Sesshomaru said and I was a little disappointed in his answer but he is right.

I needed to recover before we can head out to look for Naraku again. With that thought, I soon fell asleep in Sesshomaru's arm and we continue our journey to hunt down Naraku.
