I secured the leash in my hands before opening the door.

"Are you sure you don't wanna come to Bighit?" Jimin looked at me with puppy eyes while he pet Harper.

He doesn't want me to come he just wants Harper to come, Sheesh this boy~

"I'm okay~! I'm gonna take her on a walk since I have today off, but maybe I'll come back tonight with her."

He nodded with a hopeful smile as the last two figures came down the hallway.

"Is everyone here?" Namjoon asked as he did a head count on his members.

"Okay let's go, we have unreleased music to practice~!" A grin was on his face as I whipped my head around.

"Unreleased music?"

"A Japanese album!" Tae said happily as we walked down the hallway.

"Oo that's exciting, the Japanese songs from you guys are always amazing."

He softly smiled towards me before we all cramped together inside of an elevator.

I successfully opened my apartment door, Harper running inside before me.

She waited patiently as I took her leash off.

As soon as I fell onto the couch, a sigh escaped my lips.

My mind began racing as the newly found emotions resurfaced.

I never thought I would catch feelings for that idiot, but I mean who wouldn't..

Before I could do anything, my phone began vibrating.

I curiously picked it up while hearing a small voice.

"Hey Jin~"

"Hey Miyoung~ Aren't you supposed to be working?"

"Minho let me take today off and said he would handle everything."

I giggled as I heard the smile in her voice.

"Well that's nice of him."

"Are you busy right now?"

I shook my head while mumbling a no.

"You sound off today, is something wrong?"

"Nah, just the usual catching feelings for a worldwide idol also known as my best friend and soulmate."

I heard a small gasp before a quiet chuckle.

"I'll be over in a bit."

I laughed quietly as she hung up.

Without thinking, I placed the RJ pillow in my lap before turning the TV on.

Harper gladly took a spot next to me after eating and drinking some water.

.

"I was waiting for this to happen." She sat across from me, her hands on her lap comfortably as she grinned at me.

"How did you know this would happen."

"It's obvious, you two are soulmates and have known each other for half of your lives."

I nodded slowly as she stared at me, excitement in her eyes.

"Do you think he has the same feelings?"

I took a small breath before speaking.

"I honestly have no clue, he acts like he always has. Way too much playful flirting and his mix of sweet and sarcastic."

She smiled as I spoke freely about him.

"Last night felt different though, our actions didn't feel just like they were friendly or playful, like some hidden emotion was lifted from the ground."

"It's overwhelming but I also feel so much happier for some reason, my health in general has gotten much better since we bonded."

She nodded along before petting Harper, who was happily accepting the attention.

"I think he feels the same way, I have a gut feeling, and the way you describe it. Was it really ever just playful and teasing flirting?"

"I wish I knew but I can't tell with that fool, he's so predictable most of the time but during times like this he confuses the hell out of me. I feel like I would make things awkward if I mentioned it though~" I laughed nervously while fiddling with my fingers.

"Maybe you should give it a little more time and let things happen naturally, at this rate he's bound to break any day, I can just feel it."

I giggled as she looked at me with a smirk.

"As a married woman, I can tell your big break is coming very soon."

I stood up, shoving her shoulder playfully before walking towards the kitchen.

Jin's eyes peered at the clock, the hand slowly inching closer towards midnight.

As she laid on her bed, her thoughts processed slowly while she looked at her laptop screen.

Several old pictures from Highschool were saved onto the laptop, reminding her of her few good memories from her childhood.

As soon as she saw Jin's face next to hers, she began to realize she hasn't heard from him all day.

Her eyes curiously looked towards her phone as she picked it up.

Do I text him? Maybe he's asleep already, it's late and he was busy today.

Before she could make a decision, her doorbell rang, startling her.

Harper walked in front of her protectively as she got closer to the front door.

She tiredly fixed the large tshirt on her, it going down to her mid thigh as it ate her upper body.

She mindlessly unlocked the door, peeking out before noticing a familiar sweater.

She gasped as Jin peeked back at her, half of his face covered in a mask.

Her door slid open as he casually walked inside.

"What are you doing here? It's late you should be sleeping."

"But sleeping is boring when I can come see you instead." He looked into her eyes as his own sparkled.

After a few seconds, she gasped.

She bolted down the hallway into her room as the boy chuckled.

She came back in a pair of comfy shorts and a hoodie.

"You act as if I've never seen you in a t-shirt before."

The girl crossed her arms while she plopped onto her couch.

"Well I didn't know you were going to come here, and it's cold out here anyways." She curled up into a ball as Jin sat down next to her.

"That shirt looked familiar, was it one of mine?" The smirk on the boys face made her blush as she tried hiding her face.

"Maybe.." She mumbled out quietly while pulling the hoodie over her legs.

"Are you that cold?" Jin's face was suddenly concerned.

His hand reached out and gently landed on the girls forehead, causing her cheeks to become even redder then they were before.

Embarrassment washed over her as she looked at him.

"I'm not sick-"

Jin's chuckle was music to her ears as he retracted his hand.

"Okay, I was just checking since you never know."

The girl inhaled before crossing her arms.

"If I thought I was sick I wouldn't let you in here because you can't get sick."

"But us bonding would help you heal faster-"

"You matter more than me."

"And that is where you're wrong~"

Jin's arms quickly wrapped around the girl as she became flustered. He didn't hesitate as he trapped her in his lap.

"I will always put you above me health wise, you're the most important of all and nothing will change my mind."

She thanked anyone who may have been watching over her as her face wasn't visible to Jin from their position.

Her cheeks burned as she sat in his lap.

After a few seconds, a tiny yawn escaped Jin's lips.

"Are you tired?" Her voice was almost a whisper.

Jin's arms snuck around her waist comfortably as he rested his chin on her shoulder.

"Only a little, I wanted to see you before I crashed."

"If you're tired you should go sleep."

"Will you come with me?"

She didn't know it was possible to become as flustered as she was now.

She nodded her head softly before feeling two hands on her body.

A quiet yelp escaped her lips as Jin easily picked her up, holding her bridestyle as he walked down the hallway.

"You're sure you wanna fall asleep here? Won't your company get mad at you for leaving so often?"

"There's nothing in our contract that says I can't do this, so it's fine until I'm proven wrong~" His voice was reassuring as he placed the girl down on her bed.

She pulled the covers down as Jin took his sweater off, leaving him in sweatpants and a normal tshirt.

Yejin pulled the hoodie over her head before quickly escaping to the warmth under the blankets.

A satisfied sigh escaped her lips as she began to feel warmer.

Jin slipped next to her quietly before reattaching his arms to her waist comfortably.

A slight tint of pink remained on Yejin's face as she relaxed in his arms.

"Goodnight Jinnie~" Her voice was soft, causing the boys heart to jump as she spoke.

"Goodnight Yejin."

Minutes passed and the girl was already sound asleep.

The boys heart was beating quick as he held the girl he loved.

He studied her soft features as she peacefully slept.

Before he closed his eyes, his lips moved on their own as he placed a quiet kiss on her forehead.
